Prairie 360 Restaurant & Lounge
Everything was perfect except that we couldn’t get the seats that as the view apparently because we didn’t reserved early.
They should’ve let us know before arriving there
Fantastic Valentines Day
Beautiful but unfortunately ver very very very very very very expensive too much
Was a pretty pleasant experience~
Ordered fries and the bacon/ham sandwich along with naan bread. The food being delicious~
The servers were very attentive.
Only slight downside was we waited 40 minutes for our food, but we kinda suspected that this place wanted us to get a '360' view of the city before our food arrived? Pretty clever if that is the setup .
Great service! Amazing food!
Great service and ambiance. I would indeed recommended it to my friends and relatives. Thank you for making my birthday so..so. special.
There are no signs that I saw that said the elevator does not go to 30 until 1st seating time. We had a 10:30 brunch time and spent some very confussing and frustrating time on the elevator. The brunch was very disorganized as we had to search down serving spoons for buffet . Hardly any bacon and bpancakes in the tray. Bacon was barely cooked. Not anywhere the value for the price. May be the worst buffet food wise I mhave ever had.
It was pleasant dining. Good view ,good friendly staff ,all around awesome really.
Lovely atmosphere, and equally lovely serving staff. Had a server that was experiencing her first night serving and didn't want to rattle her, so didn't mention that my salad had a strange chemically odd taste. It was the orange ,blue cheese and candied walnut. Other than that everything was very good. I think it would be a great place to take out of town guests to observe our city while enjoying a pleasant dining experience.
It's a perfect place to celebrate any date.
spaghetti is delicious.
The food was bland and not of the quality you would expect from this type of restaurant. The view was great and it was a quiet atmosphere.
Always a great view of the city, especially when entertaining friends from out of town.
it was a great experience. got nice customer service, warm set-up and great view ofcourse. The food was delicious.
The restaurant is way overpriced for what you receive. As an appetizer we order the charcuterie board ($29). It looked like it had been prepared earlier in the day then left sitting out for hours. The cheese and meat was warm and greasy. No crackers were provide we needed to ask our server for some. The main dishes took over an hour to arrive and to be blunt were terrible. Not one of us enjoyed the meals. The decor to tired and outdated looking. Overall a very expensive unenjoyable experience.
The only reason I would recommend Prairie 360 is for the incredible view over Winnipeg.
The food honestly tasted and looked like a week night meal that I cook for myself at home. I was not wowed or impressed.
The server and hostess lacked personality except for telling us a couple of times that she is vegan and only eats one thing on the menu so she is not a good person to ask for recommendations. Perhaps, she should should memorize the top 5 dishes ordered. There is absolutely nothing wrong with being vegan but there is something wrong with a server not being able to suggest a menu item.
The washrooms were out of toilet paper and I thankfully had Kleenex in my purse. The washrooms are dingy and need to be updated: coat of paint, new tile, new vanity. I understand there is limited space to do renovations but Ikea sells a lot of stuff to do renovations in small bathrooms.
I give my overall experience a 3 star rating. It left a lot to be desired.
Roast beef at the carvery station was tough even though it was cooked to about a rare to medium rare. There was also none that was well done. It was all still bleeding which many people do not like. I am sure I heard the poor critter faintly moo once or twice. There should be a portion available to those guests who like their meat cooked.
Everything else was very good.
All what we expected
One of Winnipeg’s jems. Make sure you go and experience this place soon!
It was awesome.we made the best choice in selecting a place to celebrate our first wedding anniversary.Everything was prepared as we wished
Beautiful views of the city, made giving a tour very easy, and yummy.
Took my girlfriend there for her birthday dinner and we both really enjoyed it. Great place, will definitely be back.
It was awesome and Fancy and the food was good and the view to
We were extremely happy with our lunch. Service and the food was excellent.
It was very nice night
We enjoyed the place
The view and also the food
Best restaurant in town. Beautiful view, great service. The food was awesome and well portioned too. Bill is as expected with nicer dining. I'm not one to go out but next time I do, it'll be Prairie 360.
it was great to go for supper with loved once and I recommend to go this place. Supper nice staffs
Great experience. The food was great, though some members of our party found the Korean chicken a bit dry. Service was excellent.
Birthday dinner, really nice! Was in town for a weekend and this was the best restaurant by far.
Food was mediocre for the price. Go once to experience the view which is incredible! But wont be back. Not worth it.
Food was great, service was good and atmosphere was awesome!!
View and ambiance are definitely nice.
I felt that the food quality was not very good especially for the cost. My rice was stone cold and the pickerel was mediocre.
Was greeted promptly by staff and we were seated promptly. Waiter was very informative about the menu.
Breathtaking view of the city, and the restaurant was clean. My family really enjoyed it. So did I, unfortunately vertigo does not do well with the movement.
I do recommend it to everyone who would like a great experience with a excellent view of Winnipeg.
The food was very average. Nothing special about it and the same for the drinks
Amazing waitress! She said she usually bartends but did an amazing job as our waitress. Food was great, wine was great, would highly recommend!
The service was excellent. I just wish the menu had been more explicit about some of the flavours in the dishes. The "scallops, cauliflower puree, prosciutto crisp it overpowered everything else on the plate. We were with friends and didn't want to make a fuss but now I wish we had. Have been there in the past and the food was excellent so hopefully this was just an aberration. The dessert trio was terrific.
I will only recommend the view. The food is hit or miss. Some of the adult menu items were really really good. The children’s items were really cheap. For $35, one would think the burger would be cooked and the chicken tenders wouldn’t be frozen chicken fingers.
We had reservations for New Year’s Eve and were limited to the fixed menu at just under $80 per plate. The beet salad first course was quite good. The second course was scallops and cauliflower purée with prosciutto on top. The scallops were not cleaned properly. One of us had sand in theirs and another two of us had the foot still attached on more than one piece on the plate. The fourth member of our party did not notice anything. Also all plates were cold. The main course was the chateaubriand, another three scallops, two shrimp, asparagus with fingerling potatoes and a bernaise sauce. Everything was cold again. The potatoes were okay but some were not cooked properly and were hard in the middle. The dessert was a trio of cheesecake, chocolate cake and a macaroon, small pieces of each on the plate. They tasted like they were frozen and thawed and poor quality and probably not made in house. One guest was able to substitute fresh cut strawberries and blueberries due to dietary restrictions.
The portions were very small.
The kids option of hamburger and fries with a starter small Caesar salad was okay. The salad was drenched in dressing and the burger upon closer inspection was undercooked as it has pink in the middle.
The cost of $35 for the kid meal was outrageous. That is 7 A&W Mumma burger combos and the food quality would be comparable if not better.
All in all a disappointment. The total bill including mandatory 18% gratuity was over $450 for 4 adults and one child, too pricey!!!
The food was excellent. We were not rushed. The view was fantastic.
We love this restaurant and go for every special occasion. On the 31st we were celebrating both new year's and the 20th year anniversary of a death in our family. We brought my 5 year old grand daughter who dressed as a princess for the castle, and fire works. We had been looking forward to it for weeks, and we always love our time at 360.
This time, we had a waiter who was quite rude, putting us down through out the meal in an offhand / backhand kind of way. He also reached across the table touching my daughters several times. Also, more that three times he took away plates we were still eating from - we felt so rushed from the moment we sat down that we were unable to relax and enjoy our time there. It was very, very disappointing. We were asked to pay the bill before we even finished desert. We were very aware of the 2 hour limit and we were well within that. It was very stressful. This has never happened before and we felt very "ripped off" of what was supposed to be a magical experience.
It was our first time going and we will defiantly go back. The set New Year’s Eve menu was a bit pricey but the food was good. It was nice to see that there were options for children. Dessert was a bit of a miss, it didn’t seem to have the same level of freshness as everything else. If you enjoy a cup of HOT tea I would avoid ordering it. After steeping my tea for a few minutes it cooled to a lukewarm temp. I sent to back and the next one came steaming but again cooled very quickly. I am guessing the pot and cup are low quality and do not hold the heat. The waitress was very polite and followed up. I didn’t have the heart to tell her that it again did not meet my expectations.
