    Brunch here is not what you’d expect. Over priced and cold, small portions, toast not buttered….i could go on. Server was very sweet, coffee was very good:)

    We have been to 147 numerous times. It’s our go to place with our friends. Very relaxing and never rushed. Staff are always very pleasant.

    This place is fabulous. From the atmosphere, the staff and the amazing meals. If you are lucky enough to experience an evening here with the doors open and a priceless view of the Bay. One of my favorite restaurants.

    I’ve never been disappointed at 147! The food was delicious as always. The service is very good - polite, clear, never rushed. The atmosphere is great. Can’t recommend 147 highly enough.

    Was our anniversary and they didn’t say anything even though it was written in the reservation. They also put us in the back with the massive parties and it was very loud and bombarding. The food was good, but we waited a very long time.

    Review I have been to 147 multiple times and have had pretty decent experiences. Fri night was certainly an off night. First I got called to ask to push my reso back half an hour or to reschedule because they were over booked when I already booked over a week ago with no issues. We sat down. Drinks took longer than they should have. They were half full martinis. We had to call over the waiter to order our appetizers. Once we ordered our entrees it took roughly 45 mins for our food to come out. The waiter apologized 3-4x for the delay. The head chef was too occupied with his friends sitting at the table next to us when he should be in the kitchen helping his staff when food is that far behind. We ordered the mushroom risotto, surf and turf special and penne alla vodka. The steak was raw, the lobster was so over cooked it was hard, it was supposed to have shrimp it never made the plate. The risotto had absolutely zero flavour. Salt never saw that plate. It was one of the worst risotto’s I’ve ever had. The server apologized and told us he would let the manager know. The manager never even came to our table to talk to us about anything not to apologize about his terrible the experience was for us. They just took the 2 entrees off the bill. I was so disappointed tonight. I was in the industry for years. Server seemed a bit overwhelmed, the chef should have never left his kitchen during a rush, and management could’ve been better. I have another reservation already booked for next Saturday that I’m contemplating on booking elsewhere now. Super upsetting night :(
