Chop Steakhouse - West Edmonton, is a newly renovated, impressive location for any occasion. Whether you are looking for a gathering of family and friends or a luxurious corporate dining experience, we are uniquely equipped to provide exceptional hospitality for a premium event, large or small. We have private and semi-private dining areas inside the restaurant that can seat anywhere from 10-68 guests. Our Lounge has an abundance of space that can host up to a 120 person buyout or a more intimate 80 person sit down affair. Think of us the next time you are planning a birthday celebration, anniversary, rehearsal dinner, corporate event or family gathering. We also have fantastic Event Spaces available on the ground level of the Sandman Hotel in West Edmonton. Located 5 Minutes from West Edmonton Mall, and 25 minutes from the International Airport, we are in a prime location for holding your next corporate meeting or private celebrations.

Semi Private Back Dining Room

Our back dining room is an extension of our restaurant. The room is ideal for larger group settings. It is a charming space with a combination of comfortable booths and large butcher block tables that can be combined for that long table dining experience. This space can either be reserved as a full room or as one long semi-private table for up to 20 guests. Although you are still part of the dining room, this special space allows your guests to be removed from the business of other diners.
Great Room

Our Great Room is our largest Event space which is perfect for Wedding Receptions, Christmas Parties, and Corporate Meetings We offer a 2750 square feet space which is fantastic for large groups. The Event space also comes with personal assistance in setting up your special event through our Events and Catering Department, while featuring delicious food from CHOP Steakhouse. There are many food options for Events including buffets and set plated dinners, and reception style Appetizers.
Studio 2
20 Standing | 12 Seated
This room is a perfect option for smaller corporate meetings or intimate events. Studio 2 can comfortably hold up to 12 people and more depending on your set up.
Great Room B
80 Standing | 50 Seated
Great Room B is perfect for Intimate Parties, Corporate Meetings or Trade Shows. The Event space also comes with personal assistance in setting up your special event through our Event and Catering Department, while featuring food from the same kitchen as CHOP Steakhouse with options for buffets and set plated dinners, and an exceptional level of service.
Studio 3
40 Standing | 20 Seated
This room is a perfect option for smaller corporate meetings or private large party reservations. Studio 3 can comfortably hold anywhere between 10-20 people depending on set up requirements. The Event comes with personal assistance in setting up your special event through our Event and Catering Department, while featuring food from the same kitchen as CHOP Steakhouse with options for buffets and set plated dinners, and an exceptional level of service.
