Parlour will play a smaller roll yet is key in the name to define the concept of the restaurant. The word Parlour being as old as pizza itself is defined as business that specializes in goods and services. The goods and service that I know and specialize in is pizza and tradition. The parlour aspect brings suggestions of my tradition to the restaurant, checkered tables, green carpet, wicker wrapped wine bottles, and my Nonnos passion of creating pizza and making customers feel like family.

By far the best pizza in Calgary, great service, price and atmosphere.
Pizza is outstanding. Service can be slow but they are very busy.
Gnocchi is home made and very good. The calamari with hot peppers was outstanding (wish there was more to the serving). The pizza is outstanding and the crust is exceptional, probably one of the very best in Calgary (if you like chewy, then crust - home made).
We had veal which was a bit overcooked so it was quite crispy and not as good as the last time we were there.
I met a friend for a Saturday lunch at PZA and we were able to choose a perfect spot on the patio to enjoy our meal and visit. There were plenty of options for comfortable seating for both small and larger groups, so will keep that in mind for future visits! We each had the red Sangria which was on special and found it to be a very tasty choice for a sunny patio lunch. I had the Rizzuto pizza and it was delicious. It was enough for lunch plus leftovers for later. My friend had the Caesar salad with chicken, also very good and generous serving size. To finish off we chose a cappuccino and a latte instead of dessert but there appeared to be some very tempting choices on that menu - again, will keep in mind for my next visit. The service was great, and our server was very friendly and helpful. No hesitation in recommending PZA as a dining choice!
Service was good. Food was pretty good. It took them about 40 minutes to prepare my Alfredo because they forgot to make it???!!!!! Since I was just on my hour lunch break, I only had 10 minutes to eat.. The pasta could have been cooked a little longer as it was still a little under cooked. I probably will not get their Alfredo anymore, wasn't the best. Their pizza were pretty good.
There was only one servicer for the whole restaurant, the manager helped somewhat. We waited at the front door for a while to be seated. Everything we ordered took a long time.
The team at PZA were fabulous. The food quality was excellent.
We were one of three tables on the patio so very quiet but lovely patio setting. We waited a long time for drinks which ended up coming after our appetizers arrived with an apology as the drink my husband ordered directly from the drink menu apparently had to be remade by the owner as the first one was not correct so maybe they did not have a bartender on that Saturday night.
Was a bit noisy so hard to visit with our friends. Had the involtinni chicken and the chicken was very dry. Would not order again. My husband had pizza and it was overdone.
Our server was fantastic! We asked about an appetizer item (portobello mushroom) that was removed from the menu & she had the kitchen prepare it for us. The service was great!
Quite noisy when place is busy, and especially for the first hour of our time there when a young child was screaming periodically. Fortunately, they left which was a relief.
Waiter forgot to get 2nd beer for one of our party - had to ask twice.
We all loved the pizza.
I loved it but it IS LOUD. The food was great. Liked the half price wine 👍🏼
Best pizza in town! I highly recommend it. Great menu selection too.
The 7 of us had a great time. The patio is amazing and has more ambiance than the restaurant. It did start to rain while we were there and we were quickly moved into the restaurant with a table set up for us quickly. Everyone loved the food and the noise level was perfect. We were all able to talk together without too much background noise. The gnocchi is fantastic. I've had it three times. The donut dessert was loved by all of us. Absolutely a great place to eat.
Loved it! Everyone loved the pizzas they ordered, raved about the crust, and my Caesar salad was the best! Great ambience, decor & location. We’ll be back.
This is my second visit. I love the food. Really good arancini and delicious pizza reminiscent Stromboli's Pizza in the 80s. Definitely recommended.
We’re regulars here. Enjoyed a bottle of wine with our Johnny G’s pizza (our favourite) - half off on Wednesdays!
Food was amazing as usual thats why we keep coming back
We enjoyed celebrating a family birthday at PZA Parlour. We each ordered a different pizza and everyone in the party was very happy with their choice. The drink selection was very good, and gave us an opportunity to sample some new cocktails and beers that we had not tried before. Our server was very attentive and made great suggestions. We dined on the patio and found it to be a perfect evening for an outdoor dinner. The noise level was quite reasonable even though there were many other diners, some in groups, surrounding us. Would highly recommend PZA Parlour and am looking forward to my next visit.
I remember Stromboli's from years ago and loved their pizza. I know there's a family connection PZA and it shows. The pizza was really really good. Also loved the arancini - so yummy. We also had ordered the bruschetta and the calamari - both good. We were with my grandchildren who are teen girls - definitely we ordered too much food but it was easy to take home. Our server was lovely. The restaurant was very noisy - it was a Wed evening around 7 and there was a rainstorm so the patio wasn't open. Maybe that accounted for the noise. The noise level is the only reason I gave the restaurant 4 stars. I'd definitely go back.
The food as usual was amazing, plus it’s half price bottles of wine on Wednesday’s and they’ll let you take them home if you don’t drink them. Unfortunately our waitress was having a bad night and did the best she could but things just didn’t go her way and all our individual bills were mixed up. Would return anyway as this was a one off.
This is a sleeper and an absolute winner for pizza. The dough alone is worth coming back for. Sure it isn’t on 17th but it is worth the trip.
The space is a little on the noisy side, but the pizza is worth it!!
This was a special occasion visit which they forgot the event. A little disappointed to say the least. They should of been more attentive to the details covering this reservation.
The patio is lovely! Every time thus far, we've sat outside. This is the first time I've sat inside (bad weather), and I found the chairs very uncomfortable. Other than that, staff was great and food good also.
Pizza was very good. Seats and tables are a bit uncomfortable.
Tonight was my second time at PZA. The food was excellent both times. Tonight we order two orders of arancini which were delicious, the zucchini chips were also very tasty. My wife had a Caesar salad which she seemed to enjoy and I had a pizza to myself and I must say my overall experience at this restaurant has been very pleasant. They have a nice patio and the staff was very friendly.
All of the food was quite tasty. Our table shared a Caesar salad, the Sei pizza, and the Pasilla PZA. The only negative of the experience was that our server was very slow which didn’t make sense because it wasn’t that busy. We had to ask to have our water refilled numerous times.
Our food and the atmosphere was amazing!
Great food!! Pizza and donuts were to die for! Recommend the Johnny G pizza. Great value! A little too loud at times but overall great restaurant!
Great pizza with an excellent crust. They have some different options for pizza that you likely won't see elsewhere.
Food was fantastic! Love the donuts with Nutella for dessert.
We always love the food and that’s why we come back .
It would be nice if we are not asked so many times how the food is. The only reason we go to selective restaurants is that we are not asked. Trust me - If the food is bad we will tell you. Dining has to be a experience, interrupting our conversation and asking a million times how the food is is very annoying. Also if the plates can be taken once we finish our meal that will be nice. It is rude to take plates when one person is eating and the other is finished. Wait for everybody to finish their meal then take the plates.
Good risotto balls, pizza, and tiramisu!
This restaurant exceeded our expectation. Our waiter, Tyler was young, so surprised me about his wine knowledge and recommendation. Loved the wine he suggested. He was very friendly, thoughtful and efficient. We loved our pizza and felt it rivaled some of the best in the city.
We were also surprised by a lovely gesture from management to commemorate our first time.
Would definitely go back!
Awesome food and service, will be back for sure. waiter handled our loud party of ten girls great and food came out very reasonably quick, easily split our bills for us which helped a lot
The taste of the food was outstanding and the restaurant was pleasant to be in.
We have frequented PZA over the last year and there is a reason why we also go back with so many places to choose from. Consistent good tasty food and service. Pizza Duo is amazing, the crust!
The food was very good, as was the service! The food does take a significant length of time to prepare, a little challenging for our younger guests. The restaurant is very loud, making it difficult for conversation.
