Parlour will play a smaller roll yet is key in the name to define the concept of the restaurant. The word Parlour being as old as pizza itself is defined as business that specializes in goods and services. The goods and service that I know and specialize in is pizza and tradition. The parlour aspect brings suggestions of my tradition to the restaurant, checkered tables, green carpet, wicker wrapped wine bottles, and my Nonnos passion of creating pizza and making customers feel like family.

The food was amazing! Service was a little slow but granted we were a big party so we were patient and everyone had a great time!
Food tasted great and came out fast. Prices were really good as well
Great food and service ! Chris the chef is amazing and Jesse our server was outstanding .
Pizza dough was not cooked. Very doughy. Sent it back & it came back doughy again. Sent it back again & they remade the pizza. Guessing the oven had been turned off early & wasn’t hot enough to cook the dough.
Expensive for ok pizza. Not very family friendly. No color sheets etc
Great for celebrating a kid’s birthday. Everyone’s happy with the food, no matter their age or food preferences. We always have a great time and great food at PZA Parlour!
The food was amazing. Best pizza i have ever had!!
We waited 15 minutes past our reservation time and the restaurant was not full.
It took a long time to get our dinner.
The server said the oven was backed up.
Food was good but took a very long time to come from the kitchen, which would be fine if we didn't have a kid with us. We got there at 7 and food came it after 8, so it didn't seem to be a super busy time?
I have been a number of times before and have always enjoyed. This time it wasn’t the same experience but it probably won’t deter me from returning. Service seemed a little disconnected with two people attending to us. Although I didn’t time it, it seemed like the food took extra long to come out. Pizzas came out at mouth burning temperature. I ordered a different pizza than what I have in the past and some ingredients were crunchy hard and lacked flavour. It won’t be one that I order again. The pizza dough is still great and the overall casual atmosphere is nice for conversation. Service was attentive enough that we didn’t do without at any point.
We had a great experience at PZA Parlour, however the service took very long. We had reservations at 6pm and we were there until about 9pm. Our server was great, and we received one of our desserts free of charge. Other than the long wait for our food, we enjoyed our experience at PZA.. We would come back again.
Great food & beverage, and Queen’s service was as always excellent. Will be back again soon.
We enjoyed an anniversary dinner! The service was great! The food was great for the most part. Found the pizza crust a little greasy, it separated from the rest of the pizza pretty easy.
First time being at the restaurant. Salad came out quickly. Kids pizza very quick. Our pizza took a long time & it looked a little over done & it was cold. Waiter did rectify & put another pizza order in, was much hotter
Excellent pizza, great crust, tasty appetizers, we’ll be returning!
By far the best pizza in Calgary, great service, price and atmosphere.
Pizza is outstanding. Service can be slow but they are very busy.
Gnocchi is home made and very good. The calamari with hot peppers was outstanding (wish there was more to the serving). The pizza is outstanding and the crust is exceptional, probably one of the very best in Calgary (if you like chewy, then crust - home made).
We had veal which was a bit overcooked so it was quite crispy and not as good as the last time we were there.
I met a friend for a Saturday lunch at PZA and we were able to choose a perfect spot on the patio to enjoy our meal and visit. There were plenty of options for comfortable seating for both small and larger groups, so will keep that in mind for future visits! We each had the red Sangria which was on special and found it to be a very tasty choice for a sunny patio lunch. I had the Rizzuto pizza and it was delicious. It was enough for lunch plus leftovers for later. My friend had the Caesar salad with chicken, also very good and generous serving size. To finish off we chose a cappuccino and a latte instead of dessert but there appeared to be some very tempting choices on that menu - again, will keep in mind for my next visit. The service was great, and our server was very friendly and helpful. No hesitation in recommending PZA as a dining choice!
Service was good. Food was pretty good. It took them about 40 minutes to prepare my Alfredo because they forgot to make it???!!!!! Since I was just on my hour lunch break, I only had 10 minutes to eat.. The pasta could have been cooked a little longer as it was still a little under cooked. I probably will not get their Alfredo anymore, wasn't the best. Their pizza were pretty good.
There was only one servicer for the whole restaurant, the manager helped somewhat. We waited at the front door for a while to be seated. Everything we ordered took a long time.
The team at PZA were fabulous. The food quality was excellent.
We were one of three tables on the patio so very quiet but lovely patio setting. We waited a long time for drinks which ended up coming after our appetizers arrived with an apology as the drink my husband ordered directly from the drink menu apparently had to be remade by the owner as the first one was not correct so maybe they did not have a bartender on that Saturday night.
Was a bit noisy so hard to visit with our friends. Had the involtinni chicken and the chicken was very dry. Would not order again. My husband had pizza and it was overdone.
Our server was fantastic! We asked about an appetizer item (portobello mushroom) that was removed from the menu & she had the kitchen prepare it for us. The service was great!
Quite noisy when place is busy, and especially for the first hour of our time there when a young child was screaming periodically. Fortunately, they left which was a relief.
Waiter forgot to get 2nd beer for one of our party - had to ask twice.
We all loved the pizza.
I loved it but it IS LOUD. The food was great. Liked the half price wine 👍🏼
Best pizza in town! I highly recommend it. Great menu selection too.
The 7 of us had a great time. The patio is amazing and has more ambiance than the restaurant. It did start to rain while we were there and we were quickly moved into the restaurant with a table set up for us quickly. Everyone loved the food and the noise level was perfect. We were all able to talk together without too much background noise. The gnocchi is fantastic. I've had it three times. The donut dessert was loved by all of us. Absolutely a great place to eat.
Loved it! Everyone loved the pizzas they ordered, raved about the crust, and my Caesar salad was the best! Great ambience, decor & location. We’ll be back.
This is my second visit. I love the food. Really good arancini and delicious pizza reminiscent Stromboli's Pizza in the 80s. Definitely recommended.
We’re regulars here. Enjoyed a bottle of wine with our Johnny G’s pizza (our favourite) - half off on Wednesdays!
Food was amazing as usual thats why we keep coming back
We enjoyed celebrating a family birthday at PZA Parlour. We each ordered a different pizza and everyone in the party was very happy with their choice. The drink selection was very good, and gave us an opportunity to sample some new cocktails and beers that we had not tried before. Our server was very attentive and made great suggestions. We dined on the patio and found it to be a perfect evening for an outdoor dinner. The noise level was quite reasonable even though there were many other diners, some in groups, surrounding us. Would highly recommend PZA Parlour and am looking forward to my next visit.
I remember Stromboli's from years ago and loved their pizza. I know there's a family connection PZA and it shows. The pizza was really really good. Also loved the arancini - so yummy. We also had ordered the bruschetta and the calamari - both good. We were with my grandchildren who are teen girls - definitely we ordered too much food but it was easy to take home. Our server was lovely. The restaurant was very noisy - it was a Wed evening around 7 and there was a rainstorm so the patio wasn't open. Maybe that accounted for the noise. The noise level is the only reason I gave the restaurant 4 stars. I'd definitely go back.
The food as usual was amazing, plus it’s half price bottles of wine on Wednesday’s and they’ll let you take them home if you don’t drink them. Unfortunately our waitress was having a bad night and did the best she could but things just didn’t go her way and all our individual bills were mixed up. Would return anyway as this was a one off.
This is a sleeper and an absolute winner for pizza. The dough alone is worth coming back for. Sure it isn’t on 17th but it is worth the trip.
The space is a little on the noisy side, but the pizza is worth it!!
This was a special occasion visit which they forgot the event. A little disappointed to say the least. They should of been more attentive to the details covering this reservation.
