I had a reservation for two for a birthday breakfast that was confirmed through Open Table for Saturday March 7 at 10a. Imagine the embarrassment when we arrived to find the restaurant CLOSED! No lights, no host, no servers. I called the restaurant later in the day to find out what had happened and was told 'this happens all the time; we changed our hours but you can still book a table on the website'. I asked for the general manager and was told he (Abel) would be in later and would call me back. It's been 4 days and I have not been contacted. This is a real shame since we visited for the first time last month (9:30a reservations and the restaurant was OPEN) and had a really great experience. I told several friends about PrimeTime after the last visit, but you can be sure I will be calling them up and telling them not to go.

Had reservations for Valentine’s Day and when we got there it was a line around the corner which resulted in us being 15 minutes late. When we reached the podium to check in the lady was very very overwhelmed/flustered and asked a few times for the reservation name because she was so focused on other things like seating. I found my name on the paper reservation sheet and she called a hostess to seat us. Once seated it took about 15 minutes for someone to come give us water and asked for our drink order. We asked if they had a wine/cocktail menu and the young lady said “oh myyyy she didn’t give you a drink menu, I’ll get one for you all” and walked away so fast that I couldn’t just tell her what I wanted. 7 minutes later she brings the wine/cocktail menu and says she has another table and she will be RIGHT BACK which was ANOTHER 5 mins. Needless to say 30 minutes total we FINALLY had a bottle of wine to accompany the water. As for dinner hmmmm....we ordered the calamari that was EXTREMELY salty and couldn’t eat. Then there were rolls bought to the table w/ butter but the rolls tasted as if they came out of the freezer. For an Italian restaurant I found that strange. Then for dinner I ordered the Ribeye and mashed potatoes and my date had the Miso salmon. The ribeye had no taste at all but the mushrooms that accompanied it were THE BEST. Not sure how they sautéed the mushrooms so well with seasoning but not the steak. The mashed potatoes were very stiff and dry. The miso salmon was very moist and good but the broccolini was flavorless. For dessert we had the creme brûlée and it was good. Overall stay was about 2.25 hours for everything Don’t think we will be returning even though I have a 10% off coupon from Yelp since I’m an ELITE Yelper.

I saw this on open table figured it was close by and something we would enjoy..was disappointed restaurant was empty, food was ok, prices reasonable..service was excellent but prefer a little more ambience and maybe tablecloths it’s a very casual dining experience really wanted more

We are locals and it was our first time at this restaurant. The server was friendly, polite and accommodating. We ordered steaks medium well and they all arrived Raw, we sent the steaks back and they came back again medium rare with and sent the steaks back and they finally got it right but the file had a foul taste so we didn’t even eat it and didn’t send back. I asked for coleslaw they didn’t have it so they decided to give me mashed potato without asking me. The following morning half of the people from our party got sick. I usually never write bad reviews but people need to know of this bad experience.

Food was way below average. In fact, my wife got sick from the food. Portions were small, chicken was dry. Service was terrible. We had to wait to see a waiter. Then, he never refilled water glasses. Poor value for the money charged. I will never return to this restaurant. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Second time we visited and unfortunately wont be back. First, even though we booked a reservation on open table the manager said he didnt have a reservation in his system for us. When I showed him the reservation he tried to blame open table saying they routinely allow bookings for more tables than the restaraunt has and he has no control over it. I didnt believe him at all. That has never happened in 10 years of me using open table. We should have just left at that point but he offered us a seat outside. He sat us at a two person table outside even though we had three. Its was a 3 course prie fix menu and every course was terrible. Everything tasted like sysco food at best but our meals averaged $80pp with f&b and tip. Lobster soup had no lobster in it. Mashed potatoes tasted like it was out of a box. I had the lobster which came out dry and my wife has the fillet which was supposed to be medium and came out raw. Apparently the table next to us was experiencing similar issues as they literally got up and walked out when the soup was served. If I can say one nice thing about the visit, it was that the server was pleasant and did try to fix some of the mistakes. I think he felt sorry for us.

I ordered the Veggie Burger and it was warm but barely, certainly not grilled as it should’ve been. My vodka and grapefruit juice was all juice also. Disappointed since the prices have increased. My last visit was Father’s Day Sunday brunch. I called, visited, emailed and could not get in touch with anyone in management regarding our incorrect bill. PrimeTime is a place we used to visit weekly.

The food was great! The restaurant was quite noisy because we arrived towards the end of Happy Hour and one party had been there awhile and were having a boisterous good time. This place was just not good. The food was very bland, and my food personally was burned. The waitress would disappear and we’d just have to wait around. This place was also weird because the whole restaurant was older people but they loudly played techno music... not a great environment. This was a business dinner, so we enjoyed the happy hour 1/2 off drinks... but that’s about it

Decent place to have a dinner. Food is good and table service is generally OK. Don't sit in tables next to bar as there will be people standing next to table having their drink. Only negative aspect is that this restaurant is the worse in confirming OpenTable points. Never in all times visited have I received confirmation email during the meal or afterwards. Many times I have to submit copy of receipt details via OpenTable in order to obtain points. Would recommend that this restaurant pick up the ball and fix whatever is wrong to align what all other restaurants are doing.

The place was empty at arrival, (first red flag), then we didn’t find nothing to eat, because we where cautious to order so we decide to choose a salad and simple meals, my wife choose tuna and chicken for me, at arrival we confirmed our mistake! there are some recommendations that we would give based on when the food arrived to our tables, not bad reviews, first: the rice in my wife plate was dry and pretty bad , (looks like it were cooked by me) this is a very important detail (Rice must be perfect!) 2nd: The presentation: food do not look nice in black plates! 3 rd: the worse and the most crazy stuff was this plate it look like a sea shell and understand is for presentation issues but!!!!! Nobody test those plates before used! . Did anyone notice the stability of the plate? If you pit some pressure tu cut anything one of the side of the plate will raise making a big mess with your food. Finally and Even when the food tasty is fine ( like homemade food) which is good for us, the experience is like your young sister cooked and invite you to grandma’s house It will be good idea to choose an style for the restaurant, because there is a mix between sport bar ,with any other kind of restaurant. Hope they fix those stuff because they have a nice location

My wife and I and our two grandsons went to Prime Time on Sunday at noon to have brunch based upon the Prime Time breakfast/brunch menu appearing on OpenTable’s website. After we were seated, we were told that Prime Time has no breakfast or brunch menu available at the restaurant and hasn’t had one for quite some time. Instead, we were offered a limited, unappetizing appearing buffet and the standard menu which contained no breakfast items. We unanimously agreed to go elsewhere.

Luis was our server! He was extremely attentive and took care of us to the fullest. Food was excellent, big, quality portions for the price. I’ve had Caesar salads all over the world, from dive bars, to elegant cafes in France to $100.00+ per plate Steak houses; this Caesar salad tonight was easily in my top 3 if not my most favorite ever, hands down, no b/s. While I don’t live in town, I would be hard pressed not to come back here again the next time that I drive down to visit family.

Wow. i visited this restaurant in Weston's Town centre at about 7pm on a Saturday with my wife expecting a nice $30-40 per head experience and this is how it went. It wasnt busy. Scene was nicely designed and sophisticated. .....then the experience starts... No one to greet at door had to wait to be seated ( only 10 percent of seats taken OpenTable reservation not checked Food didnt get ordered until about 20 minutes after seating. My wifes appetizer salad turned up quickly followed 2 minutes later by her main course. My entree was nowhere to be seen and her pasta entree was going cold while she finished the salad. My Tuna steak turned up 10 minutes later. It was tough and dry. Promptly sent it back to kitchen and another turned up exactly the same. Turned out not it wasnt overcooked but was a cheap cut of fish with silver skin inside (aka fish grissle). I changed my order to something simple...a cheesburger and fries. That took another 25 minutes to turn up. Very good though . Not a great experience and for the money forget it. The service timing was awful. However on a positive note the cheesburger was delicious if you dont mind waiting. Duffys across the road is probably much better value though if burgers are what you like.

I saw this restaurant online and thought it would be a great place to have brunch for my moms birthday on July 4th. Our table of 8 was seated and, although we wanted the buffet brunch, it still took another 10 minutes for a waitress to introduce herself and offer drinks despite there only being one other seated table of about 6 guests. The buffet was basic, something we could have gotten at Golden Corral. And once the platters ran out, they didn’t get replenished. We had to ask twice for them to bring out some more French toast and refill the fruit platter. My $205 was not well spent. I am very disappointed - due to the location of this restaurant I expected a bit more effort.

This is not Brunch it’s merely a breakfast buffet that was very poorly done . The hot food was cold left uncovered or empty . The food selection was comparable to Denny 5.99 breakfast . No pancakes or French toast . There was cold meat and cheese sitting out for way to long it was slimy and warm . The fruit was good nicely sliced. . Some small cheesecake that were dry and crumbling . Our Server was amazing he gets 5 stars however the 18.99 price tag was a waste . Disappointed ☹️

Unfortunately we will not be returning. We were sat at 1:45 and our food didn’t arrive until after 3:20p! We were also missing water refills and refills for the kids who were waiting so long for food. ( of which there wasn’t even a kids menu?) I had also asked if they were serving off the regular menu as well and was told no, I was ok with that, i understand Mother’s Day was a busy day although I didn’t expect a 1:45 seating to be that bad and then I noticed the table next to us was ordering off the regular menu. One of the burgers was severely over cooked and when we brought it to the attention of the manager (I’m assuming) we were simply told that they would take it off the bill. And my mushroom penne was supposed to have several varieties of mushrooms and I only saw white buttons. Disappointing! Fast forward to when we recieved the bill and it hadn’t been removed. Just a shame that the experience on Mother’s Day wasn’t what it should’ve been at all! There was no apology.

Took my wife and mom to Primetime for Mother’s Day brunch. Upon arrival we were seated with a brand new waitress, completely in the weeds even though she’s only handling 3 tables. She doesn’t greet us for 15 minutes, then when she arrives asks what we’d like to order, despite not taking any drink order or introducing herself by name. Thinking it’ll get better, we order... at no time are we offered any bread to settle our child, nor any refills on our drinks. 20 minutes pass, another 20... feels like we’ve been forgotten, we ask what’s going on - but our waitress is nowhere to be seen. The other waiter remarks the kitchen is behind, which considering the place is only 2/3rds full, is unfortunate - I’d hate to see what a full house looks like. After 45 minutes, half our dishes arrive... all modifications and requests incorrect. I ask to speak with the manager, he comes by and says “what’s the problem?!” I explain it, he says “be patient, more food coming.” Not sure where this guy learned hospitality, but no. I paid for what was delivered to the table correctly and left - didn’t ruin my mother’s day, but they surely tried.

Family had a good brunch today. All American menu option was very good and filling. What remains weird is that OpenTable reservation points confirmation does not confirm upon checking in on arrival or during the meal. In past visits it can be days before a points confirmation is received. One has to keep track to be sure to get credit. Am awaiting credit for today's reservation.
