Been here 4 time. Sat up front near kitchen this time. The place was dirty compared to my three great past experiences. Employees drinking at the counter where they pick up the food. No gloves. Drinking Dunkin drinks none the less. Bathroom dirty and sticky.
Server was awesome (we had 6:00 pm reservation, Friday evening and sat in booth by kitchen). Server was knowledgeable, friendly and timely.
We were seated at a “high” table for four which felt cramped as it was right next to a wall. In fairness we were asked before we were seated if a high table was okay; now I know to ask for something else.
Our server was excellent, but she was concerned at how long it was taking for our food. She kept coming to give us updates. It was a busy Saturday night so the kitchen was backed up.
We will return for more gluten free choices. Can you remove some of the calories? Asking for a friend.
Pasta dinners sat in a bowl of oil. Couldn’t eat the food.
There were small sticks in my soup. Not the best meal I have had.
Can you please confirm which soup you ordered? Our Potato Leek Soup is topped with fried leeks.
Ethan, the server, was great! Very attentive to my husband and I.
I love 110 grill's commitment to the gluten free community. They do a great job not cross contaminating the food! We will definitely go back!

This was our first visit to any 110 Grill and we were glad we came. The decor is rich, the tables are well spaced and it had a low noise level which is wonderful. Our server was patient and helpful and he paced the meal well. Our food was excellent and arrived nice and hot. Plus with the low noise level my wife and I could actually have a comfortable conversation. Overall a very nice experience. We plan to return.
Better than typical chain restaurant. Service efficient, but no especially warm. Had dried out chicken with my gnocchi, but they were happy to remake it and it was very good.
Awesome gluten free menu! So nice to go out and have such a variety to choose from. Made my birthday dinner very special. Our server Kennith was the best. He made sure we were taken care of and were enjoying our experience and food/drinks.
I've dined at 110 Grill several times before and this visit was the least enjoyable experience. There was a line out the door and the 3 people working at the hostess stand were talking among themselves and never acknowledged the people in line. The hostess stand is also way too close to the door, when there is a line there is no where to stand and people leaving can't get by people coming in/waiting to be helped.
Our waitress was fine but her shift ended while she was taking care of our table so we never received waters, never had drink refills offered, we never received bread, she was no where to be found when my meal was missing an item and again, no where to be found after the bill came and I was overcharged for my entree. A server helping the table next to us came over and asked us to pay our bill so we would leave the table. Incredibly disappointing evening.
Arrived at the appointed time (12:00) but didn't get our food until after 1:00. Coffee was not hot. Food was ok, but fish tacos were supposed to be cajun, but no sign of csnun spice. Child's portion was not child size. A disappointing experience. Sorry.
Food was great. Paying at the end of the meal was problematic because we had 9 people at the table. Not willing to split the bill for us. OK, so we pulled out pen and paper at the end and did it ourselves. Waitress annoyed that she had to run more than one credit card. It isn't realistic for a party of 9 to pay with one credit card. A wonderful evening was marred by the hassles presented when the bill needed to be paid. The restaurant should change its policy on splitting bills or at least make it easier for the customer to pay.
Good good and service. Noise level makes it difficult to hear your dining companion.
The ambience and food were both decent. The service was mediocre. It was a very relaxed inviting atmosphere. If you have food allergies, are vegan or need gluten free options this is the place for you.
We met out of town relatives as the were passing through. There was 8 of us including I infant and one toddler. They sat us at a corner table that was perfect. The menu was diverse enough to satisfy a 2.5 year old, a 16 year old and all the adults who ranged in age to 75. All were very happy. The two year old loved the fried pickles chips, Fire Cracker Shrimp and the cheeseburger sliders from the children’s menu.
The service was exceptional they paid special attention to the kids making the time there very pleasant.
We had a good time and we we will return.
Worst service I have had in a long time. I have never written a poor review in my life but felt this time it warranted it. My waitress took a long time to come to the table the first time which wasn’t awful but noticeable. We made it easy on her and ordered everything all at once. Salad and soup came out quickly which was fine but i ordered a steak and my wife the meatloaf. When the food came out I realized she never asked me how I wanted it cooked! The steak was undercooked to my liking but that’s not the worst part. My fork was taken with my salad (a little my fault) however my waitress did not bring it out and was no where to be found. We sat 10-15 min not eating because I had no fork or steak knife! My wife ended up getting up and grabbing silverware off the table next to us so I could eat my now cold undercooked steak and cold mashed potatoes. I’ll be honest I can eat a steak cooked done any which way but disappointed if it’s not done to my preference. I tipped normally but common courtesy always ask how you want your meat cooked and check on your table shortly after it comes out just in case there is a need (such as utensils to eat with).
food was horrible. I would not return based on that. Service was great our waitress was awesome.
Went for Valentine’s Day Dinner. Restaurant was not full when we were seated but it seemed like they were already struggling. Waitress was very pushy even when we told her we had never been. Quick to take our order, but didn’t see her again until it was time to charge the card. Took about 40 minutes to get food, which was barely warm. We were not the only table with issues, it seemed that many people around us were unhappy as well.
Chef DJ was very professional and made sure any gluten free items were delivered. 110 grill is a must go!

110 Grill is different from other options in Rochester in that it has the efficiency of a national chain with the uniqueness of a local provider. The food is good; the service staff is well trained and interested in delivering good service and it is reliable.
My wife and I went out to 110 Grill to celebrate Valentine's Day early and thereby avoid the crowds and the noise that a date on the 14th would no doubt possess. We were delighted that the staff understood and could provide a truly gluten-free experience for my wife.
The server was very knowledgable, flexible, and attentive to our questions and needs. She helped us order items that fit well with our personal preferences.
A little later, a manager brought some hot, delicious gluten-free rolls that got the evening off to a tasty beginning. The rolls, however, weren't just a nice meal-starter, they were a necessity—it took almost an hour from the time we ordered until the food was delivered to our table.
My wife's salmon was cooked to perfection with mushrooms, peppers, and onions prepared in a fabulous wine/butter sauce and served over steam asparagus. Scrumptious from the first to the last bite. My steak tips, mashed potatoes, and roasted Brussel sprouts arrived at the table lukewarm. The server took them back to the kitchen and popped them into the microwave, which heated up the food and improved the flavor of the veggies and spuds. The steak tips, however, were rather on the chewy end of the spectrum. They didn't taste bad, but they were no longer tender and juicy.
Overall, we enjoyed the experience, but wish the order-to-table time had been faster and that my food hadn't arrived cold.
Now that I have had my first visit to the 110 Grill, I will be more specific when reserving my table. I reserved online and incorrectly assumed I would be given a table in a more prime location. We were seated opposite the kitchen at a high booth. The kitchen is a noisy spot, so conversations at surrounding tables were louder than normal. It was difficult for us to hear our own conversation. The tabletop at this higher booth was so high that our plates were at mid chest. Our party was three average height women. The configuration was obviously for a 6’ male. Awkward. We had a lovely server, great knowledge of the menu, and was quick to accommodate the seafood allergy at our table.
They have an amazing menu that they make in house. If you have an allergy or are gluten free they have something you can eat. Almost all of their menu can be made gluten free including DESSERTS!!! They take all food issues very seriously. They took their time with my elderly dad, letting him take the time he needed. They sat us in a quiet corner as requested. I have now eaten their several times and I look forward to go again.
Onion soup delicious! Kale salad was deli Ed with dressing mixed when I asked for it on the side. No problem sending back. New salad came but couldn’t find the kale? When I told our server Rebecca if problem she said it was there. Hmmmm! More or less telling me I couldn’t tell the difference between kale and the other items in the salad.
Service was slow and unorganized. Overpriced drinks and just overall unwelcoming. The bartender is the second person you see after the hosts if you are waiting for a table. She or he should greet you immediately even if they are busy. Just a hello is nice.
We have a gluten allergy and they went above and beyond to accommodate. Waitress was wonderful and food delicious!
Service started out fine but it unfortunately became longer between intervals of checking up on the dinner, dessert and the check. Food was fairly good though.
Very poor service. Server never asked if we wanted drinks.Disappeared for 15 minutes and returned to take order.ordered a flatbread which arrived 15 minutes before other entrees. Flatbread was then cold and hard. Very disappointed.
Very good food at a reasonable price. Everything is prepared fresh and they can accommodate special requests in the preparation which is great. Will definitely go again.
We were perfectly accommodated with our allergies, the staff was very attentive, and the food was excellent. The size of a french fried order or sweet potato fry order could be larger
The Staff was amazing! This was our first visit. I have Celiac disease (gluten allergy) and do not get to eat out with many options other than a salad with no dressing, etc. There were so many options to choose from and I felt like the staff really took my condition serious. I often do not even tell my servers of my condition because I am made to feel as though I am being difficult. Plus I a very embarrassed. Not Here, the food was excellent, so many choices, something for everyone. My daughter is a vegetarian by choice and this along with gluten allergies was clearly indicated on the menu. Plus the staff had my order delivered separate so that there was no confusion. Eating out use to be one of my favorite activities and I have not enjoyed it since I was diagnosed in 2016. I finally found a place were I can enjoy eating out again. We will be going back on Saturday!
Went there with my 13 year old son for dinner. Food was very good, service was outstanding.
Everything was excellent. My husband loves the fried chicken cordon bleu! He’s been gluten free for 8 years and this fried chicken is the first one he’s had and can’t stop asking for more. Well done!
Food was good but the service on a busy Saturday night was horrible. Took more than a hour after we were seated to get our salads and the order was screwed up. Entrees were good. Not sure whether it is worth giving this place another try.
Everyone was very happy in the end. One of us however had to have his meatloaf redone. The first piece was like a rock. Awful!!!!! But it was fixed with a wonderful second one. Other five meals were great.
When I think about my experience, I would say that the server was largely absent. We also had one meal not make it to the table on time. However, we were reimbursed for that. I am not ruling out a return visit, but I am not sure it would be the first restaurant on my list.
