    Nice spot. We went on valentine's day. Had a reservation, but took 90 minutes to get our food. It was good, but one by other occasion would have said forget it and left. Food was good. Atmosphere also good. Our server was Jared and he was excellent.

    Service was very poor. Building was freezing with some customers zipping up parkas and wearing mittens. When asked about temperature of the building, we were told that there was nothing that could be done because the heat was not working. Food was served to our table in shifts and not at all close to the same time. Steaks improperly cooked. Worst dining experience ever.

    Our waitress asked if we wanted to order anything from the bar and my niece said she wanted Duxoup Sangiovese then the waitress said " we have wild rice soup.. "?? We ordered pheasant strips for an appetizer and there was more garnish on the plate than food. My niece had the strawberry salad with sirloin steak added...BEAUTIFUL presentation and delicious as well. I ordered the filet with baked potatoes and green beans.. Delicious, cooked perfectly(medium rare), baked potato was brownish and unappealing. While we were eating our waitress came and asked if we needed anything, we said no but then she took the bread basket(we hadn't even opened) from our table??? the next trip back to our table she, once again asked if we needed anything. I asked for our bread back and she rolled her eyes and said she threw it and she had to make another loaf,, it would be another 10-15 minutes.. I have to say this is the only bad experience I have had with any wait staff at your restaurant.. Duncan and Lindsey were the best wait staff for 10 Main... Sincerely, Lori Johnson

    We waited 10 minutes after being seated before we even saw our server. HOWEVER...they were very busy and once we had a server she was excellent. Very friendly and efficient. We were not in a hurry, so enjoyed a leisurely evening with our family. The appetizers, pheasant strip & calamari, were excellent. The entrees were perfectly prepared and seasoned. Our granddaughter said it was the best meal she ever had (sorry mom)! We would definitely recommend.

    The place was very busy, lots of big tables. We found out they were a little short on servers for the evening. However the service and food was amazing. Our server always had a smile on her face and our food was hot and delicious. I don’t know what they do to the pork chop, but it is amazing!! We will definitely be back!

    We absolutely loved 10 North Main, it was our first date night without kids and it did not disappoint. The prices were a bit high but we loved every second of our dining experience.

    The place is probably one of the fanciest for Minot, but it's still casual enough that people come in wearing a nice shirt/sweater with jeans. Their food is delicious! Prices are a little steep but a few bites of any steak perfectly prepared there will not have you doubting the amount you're about to spend. Overall, was a grat experience!

    Food was excellent. We ordered the Pheasant Strips appetizers. Really good. I ordered the Bison Strip steak. I really enjoyed it. Cooked perfectly. The customer service was not great. When we were seated, nobody took a drink order from us. When we ordered our meals, we had to remind them about ordering drinks. They did offer my son a complimentary dessert for his birthday. They were friendly, just not very attentive.

    Our son just moved to the area and we were delighted to find this downtown gem. Very smart decor, comfy intimate seating, and great service and menu. I even think we heard live light jazz piano music! I enjoyed an Asian smoked duck and my son had bison steak. My husband had fried shrimp that he raved about. Our waitress was excellent, always available to us.

    We came to dinner to celebrate our anniversary. We had an excellent time. The food was very good and the atmosphere as always was pleasant. Our server, Holly, was outstanding.     Food is great here. Large portions and great tasting. My steak the one night was a little over cooked though. We ordered a bottle of white wine and it was served to us warm, the bottle wasn’t chilled, which caught us off guard and we were a little surprised. I also felt like the waitress was rushing us through dinner, like we at a diner and there were people waiting for our table or something. Not exactly the fine dining experience we were looking for. Other than the waitress and the wine a great meal.

    This place is every bit worth the money and your time. Food was awesome, place was really neat, and the staff were very nice and polite. Food took a while to come, but they had a party upstairs. Other than that, is was great!

    Went here for a proposal dinner. The staff was very nice and always made sure our glasses were full. Food was beyond words. It was the best I have had. I noted on reservation what the occasion was and they made sure everything was perfect. Even gave us a complementary bottle of champagne. Recommend to everyone.

    Had a wonderful dinner with friends. Food was excellent and portions are generous. Never leave hungry. We absolutely LOVE the pheasant strips. Tried making them at home but they are just not the same. Look forward to returning in the near future.

    The food and service were excellent. The ambiance was very elegant and classy. The only reason I did not give the ambiance a 5 start was it was dark and cold in the restaurant. If they could back off a little on the air conditioning and let in just a bit more of the outside light it would be perfect. But that is just me.

    They are chronically under-staffed. The food is of higher quality for the area but not up to par for the prices. If you have 3 hours for dinner, then may be worth it. But you’ll wait 20+ mins for every drink you order.

    Having been here when I have visited Minot previously, I thought it was a good option to host a family dinner in celebration of my daughter’s graduation. Service was fantastic! Our server was warm, engaging and worked hard to satisfy our requests. I was disappointed with the quality of my crab cakes. We had 3 orders at the table. They were extremely dry with too much panko. I have had these many times in the past and have always enjoyed them. My husband’s Steak was cold. It really was an “off “ night for food and food quality. Enjoyed a wonderful bottle of wine! I will return to the restaurant on my next visit to Minot as I have had more good meals here than bad!

    The food that we did have was pretty good, however our server messed up our order a few times. I never got my drink, my husband ordered the walleye but she put in jumbo shrimp instead. They were out of sweet potato fries and the stuffed pork loin. The bread was amazing, and I loved the French onion soup, and the pheasant strips were really good as well.

    The ambiance was great, as was the service. But we weren’t impressed with the food. My steak was cooked the way I like it, but there was little to no seasoning. The meat itself wasn’t flavorful either. My wife had the salmon, which smelled “fishy” I could actually smell that odor before it was placed in front of her. For the price, I wasn’t I happy at all.

    I really wanted to like this restaurant because of the ambiance and variety listed on the menu, but most of the items we chose from the menu were not available and we felt rushed by the waitress when asking for our orders when we weren’t quite ready. (because our choices weren’t available) There were only two other tables seated so it wasn’t due to a crowd. For the price, which was comparable to Minneapolis mid to upscale restaurants, the quality and value just wasn’t there. The pheasant appetizers were dry and over cooked and the mushrooms tasted good but looked like more of a steak topping/soup thing. Definitely not easily shared. Steaks were tough and dry and the salmon had no flavor. I’m not sure what the mission to serve customers is but this experience was not good. On a side note our martinis were delicious.
