Went for my boyfriends birthday and over all it was an outstanding experience. Service was a tad slow for the amount of people In the restaurant, but that’s 5 star dining. Exquisite food and quality over all was just fantastic. Definitely will be going back

The view is what we go for. Out of town friends were visiting so it's a lovely way to see the city. Service was efficient but not terribly friendly. I was most disappointed in my salad. The 'spring greens' had a lot of wilted, black and slimy leaves. I would never serve bad greens to a guest in my home; if the greens aren't available then take it off the menu for the day. I told the server about this and she did offer me a new salad (what turned out to be a rather ordinary caesar) but not before making the excuse that "maybe it wilted on its way up from the kitchen as it is 50 degrees celsius". Yes it was a hot day but a kitchen has refrigerators and the place is air-conditioned, so that was ridiculous.

The brunch was very poor. The food was cold, it was like eating leftovers. There was not much in the way of selection. This was a real disappointment. Too bad.

A friend and I came here for brunch to celebrate my birthday. The food was disappointing—a spread of hot, hotel breakfast style food. Our server was kind and helpful. In my opinion the only point that makes this overpriced meal worthwhile is the spectacular view. Not everyday you get to see Winnipeg like that!

Brunch buffet food was not great. The bacon was very fatty. The omelets chef was inexperienced and had difficulty with the omelets. The selection was OK but nothing tasted that good. Service was fine with plenty of coffee refills.

The view is stunning and provides a lovely introduction to the city. The menu, however, was somewhat disjointed and the types of meals somewhat pedestrian for the price point. Given the premise of the restaurant, a tighter focus on prairie inspired foods and drinks would have felt more appropriate.

We were there for 2 hours. Food was super slow. Even after we had our food boxed up, server still didn't bring us our bill.

Servers were not paying attention to detail as they forgot an item on my order and also made mistakes rectifying it.
Overall experience was okay.

Enjoyed the view.
Would have liked to see Pickeral on the menu as a choice. The tenderloin was excellant but would have likes to have a better vegetable side , not just peppers and 2 succhini. Restaurant out of Stella beer. Should have some more standard choices of beer not just local. Aa a result a beer was not purchased.
Loss of a sale for the restaurant
Good directions as to how to get to the restaurant

As written in my last review, the Sunday Brunch Buffet has improved food wise. The only question that I have pertaining to this visit is - just because this was on a long weekend - why the increase of $5.00 over the regular brunch buffet price. The wife and I could not see any additional food items over the food selection at our previous visit for brunch.

The view was spectacular but what we should be paying for is the food not the views and our meals were NOT worth these high prices.

My husband had the 12oz steak with a serving of two kinds of vegetables which were non existent on the plate. He literally got a few chewy mini potatoes and some other vegetable. I almost laughed (but I didn't want to be rude) when the waiter brought his plate. It was like they ran out of vegetables and put on the plate what they had left.

The steak was not worth the price of $45. The steak was thin and basically covered what few vegetables were on the plate. He received a few overcooked vegetables completely covered with a chunk of meat. Not too appetizing and pretty bad!!

I had the Greek salad and a side order of fries. My salad was good as there was a good mix of the things I liked in my bowl . The fries as a side were plentiful.

There was no salt or pepper on the table nor were there any other condiments brought to us like a steak sauce.

A high end restaurant like this one should have neat and clean bathrooms. I was disgusted with the women's washroom. It was dirty and one of the toilets didn't flush which was a problem as there were only two stalls.

Our bill came to just over $73 and we didn't have any alcohol.
I kept saying to my husband how nice it was as the views were spectacular but once the food arrived, the only thing that was good about this place was the view.
We will not be visiting this place again. If you're going to spend your hard earned money on a good dinner, steak or otherwise, go somewhere else.

I think this place would be better served as a family restaurant with much lower prices so families with kids could enjoy the view of our city. It's just too expensive as it is now for families to come and enjoy.

I should also note that this was a Saturday night at dinner time and there were about 12 other people there.

The ride up and down on the glass elevator was fun!!

View is amazing.
Food was well presented and very good.
Wait staff was attentive (not many customers at the time we went)
Took a while for someone to seat us

My only complaint, and I hesitate to even call it that, was that it seemed as though the servers were overwhelmed. They did a fantastic job nonetheless, however it seemed like they couldn't give their full attention to tables because they were so busy running around even though the restaurant was not very full. Otherwise, a perfect night.

We were there for the Sunday brunch, but the food was mostly poor. How can a $35 brunch run out of the prime rib at the carving station before noon (only one unit for the entire brunch)?? Omelet station using dirty (poorly cleaned) pans. Old, squeaky (very, very squeaky) steamtray pans. Variety is low.

Our server (Craig) was brilliant, but I’d have fired the host for his poor attitude, spilling water all over the back of the seat.

Bathrooms are inordinately small... I mean small!! One crammed stall/urinal in men’s washroom, two very tiny cramped stalls in the women’s washroom. Watch out washing your hands if someone opens the door, you will be hit!

What you pay for is the ambience, the view, the scenery. I’d give it another chance for dinner to order off the menu and see the nighttime skyline.

Great view from here! A very "prairie" menu, very fresh. The huntsman special when we went there was kangaroo tenderloin, but I was too apprehensive to try it. My wife had the sweet potato gnocchi with a beef tenderloin, and I got the duck (canard), which was very tender and flavorful. The service was very polite and quick. We went around about 270 degrees from the time we sat down til we left, so we got some pretty amazing views of the city. Would definitely recommend this to anyone! Little pricey, but the food was very good.

View and ambience was amazing but food was less than mediocre. The mashed potatoes couldn’t have had less flavour if they tried. Desserts were good, Caesar salad was tasty despite the brown lettuce. Come here for the view not the food.

The main thing is the wonderful views, which didn't disappoint. The waiter we had was very friendly and personable, but the service was actually very slow. It didn't matter too much, since we were enjoying the view and conversation, but we did start to get quite hungry before the food finally arrived.

The food itself was good. Nothing to knock your socks off, but no disappointments either. The kitchen was very obliging of my wife's food intolerances and the meal was enjoyed by all.

Food was good but expensive. Place was very empty, which is sad cause service was good, food tasty and scenery amazing. Perhaps lower price and change menu to more plain options and more people would come.

Loved seeing the great view from the restaurant. We had the giant 48oz steak which was cooked perfectly. The Mac and cheese was a so so side but the Brussels sprouts were excellent. All in all a great experience.

Ate at Prairie 360 for the first time for our anniversary. The decor was dated and a bit drab, but the view was lovely and the movement didn’t bother us at all. The food, however, was only so-so. Both of our meals were well-composed and designed, and we really enjoyed our appetizers (sweet corn ravioli and watermelon salad), but our meat was over-cooked. We both ordered medium, but my wife’s tenderloin (with gnocchi) was mid-well and my boar (The Huntsman’s Rack) was well done. They offered to replace it, but we opted to push through. They then gave us a free dessert to apologize, which we appreciated. The vanilla brûlée was cold in some places, hot in others, liquid at the bottom, and sticky rather than hard on top.

All in all, it felt like a nice restaurant that had given up. It felt like the chef wasn’t doing proper quality control and that caused it to be less than stellar. If the quality control was done right, the meal would have been quite enjoyable.

We enjoyed the food. There was plenty of selection for each member of the family. Everything was clean and organized. The buffet was tantalizing, well prepared and arranged nicely. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly. The kids enjoyed the scenery. The music was a bit too loud and hectic. It could have been a slightly mellow and lower in volume for our family celebration. Overall, we had a memorable time. Thanks

This was our first time at the Prairie 360 Restaurant. We were a family of 4, 2 children 2 adults. The service was exceptional and the view was amazing. The menu was very limited for the children, with only 2 items to choose from. My son had the sliders & fries; he really enjoyed them. My daughter had the chicken strips and waffles; both were tremendously over cooked and barely edible. The Bison Burger and Yam Fries were very tasty. The Caesar Salad with Chicken was just ok. This is definitely where you go for the view not the food!

Looking forward to seeing the city lights I the coming months. Had a little trouble find the elevator to the restaurant. Possibly need to make that clear especially for first time users.
