We ordered the charcuterie board and Jerusalem artichoke Beignets... Both were great, but the beignets were delicious! Pillowy soft and the anchovy mayo was so good. We weren't feeling too hungry so we ordered the charred squash and the red Caesar salad - both were also very tasty!

Would’ve given 5 stars but for the fact that we had a 2pm reservation. Told our tbl wasn’t ready and we could hang at the hotel lobby’s bar and the hostess would text us. 30 min later, no text, went back and the hostess had completely forgotten about us. No acknowledgment or apologies either, and yet everyone else was being seated before us. Food was great, the ceaser drink was not (lots of ice and watered down). Server was great as well.

Exceptionnal service. Our waiter was so sweet and the chef even came out a few times to check on the food and make sure everything was OK. Being in the one hotel, it was quite expensive. The fries are not included with the burger, which was a little surprising, but everything was excellent especially the pasta of the day. Interesting place!

Great food! Nice decor. Only downside was the long wait time, and the less then friendly hostess. It's a minor note of improvement, but a welcoming and friendly hostess is important as it sets the mood upon entering the establishment. Would definitely dine again however.

This was my second brunch in 1 month. Menu has items to please those that are super healthy to people who only love meats and carbs. Service both times was perfect. Beautiful restaurant. Coffee and juices were excellent and the food was so good! We will be back

We had a great meal with friends. The cocktails were creative and well crafted (maybe a little pricey). The food was delicious - all very fresh ingredients and well prepared. Main courses were wonderful and perfect sized portions. The service was exceptionally good - our server made great recommendations and was extremely well versed on the menu. He made it an overall terrific dinner experience.

1Kitchen is a lovely restaurant. The ambience is great and true to its farm to table concept. Nothing overpowering. We ordered Truffle fries and broccoli I for entrees, and the cheese burger and Pam seared salmon for mains. Both the mains were amazing, the salmon was crisp and cooked just right, the burger was perfect on every aspect. The only thing that didn't work for me was the parmesan on the truffle fries. It wasn't necessary, unfortunately a little on the salty side and outshone the truffle flavour. In terms of cocktails, 1 Kitchen's Purple Rain is the best I've tasted, especially the lychee in candied hibiscus flower...that was something. The 182 seconds packs a punch too, especially for those who have a taste for liquor.

Had to check on our Hummus and Charcuterie board twice…. There were few people there, so they weren’t swamped. Finally hummus came then 15 minutes later, the board arrived. There were 6 of us. We arrived T 5:15 for cocktails and starters with a 6:30 reservation. Board came out as we were being seated….. Once we moved to dinner, our mains came out all together, but 3 of 6 weren’t hot. We had 2 Salmon, 2 Trout, pasta and pot pie. This is my second time dining and the 1st visit was fantastic. Thanks for your attention, KimberlyBradley We’re all local.

We booked a reservation for 1 Kitchen for a Christmas dinner experience. Unfortunately our expectations were not met. We waited over 20 minutes for our reserved table to become available. Our server then forgot to punch in our appetizer. We waited over an hour and a half for our mains. While the staff was lovely and apologized for the poor experience, our Christmas dinner plans were quite disappointing. I’ve heard great things about the establishment and want to give it another try - probably not on a holiday.
