The menu focuses on the farm-to-table experience with seasonal highlights including produce, honey and eggs sourced from on-premises Primo Garden and Whisper Creek Farm in addition to Mick's Farm and Frog Song Organics in the local community. All seafood is also locally sourced from Florida waters, including clams from Cedar Key, white shrimp and squid from Cape Canaveral, and Snapper, grouper, and other seasonal catch from Ponce Inlet. Mountain Trail Farm in Clermont, FL provides Primo with whole pigs, which are prepared several different ways. Primo also has a long-standing relationship with Lake Meadows Naturals in Ocoee, FL for chicken and ducks.

My ribeye was sliced in the kitchen, and was dried out When it got to me. That is amature mistake. They gave me a cannoli to apese me it was empty inside it was an empty shell 😪😪😪

We were welcome to a small free appetizer curtesy of the chef and our server gave us an immersive and informative experience. We ordered the braised short rib that melted in your mouth and the chitarra nero that had a unique assortment of taste and flavors. We were then again given a small dessert and ordered the caramelized bread pudding to round the night out.

The staff at this restaurant are so rude, especially the people that are there to welcome you. The food is overpriced and not even close to the quality it should be for the price. It’s very loud and not great for having a conversation.

The food and service was amazing! However, the restaurant is far too loud and the tile floor looks cheap! The restaurant needs to seriously address the noise level. The restaurant is an upscale restaurant with the ambiance and decor of a much lower scale restaurant.

I recently dined at Primo and had an exceptional experience. The service was excellent, and the food, particularly the house-made pasta, was truly phenomenal. I'm eagerly anticipating my next visit to try the primo affogato. I highly recommend indulging in the bread service; the 31-year-old Leviathan sourdough bread is incredible, especially when dipped in the 12-year-aged balsamic and olive oil. However, it's worth noting that the noise level was quite high, requiring us to repeat ourselves in conversation. The ambient noise from nearby tables and the general restaurant atmosphere made it challenging. Additionally, there were remnants of food on one of the chairs and under the table, which was a minor but noticeable downside to an otherwise fantastic dining experience.

Sat outdoors because indoors was incredibly loud. A Michelin starred restaurant should not have that noise level. Service outdoors was great and the food was fantastic.

Their display of bread is very enticing as you enter. When did bread become “a service” that you have to purchase? We’ve noticed that at every restaurant since we arrived. This time we leaned in, ha. Very nice bright space. Welcoming staff. Four of us: two had the same salad, two had the same entree. The Kale salad was robust and very substantial as well as delicious. The grilled Cobia (fish) was cooked nicely and was perched atop a grain mixture. Love that concept but wow! a lot of garlic. Drank a lot of water as a result and later had to eat chocolate in hopes of diminishing that aftertaste. It was good going down however. Next time I’d like to try a pasta dish, they looked appealing.

We always have dinner at Primo when we’re in Orlando. The food is always a culinary delight! It’s fresh, mouth watering and unique and we always leave satiated! The waitstaff is always wonderful and ensures that your experience is enjoyable. It’s one of our favorites and definitely a must try when in Orlando!

We have dined here for many years , and the food was as poor as I have had at a fine dining experience in years . We loved this restaurant..and could not wait to come back , and it was utter disappointment. Our server was very good ( which was the highlight) but he could not over the . Not sure we are brave enough to try it again

We have not been to Primo since the renovation. We were sorely disappointed with the new atmosphere. It was such an incredible experience to dine in the previous space. The new space reminded us of a fast food restaurant. No table linens,nothing to impress us for the price we paid. Food was good and service was ok. But nothing like our past experiences. Sorry Primo. We will try other places before we return

My husband and I loved our visit to Primo! It was a nostalgic trip for him as he worked there almost 20 years ago. Our server, Brandon, was awesome & very knowledgeable! The foie gras was DELICIOUS as were our mains; the rigatoni & ricotta cavatelli. We were impressed with everything from the bread and wine service to the cannolis. We will be back!

Loved this place! They sat us in a cozy booth with comfy pillows! Our server was terrific! Charcuterie board had about 3 different cheeses, and condiments truffle almonds picked peppers and a few other things. Lovely crackers. And a little foie gras! We had a squash with salad. Wine was great and cappuccino outstanding! We’re going back tonight.
