Our server was excellent and the meal was outstanding. We had a great evening out. Even had our parking validated!
Wonderful evening out!
The experience was great. The staff, food and view were fantastic. Highly recommend going before night fall to see the city.
Perfect view and food is awesome! Highly recommended!
The view is what makes this restaurant. The food is overpriced, not great and the night we went there were two tables of kids (8 kids) running around the restaurant, yes, doing laps around the restaurant.
Sunday brunch. 11 am. Food was all cold. Not a trace of warmth.
We complained. They said yes sorry we know, and it was replaced in 15 minutes. It was only ever warm after that. I appreciate that they acknowledge the issue but at 35 bucks an adult this is not really acceptable. Also the roast beef carver was clearly not trained and did not know how to carve. There was precut pieces getting cold each time I went by.
Overall the food was excellent, but not well organized for a Sunday brunch. They were very kind to reduce the bill which was a nice surprise. I might go back. Undecided.
Attended brunch on Sunday for my moms birthday and it was a horrible experience. Elevators were not turned on until after 1030am so you couldnt access resturant.
When we went to the buffet to start our breakfast, serving untensils at the stations werent all there and condiments missing (syrup, ketchup, sour cream). Not all menu items had been brought out such as bacon and sausage and no one set up at the omlette station (this was like 10:45am). Brought our meals back to table and food was cold. Found out half the burners were on and half weren't. The buns coming from oven were also burnt on the tops and carving station meat was over done.
Went to try and finish our breakfast with a nice dessert and although the apple crumble cake was delicious the red velevt cake was hard. I just can't believe that a nice resturant like this would turn out to be such a bad experience and have awful food.
The server was very apologetic and friendly to discuss issues with. She tried to get us all the missing things we needed to enjoy breakfast. She felt horrible and didnt know what was going on - she was so upset she was ready to walk.
I definately don't think Ill be back anytime soon. No manager even present to talk to. The server had to phone and talk to the manager?
Food was outstanding!! Got the 12oz New York strip would definitely get it again, me lady got the tenderloin with the shrimp and scallops also very good from what I got to sample. Scallops cooked to perfection!!! Pork belly as a starter and I think I am still having dreams about it. Little pricey but you get what you pay for!
Service was excellent, view was breathtaking, BUT........ there is a "BUT"
If they can make change, one they should put more efforts to improve food & menu choices. Secondly, live music setup, just a little gig(not big, just a little), would do wonders to this restaurant. From business point of view and customers.
Not worth the value, kids meal was bigger then mine, food variety was very very small. View was great though
Everyone's meal was delicious and the service was outstanding. A very nice evening to take in the view. One small glitch was that the validated parking pass didn't work when exiting their parkade.
We enjoyed the service and the ambiance of the restaurant. The view of Winnipeg is amazing. However, the taste of the food needs significant improvement. For an appetizer I ordered the Thai beef, which tasted like plain ground beef without a spice to be found, the same for the lamb shank. A line cook at a fast food joint would have infused the food with more taste.
A very pleasant quiet atmosphere to dine in. View is always spectacular, and service outstanding.
Our server Rowan was so attentive and made our experience so wonderful. Food was delicious, nice to see new options! Will be back soon.
the view can not be beat, if you go, try and go in the evening. The city light are really something to see. The service is excellent here, very knowledgable staff, who can make a lot of recommendation, if you are undecided. The food is quite good, and the turn around from when you order to when you have your food brought to the table.
The service was exceptional and the food was great!
The tuna salad was fresh and delicious. I have a very specific diet and Prairie 360 menu accommodates this. More people should experience the food and the views offered here!
Had a very enjoyable time and everything was the best it could have been. Will be back again. Thank you.
Party of 3 each ordered the $38 New York, 2 of us got it as ordered and one was slightly undercooked. The sides weren't really plentiful but the overall meal was tasty. Server was attentive and it was an enjoyable experience. Almost $200 for three people with no alcoholic beverages and 15% gratuity, so a little on the pricey side. But you can't beat the views! Afterwards the server mentioned that they reimburse parking in the lot across the restaurant (up the ramp), but they should have told us that when we reserved, as we ended up spending $10 each to park on the lot on Garry street.
Worth the effort. Best views in Winnipeg.
Not the easiest restaurant to get to with a couple of elevator transfers if you use the parkade. Service is friendly and attentive. Menu selection is limited but entrees ordered were excellent. Salad was basic and perhaps weakest part of the meal. The ambience with full 360 views of Winnipeg are well worth the effort.
I would recommend the restaurant only for the view not really for the food.
Lots of coffee. Beautiful, smiley waitress.
We went there for my wife's birthday. Had visiting family from outside the province with us. This is definitely the best place to take people visiting from beyond Winnipeg. No other restaurant in the city can offer an experience even close to this.
The restaurant was perfect for an anniversary dinner, the ambience was just perfect, the night time view of the city from all the way up there was beautiful as well. The food is also worth getting! Love every moment of it also I didn’t know that the restaurant also took care of parking so it was 1000x better
I had a request to have a note on the table wishing my girlfriend a happy anniversary when we got there and they did not do this. The service was amazing from Dean however the food took way too long to come to the point where the server was even shaking his head at the kitchen staff. He gave us Comp Cheesecake which was nice but even at the end, he was still upset at how long the food took when the restaurant was not busy at all.
Overall good experience. Waiter was very attentive. Almost too much so as he was trying to take plates away before we were finished with it.
Awesome food. Quick and friendly service.
Great view of the city!
We had a blast wedding night , and restaurant had arranged us to be distance away from other customers. Service are great, overall an amazing experience! Thank you so much!
Everything was perfect except that we couldn’t get the seats that as the view apparently because we didn’t reserved early.
They should’ve let us know before arriving there
Food was hideous for the price you pay. Everything was very obviously pre-made and reheated (the salmon was cooked all the way but inside was cold and mushy). The best part was the appetizer. Literally, 4 shrimp looks like they are from the store-bought shrimp ring on almost dead lettuce with a few fish eggs. That looked the starter, that made of quite old, not crunchy at all lettuce with the sauce that the tastes remind me of lemon Lysol wipe, so much better. The dessert was extremely stale and the cream cheese of the cheesecake was so warm and cold felt like eating sour cream. Honestly, Safeway dessert would've tasted better.
I talked to myself that I paid for the view and the experience. I could say that it was the worst food I've ever had at a restaurant (both in general and for the price).
But I enjoyed the view.
Attended on Valentines day with a group of 4. Great food, Great view, perfect music, Decent price. The reason my review is 4 stars and not 5 stars is because the wine list did not pair well with the food, and our Waitress was good but not great. She was not rude, and did not make any mistakes, but she did not meet our expectations for the restaurant. She did not know much about the wine list, and lacked the certain etiquette you'd expect of such a place. Perhaps she was relatively new.
Overall, this restaurant is a perfect fancy dinner/date location and I would be a regular if I had the money. I hope they include some light pinot in their wine list. This would accommodate all of their entrees.
Great restaurant, great view and good food. The ambiance was very nice. The Valentine's meal was good.
The view was amazing. Food was fantastic. Staff was friendly. First time visitor and will definitely be back again some day! Overall, great experience!
Fantastic Valentines Day
Beautiful but unfortunately ver very very very very very very expensive too much
Was a pretty pleasant experience~
Ordered fries and the bacon/ham sandwich along with naan bread. The food being delicious~
The servers were very attentive.
Only slight downside was we waited 40 minutes for our food, but we kinda suspected that this place wanted us to get a '360' view of the city before our food arrived? Pretty clever if that is the setup .
Great service! Amazing food!
Great service and ambiance. I would indeed recommended it to my friends and relatives. Thank you for making my birthday so..so. special.
