3 Amigos - Palais des Congres

The food was very good. I especially loved my tostada which was very crispy and perfect.

The food and drinks were delicious however the overall service could have been better. Our waiter never checked on us throughout our meal to ask if we needed anything (i.e. drink refills etc). He never brought us appetizer plates so we were forced to lean halfway across the table to share. It was futile trying to get his attention. After we finished eating we waited approximately 10-15 minutes for him to clear our plates and he left so quickly we couldn’t even ask about dessert or another drink. Then we proceeded to wait another 20 minutes or more for him to return to ask if we were ready for our bill. The same went for the table beside us. To say the least we were a bit annoyed we had to sit for 20 minutes +++ without drinks or desserts. We even tried catching his attention but it didn’t work.

Very slow and bad service.

They did not mark down our reservation so the spot for 13 persons wasn't ready.
After waiting to get a place and quickly ordering we had to wait again for 50min to get our food, some smaller table that got there after us left the restorant before we even got our food. Way too long for a lunch break. However food was very good.

Ce fut ma 2e visite et la dernière, le service n est pas adéquat pour un dîner de semaine , nous avons attendu plus de 20 min sans avoir un verre d'eau pour patienter , notre cocktail est arriver quand nous étions à la moitié de notre repas , elle ne nous l'as pas facturer mais ça gâche la visite .

Horrible service, Specials aren’t even applied to regular clients... Not one staff member made us feel welcome. 1 Star if not none

Nourriture froide, service moyen, le patron nous a presque mis à la porte pour faire assoir un groupe qui attendait pour manger, erreur sur les factures, c’était pour un anniversaire qui n’a pas été souligné par manque de temps de la part de l’administration, pathétique et mal géré, allez ailleurs!!!!

Everything was good but the food need to be more tasty. The sizes of the portions was good .

Nous étions 3 personnes. Je suis la seule qui avait commandé le plat de ceviche; malheureusement, les crevettes n’étaient pas fraiches, elles avaient un fort goût d’ammoniaque. J’ai mangé autour du plat, la salade etc.
Mes 2 compagnons étaient très heureux de leur plat.
Notre serveur était professionnel et poli.

Food was decent waiter seemed dense

The food was exceptional but staff incompetent.
We had waited 45 mins just to get water
Service was very very slow they seemed lost , waitress had no money on her and machine wasn’t working .

So disorganized
L’ambiance was great through I think the resto should get it’s own bathrooms the public washrooms are the most disgusting I’ve ever seen it’s cleaner to be outside.

But again the food was so good it was incredible
