   Sheer perfection. We had the grilled cheese (heavenly) and the shaved short rib sandwich with emmentaler (yummy), and we shared the crispy artichokes, which were one of the most jaw-droppingly amazing things ever.

   We had no idea this was here hidden inside RH. My nephew suggested this place. It is a beautiful experience! Ambiance was relaxing, refreshing, and fun! The service was exceptional as was the food. I’m going to tell all my friends about it!

   Food was great, love the avocado toast. Restaurant is beautiful. Server was very rude and messed up our order. Did not apologize or acknowledge mistake. It was our first time in Chicago and we loved the place, but server was very rude and made it a less enjoyable way to start the morning.

   I had read many positive reviews and was excited to try this restaurant. The setting is lovely but the food was just so so. I realize the meals are a la carte but when I ordered the salmon, I got a piece of salmon on the plate and a little lemon wedge. Nothing else. It just looked so bland and had no eye appeal. My husband ordered the shaved beef sandwich -- also so so. Our friends ordered the burger and lobster roll. All so so and came on the plates like it was a cafeteria. We did order fries as our sides and they were tasty like most fries. We ordered the chocolate chip cookies and ice cream and they were just plunked on the table . I felt like we were in a cafeteria and not in a restaurant that gets great score open table and the group agreed.

   We originally had a reservation in the bar but the table was too low for my wheelchair. The manager moved us to the atrium without hesitation even though it was extremely busy. Not only that, she made a note for all future reservations to ensure they will have a specific table available to accommodate my needs. The level of service here is beyond compare. Our waiter was so kind, patient and professional. Did I mention the food was amazing? All around a top notch experience. Five stars!

   The gatekeepers were quite stuffy no personality very robotic. Myself and a friend arrived with a reservation. First problem the website does not specify that a reservation is needed. After the reservation was made it took 15 minutes to be seated. The sever and the food was great. The gatekeepers are inexperienced and they biases are very recognizable.

    I enjoyed three arts club café very much. I’ve been several times and it’s always been a great experience. However, this time I was very disappointed that we were not seated in the main room. They brought us back to a long, thin room in the back that one seat had an obstructed view, and the other looked at a window and a brick wall. Also, there was the bar in that room where it seemed a lot of the service took place. So, my take away is that we need to definitely request the main room. Next time we go… Or I’ll be stuck in the spare back room.

    I went for breakfast and remote working. The architecture and decor is so beautiful and the water fountain in the middle is to die for. Although it did come out quick and hot, I wasn’t impressed with the food, especially for the price point. I got the truffle grilled cheese and side of pork belly maple bacon. The staff was easy going and the manager was very friendly and helpful!

    I absolutely love the environment and keep coming back for that. I enjoyed the food and service. Food options are limited. I wish they could offer a number of desserts as well. The only dessert options are cookies and only two flavors of icecream.

    In an architecturally beautiful space, 3 Arts Club Cafe offers a great atmosphere for a special occasion or an informal lunch. The service was friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious and portions were large. We definitely will return another time.

    The space is just beautiful, and the food consistently good. We had the artichoke and shrimp cocktail for appetizers. Then burger, salmon and lobster roll for lunch entrees. Everything was great!

    RH is such a beautiful place to dine and the food is delicious. We came to celebrate my daughters birthday and enjoyed everything about our experience other than the service. Our server wasn’t very polite, and we felt like she was rushing us through our entire meal. Our entrées came out while we were still eating our first course and we felt like we were bothering her with every question. I have been several times before, and never experienced this, so I’m sure it was more of the exception of the rule at RH.

    Excellent food--the menu is not large, but everything is well prepared. Really lovely setting for any meal. Service was good. Wine is on the pricey side, but selections are good examples. Always a hit with my guests!

    Lobster rolls were delicious as was the cheese plate and arugula salad. Warm baguettes were great as was the attentive service. Beautiful restaurant that lends itself to intimate conversation at a casual pace. Be prepared for sticker shock, however!

    Came here for Mother's day. Got seated nearly right on time. This is a perfect place for Mother's Day. The Atrium was amazing. Super high ceilings, great seats and decoration featuring a lot of the RH products. Lots of light and especially nice with a light drizzle. The service was top notch. Attentive but not overbearing. We had a nice Chalk Hill chardonnay fro an extensive by the glass selection. We loved the Caymus petite syrah 2020. I've had this before but the flavors change from year to year. So five of us had 2 ribeye sandwiches, a burger, and a ribeye steak. 3 fries, and the fried artichokes and the small salad. The food was all outstanding. just a little of one sandwich left over. We sat for a long time with no sense of them trying to rush us out. It is a bit pricey but the setting is worth it.
