Old Vines Restaurant is a meeting place of fresh local ingredients. Our selection of dishes enhance the light, fresh and fruitful, rich style of Quails' Gate wines. Our menu is constantly evolving as a reflection of our focus to serve the best and freshest the valley's local artisans and west coast markets can provide. We are dedicated to providing you with a beautiful setting and the ultimate food and wine experience in the Okanagan Valley. The Province (January 2007) Best places to un-wine. "Its fairytale pretty indoor/outdoor dining room among the vineyards is aptly named Old Vines Patio. Dinner here as the sun sets over the lake is a treat for the eyes and the palate." The New York Times (October 2006) - "Beyond our tables, the panorama of the lakefront, watercraft wake lines and row upon row of grapevines, with mountains in the distance, was mesmerizing." Wine Spectator (July 2004)- "One of the four best places to dine in the Okanagan."

We love the family style service/meal when everyone has a chance to taste everything and eat exactly what they want. Quails Gate (Old Vines) never disappoints. Thank you.

I’ve dined at Quails Gate on multiple special occasions and it has never ceased to surpass my expectations. The food and service is top notch and our servers are always so knowledgeable, friendly, and hospitable. Can’t wait to go back again!

I’m glad it was a Monday of the holiday weekend because it felt like we had the restaurant to ourselves. The food, the wines, the service and the views are amazing! This was our first, but definitely not our last, time dining there and can’t wait to go back.

I ordered a bowl that had lentils, grilled cauliflower, falafel, greens and lemon yogurt, which was very good. $13.00 for small size. My sister ordered the beet and Buratta salad, which was pathetic, for $19.00!! While I know winery menus can be expensive and portions can be small, this salad was terrible. It was displayed on a large round plate and looked like it should have been the garnish for something else that they forgot to put on the plate. It was minuscule!! Very disappointing! I have ordered this kind salad in other restaurants before and never have I seen such a tiny salad, especially for the price. Very poor value.

Great service, as usual! Lunch took a bit longer than expected to arrive, but It was really busy and we had a great view, and wine to keep us occupied :)

Old Vines is our go-to place for special occasions; this time, Valentine’s Day. As usual the food was excellent and the service from Daniello impeccable. Acknowledging that this was a very busy night, the noise level was very high and made conversation difficult.

Looking forward to a meal on the patio in the warmer weather.

Dinner at Old Vines is always a wonderful experience. We have been going there since it’s inception and it has only gotten better and better. The staff is always friendly and accommodating whether the occasion is a special one or just a night out. The food is beautifully presented and tastes wonderful. Needless to say the wine is incomparable.

Four of us celebrated our birthdays with high tea. The whole experience was fantastic. Crisp white tablecloths, a beautiful view of the vineyards and lake, top notch friendly service. The towers of finger sandwiches, quiche, and sweets was delicious. I always enjoy dining at Quails Gate. I highly recommend them.

I would have given a higher review but there were some errors with the food. The Endive and Spinach salad turned out to be Endive and Arugula and the duck was served rare! The service was quite slow abduct was a Friday evening and they were not that busy. Several times we had to send some time getting the servers attention. Overall the other meals were very good and the Ambience wonderful for a special evening.

This is an excellent restaurant for special occasions. We took another couple for lunch to enjoy the Dine Around the Okanagan Special for January. All four of us enjoyed our meals immensely and the view is spectacular. Our only minor complaint was that the music was a little loud. We asked for it to be turned down and they did so.

Beautiful location and setting. Menu had vegetarian options. Didn’t ask about vegan but sure they would accommodate. Service was great, wine was even better. Would definitely recommend. Dinner and an appetizer runs around $55.

Restaurant was busy however wasn’t noisy and had a great atmosphere. The menu was limited however some interesting choices and the ability for three courses with or without wine parings.
Some wine choices from Quails Gate and from other Okanagan wineries.
It is a very popular restaurant for good reason so important to plan ahead and make a reservation.

We loved our waitress. Our salad was lightly dressed so we asked for more dressing which amped it up. The ravioli was to die for. And who would have thought baked yogurt could taste so amazing. Sitting by the fire on a cold day with great friends celebrating our girlfriends 65 birthday.....couldn’t have asked for a more delightful experience.
Thank you very much. We thanked the chefs on our way out, but it wouldn’t hurt to thank them once again.
