Our food was served and had to wait for silverware. Finally we found some disposable meat servers station and grabbed that. We were with a party who split into separate checks and waiter had to correct the bill a couple of times.

The food and service we're good. And timely. Waiter was attentive as well. But where we were seated was not comfortable. Next to a large party table with young kids that were very loud and it was off to a side room. I would much rather of been near the bar or in a booth

Kitchen seemed overwhelmed even though the restaurant was not busy. Took over 30 minutes to get our appetizers. I had the tuna and it was sitting on the shelf for almost 10 minutes before it was served. Hit and miss food.

First visit to celebrate my birthday. Very impressed with quality of food, especially FRESH french fries and onion strings. Loved the interior. Felt like you were in a high end restaurant. Service very good and pleasant (Jody) waiter. We will return!

Had had takeout but never been to the restaurant. Loved the place—and wings, risotto, and Cuban sandwich excellent. Chicken cordon blue was dry. Service was great . A fun evening.

Our server E was fantastic! He gave us a history of the restaurant as it was my first time there, and he was extremely knowledgeable about the menu. He had a trainee working alongside him and he was great with her. Both were very personable.

However, the reason I did not give 5 stars across the board was two fold. First, the worker at the reception desk was not especially welcoming. I booked online and specified a regular table. She was trying to give us a high top table in the bar area. Not what I requested or wanted. Then she walked away and we weren’t sure if we were supposed to follow her or not. We did follow her and she seated us. We found her very cold and unfriendly. And the other reason for only 4 stars was my salmon. I added a grilled piece to my salad. I was told that it would be cooked to medium and I agreed. However, the ends of the piece were perfectly cooked but the middle was raw. I discovered this at the very end of our dining experience (I’m a slow eater and probably talked too much) so rather than send it back to recook it, I simply asked for a take out box. I cooked it through the next day and it was delicious.

Went with some friends. Two meals came out in a timely fashion the third 17 minutes later and it was ice cold. New food was brought to the table. This plate included a hair. The manager comped the meal and gave a free dessert with immense apology.

The chicken piccata gnocchi was amazing ! My husband loved his Cuban sandwich too! I got the Apple Cider Sangria to drink and I am in love with it ! There was so much i wanted to try! We will be going back for sure.

Just okay not really worth waiting for- making a reservation is a must, and unless there is a menu item that is a must have for you and that you can not get elsewhere then this place is alright. Food is decent and their efforts at accommodations for food sensitivities is commendable and a big focus for the place.
They are always busy and usually somewhat noisy and the volume of business somewhat impacts the service a bit.
It is overall good but not great.

I met some friends here for drinks and dinner after work on a Thursday evening. The restaurant was pretty dead, the dining area was less than half full and the bar was about a third full. We were definitely looking for a more vibrant atmosphere.
The menu was expansive and has a ton of options, however most are on the pricier side (not many entree options between $10-$20). All of us were happy with what we ordered, however 2 of us ended up with entrees that were cold in the middle. To me this means frozen and re-heated food. Not cool, but what was hot/warm was delicious!

Menu looked very interesting, and we were able to get a late evening reservation. The food was okay. Steak tips were VERY tasty, but a bit undercooked for me. Kale and brussels sprout salad was surprisingly short on kale and brussels sprouts -- too many pecans for me, not enough dressing. Biggest problem was service -- once our entrees were served, we could not find a server to get another drink or dessert. And then I had to stand for 10 minutes before I could get a check. Not a bad place to eat, but definitely not worth the nearly-$100 bill for a light dinner for 2 without alcohol.

Food was very good and came quickly. Our server was very nice and appropriately talkative. Things started slowly though with being left standing at host stand for some time without being acknowledged while hostess took a reservation call. Also felt like it took a little longer than usual for server to make her first visit.
Regarding cocktails, I tried the cranberry Manhattan which I found too sweet for my tastes, but chalked it up to it being an unusual recipe. However, I ordered a traditional Manhattan after and was also too sweet.

Pleasant atmosphere and good food but the wait staff was very unprofessional. A waitress and cook seemed to know a group of customers and were chatting and distracted by them all while we were there. Each of them even walked around carrying their baby. Also other waiters chatting amongst themselves a lot and loudly. Portions were significantly smaller than most restaurants but the food was tasty.

Great menu choices and great value for those who have to eat gluten free. Not only can everything on the menu be GF, it's all the same price as on the standard menu.
My only two issues were that there's either a plumbing or ventilation issue with the restrooms, and I'm pretty sure my tequila was watered down.

My out of town, gluten free co-worker loved the special attention paid to her allergen and felt great about not worrying whether her meal had any gluten in it. Both meals looked, smelled, and tasted very appetizing. I was very impressed with the flavor and size of my meatloaf dish. I recommended this restaurant to others in my office. My co-worker went back again the next night to try another delicious meal.

We made a reservation and did not have to wait for our table which was great. It was quite busy for a Tuesday so Im sure weekends are even busier. Ambiance was cool you get the bar feel but also a nice dining feel. Food was good, esp the Tempura Shrimp (recommend them). I unfortunately, had to send my salad with steak back, the steak was a little too mushy for me. The waitress told me its from them marinating the meat for days. Personal preference to not have mushy steak so no fault of theirs. Service was great the waitress was attentive. I would go again.

Best cubano sandwich i have had anywhere. Daughter liked her flatbread and said the "real pepperoni" reminded her of when she lived in NYC. Iced tea was fresh qnd delicious. Server took time to ask about allergies that can be made with no worries. We enjoyed being by the open kitchen, even though we saw reviews of people who hated it. I am short and small issue was that we were in a booth with the pipe style footrest but my feet didnt touch. I would ask for different table the next time. Will definitely go again

Overall great. Our server wasn’t very attentive at the outset but it also appeared a table nearby was very demanding and asking a lot of questions which made her availability suffer. Honestly I think when she finally finished with them, she almost forgot we were there. Once our orders were taken and we were into our meal, she improved and overall things were fine.

Great food, shocking service, mediocre ambience. The 2 managers on duty seemed extremely solid, but unfortunate there was a critical mass of inexperience in the rest of the staff. Drink orders were batched and delivered by the bar staff instead of the server, leading to long delays in getting drinks. Even though we had an drink order of a beer and a wine by-the-glass, they came out after ~15 minute wait with another table’s drinks with 3 martinis. Although we were a couple out on our anniversary with a table reserved, we were seated in the corner right next to the kitchen pass, so got to listen to orders being shouted the whole meal. Overheard two other parties’ conversations both expressing similar takes as mine.

We tried 110 Grill for the first time on a Saturday night. I ordered the "CURE" burger which arrived as a soggy mess. I had to eat it with a fork and knife. Maybe this is the expected condition of this burger, but I was disappointed. $15 for this meal. My wife ordered the Chicken Piccata Gonicchi ($19). This was better. Overall the ambiance didn't seem to match the prices on the menu. It felt like a slightly upscale Bill Grays.

Food was delicious - maybe not worth the high price, but still very good. The service was not good at all. Gave our name and indicated we had a reservation. We were asked to wait just a moment. After several minutes the SAME person asked us if we needed help. We explained she had just asked us to wait a moment. She took our name again and said our table would be ready in a minute. After waiting (right in front of her) for many more minutes, she again looked at us and asked if we needed help. I informed her that she had TWICE asked us to wait a moment for our table. She looked at me blankly and asked for my name. We were finally taken to a table which had crumbs, water, etc. on it. Somebody stopped by to wipe it off after I mentioned it. When our food arrived, we had to ask for silverware and napkins. Again - good food, very bad service on this particular night. Not sure it was worth such a high tab in Henrietta.

I flat out love this restaurant. Their gluten free menu is the reason I’ve been back 8 times in less than 2 months!!!! I love the great service, I love the food, I LOVE the fact that there are so many amazing gluten free options and I LOVVVVVEEEEE that you don’t upcharge for the GF items. Other places, I feel like I’m being punished for needing to eat gluten free. Thank you for not doing that, and for continuing to provide fantastic service. See you soon, I’m sure.
