Beautiful & Magical place. The outside Courtyard immediately places you in an enchanted setting. The service is extremely attentive without being in your face. The meal was delicious..... The lobster rissoto, the tuna tarter, the wagyu burger, the fries.... to top it off the souffles!

Desde que llegamos el valet parking, a pesar que había llegado primero, atendió a un segundo coche haciéndome esperar,; en el restaurante el hostess, dijo que de acuerdo a su dress code, no podría pasar, le preguntamos de que se trataba y cuál era, 😠solo groseramente me vio de arriba a abajo y dijo que estaba bien que podía pasar sin decir más 😡

We had a server- Jordan? I think his name was - that has worked there for over 20 years. He was beyond incredible, professional to an extent I have never seen, and extremely friendly. He was a huge part of what made my dining experience so amazing!

Great people watching! The tortilla soup was good. The Club sandwich was terrible, cold stale bread. The chocolate chip cookie was delicious. Arnold Palmer was good and coffee was good. 2 soups(small) one Club sandwich with fries, 1 cookie, 2 Arnold palmers and 2 coffees. $150 before tip. Just not with it!

My bride and I had a last night in LA and decided to splurge at the Polo Lounge. Staying at the hotel wasn’t great(terrible service), but the restaurant was fabulous! We started with oysters and Prosecco! I then had the Sea Bass and my wife had the Salad with prawns... both were perfect and made better a great French Chardonnay. We ended the night with sorbet and a cordial. Incredible meal and incredible service!

We didn’t eat food. The drinks where very good. I loved my drink. It was tart and sweet but fresh! I got the pretty in pink. We didn’t get to eat since we can I’m for desert and was told they don’t serve it till after 6... bummer the place is super cute. I would definitely recommend for the experience! But the service was super slow so we basically spent an hour there with drinks and tea just to find out our main reason for coming wasn’t available haha. Sucks. They were super nice about it though! Just wish they had some high tea Options.

The table was extremely disappointing. We asked for some other options at other tables around us but were told none was available due to covid, instead they eventually were given to other customers. Overall a very unprofessional and unpleasant experience. We do not need the polo lounge to get a first class dinner experience and they should have told us and we could have gone to another top class place in the area where we are usual clients and are treated accordingly
