As I start my new family and become older and respected, PZA will grow with me, my family, you and your family, and will become the Pizza place that we grew up with (the place our parents took us for a good time).

Parlour will play a smaller role yet is key in the name to define the concept of the restaurant. The word "Parlour" being as old as pizza itself is defined as business that specializes in goods and services. The goods and service that I know and specialize in is pizza and tradition. The parlour aspect brings suggestions of my tradition to the restaurant, checkered tables, green carpet, wicker wrapped wine bottles, and my Nonnos passion of creating pizza and making customers feel like family.

The ambiance is very nice and they have a piano player which is really great. We started with the calamari and it was good, then my husband had a pizza and I had the veal. The pizza was good, nothing special, the veal was layered high so hard to eat and did not have enough sauce. Fries were very good. Waiter was odd, plates left on table, had to get his attention to get a box for the food. He walked past us many times. All in all good but not wow.

We have been going to PZA parlour for a number of years now! Our favourite Friday night hang out. Pizza is always amazing. And service is wonderful. Tim the pianist is so fun to listen to.

Fruit tray was limited as one line up it was gone and not enough to feed everyone. My food was cold and overall not satisfied with paying $30 for the food selection as the picture posted on Facebook had my expectations alot higher.

Was seated in a room with a large group of teenagers celebrating a birthday with horns. That combined with a piano player & then for some reason a large TV on in the same room made the noise ridiculous. Food left 3 people from our group sick after. Have eaten at PZA in the past & always really enjoyed it but I would not return after the noise & food leaving us sick

Upon arrival we were asked to “wait around” for 10 minutes as we were a little early. Strike one. When we were seated the chairs are just metal and very uncomfortable. We asked if there had been complaints before about the chairs and they said yes. We left before we ordered as the chairs were so uncomfortable. Don’t recommend at all

First time here and loved it! Ambience is great - bright, comfortable, inviting. Menu is extensive and the food was delicious. Beef carpaccio was perfectly prepared and the mushroom pizza was hot, tasty and a perfect crust. Nice drink menu as well. Definitely will go back and highly recommend for family or friends gathering place.

The main reason for coming was a pizza they’ve removed off the menu. The chairs are uncomfortable, the server never checked on us. The food was…meh. Probably won’t be back which is sad since this used to be a favourite.

Good Italian restaurant - their pizza menu is what most people come for. Reasonably priced wine. Service was great. Only complaint is the hard cold metal chairs and the room feels kind of drafty, poor lighting - bring lights over some tables, too dark in others. Loved the piano entertainment and live music.

We ordered the zucchini appetizer and really enjoyed it! My spaghetti and meatballs were good but the pizza that my husband ordered was pretty amazing. The crust was light and crispy. We enjoyed the piano player, who had a ragtime style for most of the songs that he played. The noise level was very “energetic” so not the most relaxing dinner. Our server was wonderful!

Pizza great as always. Half price wine makes going out more affordable. Waiter very personable even if not as efficient as the waitresses. Our favourite pizza place. Unfortunately their talented piano player can not be heard and quits around 7:00 pm just as it starts to get busy.

90 minutes after ordering spaghetti we were told by waiter Dylan that he didn't know when or if our main course would be coming out of the kitchen ... he asked if we'd prefer to settle up and so we paid for wine and appetizer no explanation, why the delay; no visit from the manager PZA was a favourite of ours; hopefully it was only a 1-night staffing problem we grabbed a burger on the way home ... happy valentine's

Server seemed really hesitant to approach us. We had our kids with us. The restaurant has high chairs and boosters, so ours can’t have been the first children there. They were noted on the reservation. We ordered immediately after the table beside us and they had their food for at least 15 min when we asked where ours was. We were told, “maybe another 10” after waiting an entire hr. after appetizers. The apps and kids meals came fast, but to wait an hr. without the server checking in or saying the kitchen was behind was annoying. The restaurant was only getting full as we were leaving, when we ordered it was not full. Saw a lot of skip drivers coming in the door. Maybe the restaurant should focus on business in house and not takeout orders.

This restaurant never disappoints! Great staff, always friendly and helpful. Food is delicious but they took away the PEI wedding pizza which was our favorite. All the pizzas are good though. It’s my kids favorite restaurant.

It was a horrible experience. The staff especially the manager failed to tell us that their kitchen staff had walked out and the food would take a while. So my family and I were nearly waiting for an hour for our food. Nobody came and offered to let us know or apologize for the wait. When we finally asked we were told of the walk out. Meanwhile pizzas for delivery were coming out of the kitchen at a steady pace. This was unacceptable and I couldn’t believe that all the manager had to say to us when we were leaving was “sorry for the inconvenience.” That’s it!
