Prairie 360 Restaurant & Lounge
Reduced options in the menu, and the service is very slow.
Very ordinary service and food at best, extremely overpriced!
Beauatfiul way to see the city from above. Food is ok and they were sold out of a few items (of which I had to find out instead of the waiter telling me). Creme brûlée was a disappointment (nice top but they must have forgotten about the sugar below because when it cracked, there was raw sugar!).
The food here is good (not amazing) but pair that with the view and you have an excellent dining experience.
The setting was beautiful and the noise level was very good. Unfortunately the food did not match up. the scallop appetizer was good. The salmon and duck were overlooked the special dessert was Avery expensive ice cream cone and the cheesecake was not good. Please please improve the food because the rest of the experience was wonderful.
Our experience was 10/10! The food was delicious, there was so many options and the buffet was set up nicely and always restocked! Our server was amazing! The cherry on top was our parking being paid and the seniors discount was a very generous amount. Thanks for everything! Will be back!
It had been awhile since we had dinner here. Our waiter was spot on as was the food. There is such a nice ambience and seeing the historic parts of Winnipeg as you travel around for the hour wad great.
We enjoyed a lovely evening celebrating my husband's birthday with friends at Prairie 360! Fabulous food, great ambiance, superb service --- Overall, a wonderful experience! We highly recommend Prairie 360 ... And especially for a special occaaion!
Firstly, main reason for going was to see the view of Winnipeg 30 stories up & it didn't disappoint.
We (5 adults) were there 4:30 PM on a Friday evening.
Perhaps the lunch menu is better & next time, we would probably go then. Prices very steep for a very limited menu & certainly not a meal we'll remember. We all ordered the fish & chips - MB pickerel. Was good but only one piece of fish, fries & (frozen) peas ($32.). The homemade tartar sauce not great - Kraft does a better job. Would expect coleslaw w/this dish. Prior to meal, were served 5 small, cold buns. Coconut cream pie was $12. so we passed.
If it were my business, I'd probably try a cheaper, family-dining type menu for 6 months to see if the increase in business warrants it. Barring that, I'd definitely serve bigger portions - expected w/these prices.
I would recommend it only for the view, the food is barely ok, it is not cheap either, and last Sunday the AC was on and the entire place was really cold, it wasn't nice, everybody wearing their jackets while they eat, kind of non-sense.
Beautiful restaurant that made for a perfect date night! Food is a little overpriced for what you get but the experience was a good one.
Food was terrible and felt like it was made last month and just microwaved.
Prices are very high and food quality is worse then a fast food restaurant.
I will never go there again.
The food was delicious and our server Dean was excellent. The views of the city are amazing.
perfect brunch if you have little ones, my family enjoyed and loved it! staff are helpful and accommodating.
We went to the Sunday Brunch. We lucked out in that it was not a busy day. No line ups at the buffet; the food was good and tasty, and the server came around often with coffee. We really enjoyed the restaurant today. Price was reasonable for this type of buffet.
This was our second time here in the last 3 months. Both times the restaurant was empty. The food is very good, but it would appear that the menu is too over priced.
The restaurant has the best view in the city and the novelty of it is great, but it’s Winnipeg and people are cheap. It would be nice to see prices lowered and the restaurant fill up.
It should be the first place you bring someone when they are new to Winnipeg, but not for a $33 Spaghetti.
It’s too bad that we’ll only be coming here for very special occasions.
The staff were exceptional for us on the occasion of my mother's 96th birthday and my 69th birthday. We have been there before but Friday was perfectly quiet and my mother enjoyed the view. We were able to order what we believed my mother would eat--which is a special consideration many restaurants don't provide. We had a great time. Thank you very much for making this a special day.
We loved our experience at this restaurant! Everything was amazing!
Service was slow. Especially after we finished eating. We were going to order coffee after our meal but the wait time was too long. The food was good. Some meals had lots to eat and others not so much. I realize that they time it so that you have complete revolution but dishes could be cleared sooner after eating.
View is good but next time if I still visit this place I would just get a glass of wine. Food was disaster. Servers were nice tho
Our reservation was for 1p.m. and when we went up for our food we noticed that food had not been replenished (seafood sauce) and the shrimp were very low with 4 of us in line. Also if you come from Winnipeg you know that if you serve smoked salmon you have to have cream cheese and bagels. The rye bread was as hard as the table. Hard to eat. The hot food -eggs, omelet station, sausages, meatballs were all very delicious. Of course the view of the city was great. Staff was great and friendly.
My family and I came for Easter Brunch, the only negative to report was the sausage and meatballs were cold, not hot as I was expecting.
Took lifetime friend for Easter Brunch. Food selection was excellent. Could have turned up the heat under the buffet pans a little. Fantastic place to visit with guests. All in all a great experience.
Went for Easter brunch. Food selection and quality was great as was the service. Cannot beat the price for what you get. Will definitely be back. Only suggestion would be to label what some of the items are to avoid waste a nd help people with allergies.
I wish we had known parking was included. It was really a special birthday gift.
over all it was a great experience! parking was easy in the parkade and the ticket is paid for.
The view was amazing! And considering the location and everything the food was reasonably priced and good!
We had duck and salmon and both were great!
The buffet was good and the ambiance was very good. Great way to see Winnipeg. Disappointed that the gratuity is automatically added to the bill. Gratuity should be at the discretion of the patron. The price structure for children needs to be reviewed, especially between 12 years and 13 years of age.
Great food, fantastic view!!
Will be going back again, and again!!
The view is great especially if you time it to catch the sunset. Service was good but food was pretty lackluster, with the exception of the charcuterie board which was great. They're charging premium prices for food that isn't that good. Bathroom was filthy and out of paper towels. I mentioned it to one of the staff and he just smirked and said "yeah, thanks" and did nothing about it.
I'll go back another time and see if they meet my expectations before I write it off.
If you want to spend $150 on dinner and drinks for two and get your money's worth, you'd be better off going to Rae and Jerry's.
Looking forward to going there again, very lovely food, awesome staff , great location.
frankly speaking , food is terrible , i can pay half less and get more delicious meals somewhere for sure, my teeth almost fallen off but still unable to chew that duck completely ( IN THE SKY CANARD ) , must pay mandatory tips amount ,....... the waiter is a nice gentleman and the view is nice though ....
Love the view from here! Brunch was fantastic. Lots of great choices. I found the restaurant a bit warm for my liking. The bathroom was warmer and a bit stuffy. Serving staff was attentive and knowledgeable in the food ingredients, as one person in my group has food allergies. Definitely will be returning.
I recommend the sweet table be placed away from the beef and ham table .As a vegetarian this would be more appealing .
I was hesitant to come to Prairie 360 as I had heard some negative reviews from friends. But these were based on regular meal times.
Our brunch on April 7th was superb. It was an extravagant expense for us. We were taking our daughter, her husband and their 2 children out for my 63rd birthday. We had saved the money and arrived very excited.
Rowan was an excellent server who remained attentive and yet discreet. She was helpful and intentional in all of her service.
The food was awesome. Start to finish, awesome. Hot, appetizing, generous, and met each of our dietary & personal desires.
Thank you SO SO much. It was purely delightful.
I loved the place, first time to dine in with my family yesterday! Awesome food and great service. Will recommend it with my friends.
Great for a special dinner as a treat. Quality of food is high.
Three of us shared the 48 oz Ribeye steak and it was amazing!
Staff was very friendly and quick to take away used plates and refills of our drinks. Though the price of the brunch won’t make me a regular visitor, the quality and selection of the food was amazing and it was the best brunch I’ve ever had in the city I was born and raised. I will highly recommend Prairie 360’s brunch to my family and friends!
It was a birthday treat for my husband when we were there on a Sunday brunch. Food was great and service was outstanding. Management should consider to add more fruits and bread so customers can have more choices. Lowering the price especially for teens can attract more customers. It was a great experience to be at the 30th floor overlooking the City. Definitely, we will be coming back and, hopefully, we will be with my brother and his family.
we had a wonderful time and looking out the window to see Winnipeg was wonderful. It truly made
my day. We were with other family members and they too were very happy to have
brunch at the Prairie 360 Restaurant
