Prairie 360 Restaurant & Lounge
Only Good part about Prairie 360 is the view, service is slow, Food quality is fine but quantity is small. Super noisy.
We were surprised at the limited food selection. The menu is not comprehensive. The Ceasar cocktail that I ordered arrived with a shriveled lemon and dried piece of cucumber on the glass edge. The "Small Plate" descriptions did not allow us to decipher that we were ordering lettuce wraps. The wraps consisted of lettuce pieces and a pile of cooked ground beef delivered on two separate bread plates. Much to be desired from a plating perspective. The ground beef did not have a pleasant flavour. We did not even eat half of it (and not because the portions were too large either). The sirloin steak that was ordered was 1/3 gristle and could not be eaten. Our other meal arrived with the food on only one half of the plate as though they were in a very big hurry to finish the meal. We did not order dessert because we didn't trust that it would be any good. At $32 and $28 per meal, we definitely did not receive value for our money. I have had much better quality meals than we received at a much lower price point. Lastly. if you are a restaurant that expects its patrons to pay $30 for an entree then perhaps you should consider avoiding using bathroom counter accessories from the dollar store (tag clearly displayed on the item) that cheapen the experience and atmosphere. The view was the only enjoyable part of our meal, which is interesting considering it is also the only thing not controlled by the staff.
The view is great and the service is excellent! The price on the menu is higher but reasonable. However the dishes are ok but the drinks are not bad. In general, it’s worth to try, you won’t regret it!
Had an awesome time, the service was outstanding the food was very tasty and the ambiance was amazing. We will definitely be back 👍🏻👍🏻
We had a lovely table and a wonderful server. The fire alarm in the building went off halfway through dinner, but the staff continued to smile and keep us informed as they received information. We were celebrating our anniversary, so to try to make up for the noise, we were given a dessert on the house. Really great service and evening.
Great visit thanks. Beautiful view of the city. Tasty steak.
This was a cool restaurant located in downtown Winnipeg that allows for 360 degree views while you eat dinner and lounge. Highly recommend the steak and mushroom. The pork belly was good as well.
Went for the buffet everything was cooked perfect and tasted great. Staff was courteous and kept our beverages topped up. Will be going back again. Brian
food was cold , sent it back to be heated , came back cold again. service was slow waited an hour for appetizers. they gave us free desert to say the were sorry....... mine was still frozen in the center! love the location but for the price i wish the food and service was better.
The view and the anomaly of the revolving restaurant is great. We were seated right away and our glasses were filled with water. We were told our waiter would be with us right away. After 10 minutes and no one coming we had to hunt for one. Only to be told she didn’t know we were her table. This place was not full. 8 tables max. Food was cool when it arrived. One order was not correct. The food tasted good but only warm not hot. The portions are “very” small and not your regular (soup/salad, meat/veggie/potatoes) kind of meal! So if your hungry you will need more than what is served. Only reason I would go back is the view! there are a lot better restaurants serving great meals in Winnipeg for a better price. Sad because there is lots of potential if they had the right menu!
WeI really enjoyed it. Everything was good till we ordered noodles and they ruined everything. I wish they would taste better.
I would suggest you should have more vegetarian food.
Place was nice, the view was great, but I ordered ravioli and there was LITERALLY 3!... I was still soooo hungry after.
For 110$ of food we left hungry on our 25th anniversary. We went home and ate leftovers. The food served was excellent. Adding a potato, soup or bread would of been great. I would not recommend my friends and family.
Perfect Newlyweds Brunch experience!
Relaxing, amazing food & a celebratory Mimosa 🥂
Really great restaurant to eat at with a great view, planning to go again but without my toddler.
Food was tasty but portions are very small. Limited menu choices. Service was good. View is great but decor in restaurant is non existent. Was really hoping this would be our new go-to place for special dinners. Not sure we’ll be going back anytime soon.
Every meal that came out if the kitchen was lukewarm to cold. Replacement dinner for one of the party came back yet again lukewarm. The restaurant was not busy as our res was at 6:00 pm so one would expect attention to detail at a slower time slot but this was not the case. The evening was spoiled with 2 guests going without a meal. Management’s comp on the meals that were eaten didn’t really compensate for a spoiled special occasion. A sad experience overall.
Elevator did not work, and instructions how to find another elevator were not clear. I had to spend about 20 minutes with a little baby in my hands to find it! Our server was not friendly, had to look after her, did not feel we were taken care properly. Noise from the kitchen distracted from the view.
The food was amazing, the view was wonderful. Portions were slightly underwhelming but you pay for the experience so that could be forgiven
Used to go to the Buffets when I lived in Winnipeg’s on Sunday. Now as an air crew member I took my workmates to lunch during a stopover on the Thursday...it was wonderful. We travel the world for a living...so we eat out daily...this was wonderful and the value was perfect. The noise level was only due to a child who was way overdue for a nap and parents who were trying to appease her, with no luck. at a close table. Initially when we sat down the comment by the host was to seat us at a table away from a large group in dining as a courtesy. All good.
Expensive meals. Very old interior. Crumbs and other waste near the windows.
The food choices were limited and the portions were very small.
Day after the Wedding brunch
Good food, not much selection thou, server says they have a limited space in the kitchen. A little bit pricey for a small portion. Overall good experience. Best way to see the city’s skyline while dining. 👍
Good experience, nice waiters.
Food seemed slightly overpriced.
Mens washroom was disgusting.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit to your restaurant. The server was prompt and friendly. Our meals were delicious. The only negative for me was that the menu is limited. For most I am sure the options are enough but for someone with food/health issues it was more difficult to choose. We would definitely like to return!
Devin was such a great server. He made our lunch - a birthday celebration - special. We enjoyed our food very much, as well.
My boyfriend and I had the best experience he’s in from Alberta and we thought what better place to enjoy Winnipeg than a restaurant that you can see the whole city from service was amazing the food was mouthwatering definitely Will be coming back again !!
We went for LeBurger week. Everything was great. No complaints.
4 Adults and 1 child. Not one adult liked the menu and the meals that were ordered. This new fusion menu was hard to understand exactly was was being served and many times had to ask the server what they were.
We waited close to an hour to get our food. My ravioli meal took about 5 minutes to consume (3 ravioli's on the plate) and if it wan't for the naan bread I ordered that would have pretty much been my meal. None of the ladies liked the salmon meal as it was swimming in a broth that was close to water it was so bland and a lot of bak choy. The beef plate that my father in law ordered was simply okay, but far from what he expected to get.
Only my daughters meal of mac and cheese was good. I liked it better than my ravioli meal! We were also disappointed that fresh baked bread was no long served as we waited for our meal. I don't know who made the call on that, but waiting almost an hour for our food made for some grumpy hungry patrons.
Had the $30 lamb shank, it had maybe 3 ounces of meat on it. Was very disappointed as for that price I would have expected it would have more meat on it, and perhaps a vegetable as well.
Menu is very limited and oddly laid out. Service average. Food terrible. Chicken looks like it was boiled and tasted rubbery. Salad dressing was tasteless. Nothing special. Glad we went on gift cards! Seems the place is having a hard time, no breads severed, even the candle and bowl half burnt out and dollar store quality.
Portions were much too small for the price that was charged. Shouldn't need to buy sides with your main meal when we paid $30 a plate.
Food, service, view were exceptional. The portions were small for the $.
Actually left the restaurant hungry
My chicken Tate’s like it was processed
It was horrible
The pasta was ok
Food was dry and small portion, paid 135.00. Not impressed.
Service and view was great though
I would recommend Prairie 360 to a friend for the experience, but if you're hungry and looking for a selection, this is not the place for you. The menu is limited and expensive.
My friends and I Love it and we will come back again!
We had a reservation for four at 10:30 am Sunday Brunch and enjoyed a great selection of hot entrees, salads and seafood along with an omlete station and dessert bar. The wait staff was attentive and accomodating without being overbearing.
Views were great, service was good but the food was mostly terrible. I had their spaghetti and meatballs. The meatballs were delicious, but the spaghetti sauce was burnt and ruined the pasta. My date had their steak tenderloin which was ordered medium rare but when it arrived at our table it was rare and very chewy. I wouldn’t recommend Prairie 360 to anyone because of the high price for low to average quality food.
