   Service was great. Food was marginal at best. Filet was over cooked on edge and undercooked in center. Flavor was average. The Mahi Mahi was dry. Definitely recommend Capital Grill!

   I had a business lunch at Shula's 347 Grille with an old colleague, and really enjoyed ourselves. I had a drink at the bar, and an excellent lunch in the dining room. The service was great, and the food was fantastic. I had the Salmon with Broccolini and Mashed Potatoes, and it was awesome. I'd recommend that dish to anyone. The main dining room is very modern and sophisticated, and the noise level is perfect for having a business meal, or a quiet romantic dinner.

   👍🏻 We hadn’t been for quite a while, but decided to go for dinner and sit outside. Beautiful night and no one was outside, so we had the patio to ourselves. Food was excellent, shrimp scampi with risotto was tastier than expected and husbands salmon was amazing. Manager came to check on us twice, which was nice. Server great as well. Have to put Shulas back in the rotation

   This was a Valentines evening dinner with an 8:30 reservation. It was not packed so maybe that tells something. We were a little early so went to the bar for drinks. Please note that these were $10 each and they were good (Tito's soda and Tito's pineapple). The ambiance here is good, a little dark but still good. We were seated and ordered the Calamari which was amazing with the exception of the teeny tiny sauce bowl. We asked for more sauce. It finally came AFTER we ordered dinner and Calamari was cold. In addition to this, we ordered dinner of famous Crab Cakes and NY Strip. 15 minutes later the sauce for the Calamari arrived. We ordered 2 more of the exact same drinks and these were $13 each !?? What? 35 minutes after that the dinner plates finally arrived. The food was very good, however the NY strip did have one huge gristle that should not have been in a steak of this supposed quality. The manager came by a muttered something about "sorry it took so long ... blah blah" with no offer of making it right. The entrees took 50 minutes!! Our server pretty much disappeared until we had to ask for the check. And two tables next to us that arrived and ordered about 25-30 minutes after us received all of their entrees first!! There was also a mystery charge of $2 which I assume was for the extra teeny tiny sauce for the Calamari? I attempted to call and speak with the GM twice a few days later to avoid doing this review but she did not return my call. It has been 3 days. I made it clear that I was a customer that needed to speak with the GM. We will not return to this place.

   The service was not up to par for a Shula’s restaurant, server was preoccupied with something other than our table. Check was incorrect. Filet was sent back as undercooked and came back out charred. Did not rate as well as other visits to this location or LBV.

    Couple of tables around us were extremely loud. Made it hard to enjoy our evening. The calamari was definitely over cooked. Other than that, it was ok.

    All of Shula’s restaurants are outstanding. The one in the Westin at Lake Mary is more casual than some of the others but still great.

    The filet mignon was awesome. We had the brussel sprouts they were fantastic. Great load bake potato and crab cakes. I will definitely go back there again.

    Excellent food, the tuna poke appetizer was very good and my wife and I both had 14 oz ribeyes which were excellent. The flourless chocolate cake was also a hit and the bar made a very respectable Old Fashioned. It’s pricey but very good. Service was good but hurried at times.

    It’s simple. The food just isn’t that good. Why would I return to a restaurant that serves cold fries? The waiter never returned after he brought our food, so I couldn’t even request ketchup. Worse, the place was basically empty. No, I wouldn’t go back. I should have just gone to Ruth Chris. At least they are reliable.

    We enjoyed our experience at Shula's 347 Grill. The food is delicious, can't go wrong with the ribeye. It was a nice portion and perfectly cooked. Our waiter, Isaiah, was very attentive and phenomenal. Definitely would recommend.

    Great food from a limited menu, and not inexpensive. Expect entrée’s to be about $10 above an Outback.

    Great food and service. Noise level was a little high due to large groups in the bar area and open floor plan. Steak was perfectly cooked and very flavorful. Key lime pie was mediocre but we were told that it wasn’t made in house so was to be expected. Overall a great experience and will return!

    Eat here often….not a good experience this time. Service was spotty, burnt. Y cheeseburger, took 15 mins for a replacement. Nothing offered for my time. Took a step backwards today.

    Have dined here 4 times. Previous experiences were great. This time our table was by the kitchen. One waiter would loudly yell or shout as he’d walk through the door. It was obnoxious. The server let too much time lapse between checking on drinks and bringing the check. The manager stopped by to see how we liked our meals but he didn’t read us right and interrupted our conversation and then stayed too long. The meal itself did not disappoint.

    Burger was seriously undercooked, however, our waiter, 2 managers and a server all addressed the error, corrected it, then provided a dessert. Unfortunately, the dessert was chocolate cake, which I rarely eat...they never asked me what I would like.

    Enjoyed our first experience at this location. We wanted something nice and close to home for New Year's Eve and couldn't have picked a better place. The service was excellent. The food was good.     Food was good however, the service was horrible and I mean beyond horrible. We should have left then but instead we tried to make the most of it. This restaurant was not busy for us to have such terrible service she just seemed to not care about our table. It started off with us sitting there for 15 full mins before she even walked over to say hello. Never refilled our glasses or asked if we wanted or needed anything after getting initial drinks or after food arrived. We ordered our food when drinks arrived and it still took an hour from initial sitting for it to arrive. Then we placed dessert orders which took 25 mins to arrive.

    Server was actually nice, the restaurant’s overall experience has declined, ordered a couple of appetizers only to learn a few minutes later from the server they ran out of one of them over the weekend (servers should know this prior to their shift), the entire table ordered the 8oz Filet as entrees, later I asked if I could order a burger to go, the server said of course then came back a fews later explaining they couldn’t accommodate the burger on a Holiday, 2 guests from our party forgot the filet leftovers on the table for approx 3 mins while we walked outside, we went back only to find out they threw away our leftovers, we were told “they’re moving fast today due to being busy”. We do not mind spending the money to have a good experience but if you’re going to charge these prices & present yourself as a higher end option, certain expectations are going to be there from guests, I don’t feel this restaurant & its staff currently knows how to accomplish that which is sad given the great potential.

We pride ourselves on ordering the highest quality seafood you can buy. Our Crab cakes are made fresh daily and typically one of our guest's favorites. Our Tuna is sushi grade, flown in daily as a whole fish and broken down by our Chef's. On your next visit, stick with steaks but I'd highly recommend trying the Crab and Tuna again. We have both on the menu as an appetizer and entree since our guests rave about them so often. See you soon!

For a Tuesday the week before Christmas, we were quite busy. We have two private dining rooms, and both were full last night, and we also provide all of the food for the Westin who had a few large private functions. We do our best to control the flow of the restaurant around these private functions and hold reservations accordingly to ensure we provide our guests with exceptional service.

    Had a business lunch at Shula’s. The restaurant had a few customers dining. Had a salad with filet which was excellent.
