We had a wonderful experience over all. The food was a bit cold but it was still pretty good. There was a beautiful view and the server was very nice. Definitely a must try.
The food was tasty; service was excellent; food did not have as much variety as a year ago. I was disappointed that the waffle/pancake bar was not available. I'm not sure why the prices are increased for long weekends/holidays. Seems a bit steep for the selection of food.
So very disappointing. For $30 a person, it was not worth it at all. Food was not fresh. Pancakes inedible. Eggs cold. Pastas sauce was thick on caneloni from sitting so long. Dessert table was pathetic. The food was not good at all. Now that the fort Garry has closed its big brunch, prairie 360 basically has the market on it, and how sad because that was a $14.99 buffet value and then extra for juice. Same quality as a canad-inns but less selection. Will tell everyone I know how sad it was.
Horrible food! Apparently larger selection for this weekend but can't imagine it being any smaller of a selection! Pasta covered with tomato paste french toast was really a cake loaf they tried to keep out of the garbage! Still tasted bad with syrup! A hair in my chocolate heart! No cakes for dessert! Waitress had dirty clothes like she was the dishwasher! Everything was totally unacceptable for what i assumed was a higher category restaurant!
Food was awesome. Flavour fantastic
Just not very much food for the price
Enjoyed the view
I would recommend this restaurant for the scenic view and , the waitesss we had, Laura was very helpful , very friendly and attentive .!
The hostess at our arrival told us our table was not ready , even though we arrived at our correct time . Our reservation was for 7:30 and we had arrived at exactly that time . This was a bit surprising , as well because we could see that most of the tables were indeed empty . We were encouraged to go and wait down two floors in their lounge and have a drink . The lounge drinks were so overpriced . We couldn’t even finish our drink by the time they called us for dinner , and had to clear up the bill first , drink up the cocktail before venturing up , as we were not allowed to take it upstairs .
The food was ok , but I must say that I was a bit disappointed that the spätzle were not available , and they substituted that with Gnocci , which In my opinion was quite doughy tasting .
Other than that , the restaurant is has a lovely atmosphere and of course an Amazing view of the city.
Our reservation was for 7:00 P.M. and when we arrived our table wasn't ready so we were asked to wait in the lounge 2 floors down and 10 minutes later (before our drinks arrived) we were summoned back up to the restaurant. As for the food, extremely small portions for the money. The steak was done right but the chicken was very under cooked (a big no no) For $35.00 dollars for 4 pieces of chicken I also expected something else on the plate (like a pilaf of rice, or potatoes of any kind or even a veggie). Not a good experience.
Service take so long we got therw around 6:30 when we got our appetizer its alrready like 7:30 and specially the entree the food has no taste at all specially the steak .. and i ordered the feature..
Great place/location but food was over priced for what you got
The steak was good. 7/10
The Artic char tasted great but the serving size was very small.
The salad was a let down. Uncreative and very small. It’s was basically a garden salad but we ordered and more robust salad.
The Asperagus were cooked to mush.
The servers were excellent and the view was spectacular. The ambiance was excellent. The food was not worth it.
Excellent Restaurant!! Great View! A little pricy!
We went the day after Valentine's day and it was quiet. The view is breath taking and the food was very good too. Our server was amazing. Would recommend.
My husband and I went to Prairie 360 for Valentine’s Day because we had gone there about 8 months ago and it was amazing. To our disappointment, the food had changed and it took us 3 hours to get in and get out. We waiting so long to even get approached by or waitress... who was very nice but took forever to bring us anything that we ordered. It took 20 minutes for us to get our piece of cake after ordering it. We didn’t even want it anymore.
After our first experience at Prairie 360, we ranted and raved about It to anyone and everyone but now we aren’t sure we’ll even go back. To top it all off, my husband ordered the huntsmans rack which ended up being two tiny pieces of lamb for 45$. We had to pay an extra 20$ to get two more pieces. All in all we were so disappointed. A message to the chef if he or she reads this...
Please bring back the gnocchi the way that it was before!! It used to be tiny pieces in a lot of sauce and now there was 4 big pillows of it on the plate with almost no sauce.
Sorry for the negative review but unfortunately that’s how it went for us.
The only thing that can be changed is the reflection from the lighting when looking outside. However, that is probably difficult to do. Overall, very impressed, and will be back for special occasions!
Brutal. Disappointing. Way to expensive for the price and service. Would NOT recommend to an enemy
Portions were unfortunately small but the food and view were great
Amazing atmosphere and great views of our city. Food was delicious and tasty.
Everything was amazing and the experience was unforgettable
Went for a brunch date in February and it was overall a poor experience. The service was the only notable positive that we experienced.
The brunch is a buffet style, well, a buffet only works when the food keeps getting replenished. The pancakes/french toast were never refilled in our hour long stay we never got to have any, the hash browns were replaced when we were in line, and they started out stale as if they were left out in the kitchen before being brought up. The bacon and sausages were fine, nothing special that you can't get from Costco. The fruit was dried out and did not get replaced while we were there. Maybe we chose a bad time to go (11:30AM) but it doesn't negate the bad experience.
Food took 1hr to arrive after ordering. It was cold, and there was a piece of plastic in my salad. My boyfriends steak was medium rare on one side and practically raw on the other and his potatoes were hard. We spent a lot of money and honestly could've gotten better cooked food and a quieter meal in a Boston pizza.
