Shelly and Mike Choi moved to the United States from South Korea in 1998. After moving to Cincinnati they both worked at various restaurants honing their skills before opening their first restaurant in Symmes Township, The Korea House. After more than ten successful years, they decided it was time to give the rest of Cincinnati a taste of their home.

Loved our server (she was also tending bar). The food was amazing! Husband had the short ribs and I had the calamari/pork belly bokgum. Both were fantastic. The calamari app was a little lacking in the flavor dept but still enjoyabl. Their kimchi was yummy too. Will definitely be back!

We have been here twice. We have eaten sushi rolls both times. The sushi is terrific! So far we like the Hyde Park roll, the best.

Our server was nice. They were clearly short staffed. We were unable to proceed with our meal because of the long wait time it would take to prepare our order (we had a scheduled event planned) of about a full hour after we ordered. They needed to accommodate a larger table and that took priority before my small table of two. We were able to squeeze in our appetizers which were just ok but we were hoping to enjoy our main meals but it wasn’t in the cards.

The server made the experience amazing! I’m not really much of a foreign food eater so I went out of my shell to try 3501 Seoul and it did not disappoint. How often I go I have no idea, but if you haven’t tried it I recommend it!

They were obviously understaffed last night. Our server did a great job under the circumstances but it was a Saturday night at 7:30 and we waited a long time for drinks and food.

The service was exceptional. The staff was attentive and did everything possible to make my Son’s birthday a festive experience. Food was great - excellent variety. Wine was reasonably priced with more interesting selections than most places.

Our waiter was very friendly and enthusiastic. It was Mother's Day so they were taking photos of the guests in honor of this. The variety of food options was great. Sushi was fresh and delicious. Bibimbap and Bulgogi were great. Enjoyed our first visit to 3501 Seoul.

The food wasn’t as I expected and I was hoping to sample ribs and not cut steak that I could’ve gotten cheaper at Penn Station. The rice at the bottom of the bowl was burnt really bad and the meal seriously lacked flavor. The restaurant looked very neat from the inside and I’ve walked past there quite a few times and was tempted to come in one day until last Wednesday when things went south from my food experience.

This is the fourth time I have been here. Invited a friend this time as I knew it would be good. We both enjoyed the food and service. The server was friendly and informative. Overall it was a nice dining experience. Looking forward to doing it again.

One of the favorites for good Korean food and could only be better if they offered authentic table BBQ options along with service improvement. The staff seems to changeover often, and I believe this lends itself to obvious transactional experience with the service. The food reminds me of home, and the cocktails are wonderful with a clever nod to the folklore of Korea. I've never felt crowded or had a loud evening, which is wonderful. Parking can be tough, but it isn't a show stopper.

This place is great and very accommodating! I originally made a reservation for 6 people but had to change it as more people heard and wanted to join up too! They easily changed the reservations to 10 people and the service was great! The food was delicious--hamul pajon was fantastic and the galbi and jap chae my friend and I split were both fantastic and authentic-tasting as well. Having grown up with a mother who was known amongst her social circles as being one of the best Korean chefs around, this was easily comparable! A bit pricier than I would have liked for some things, but I have to add the portion sizes were enough for leftovers, so I guess that would make up for that!

After having dined here for a Korean craving, we wanted to try the sushi as the menu looked great. Out of three rolls ordered, we really only enjoyed the Delta. Will be back, but for regular dining instead. Also, the calamari salad was heavenly! That will be a staple in my future orders.

I have dined here twice and had a great meal both times. The Korean style pancakes, listed under appetizers, are very good and more than enough for 2 people to share. The Bibimbap holds its own against all the other places serving similar dishes.

We had a great dinner of sushi rolls and beer. Having never been we weren’t sure about a lot of the items on the menu but after seeing what other customers were eating we for sure plan to go back and try the meat selections on the menu. The cocktail menu was good size and they have a full bar which you can eat at.

We were not familiar with Korean food so may have made the wrong menu choice - the bulgogi plus - but found it pretty bland . Next time will try something spicier.

Food was very good, but the restaurant seemed understaffed, even though they were not super busy. They should have been staffed up for a Friday night. Our server was very nice and seemed competent, but had to rush to keep up with the workload. Also, there was a significant water leak (from a heavy rain and leaky roof) that spilled into the dining area and men's restroom. This may not be the restaurant's fault, but there was not sufficient staff there to deal with it. The men's restroom was very dark and needed more light, especially since I had to step between puddles. We did not receive credit for our Open Table reservation from the restaurant. This is not a big deal in itself, but is indicative of how the place was run. They need to tighten up a bit. Otherwise, they did a good job with the decor (modern look) and used fabric effectively to reduce noise. The tables were well laid out with enough space between them. The food was good and reasonably priced. We would like to come back when they hire additional people.

Had out of town family who lives Korean. Food was great. Korean pancake and calamari was very good. My food was too spicy and I ordered mild but our wItress was excellent and had my dish revised. Enjoyed our dinner !

I love Korean food, and was very excited to try this. However, I think with the food, it was very overpriced. The Kimchi wasn't as tasty or spicy and traditional homemade korean usually tastes. The dolsot was good, but in my opinion, very pricey for basic dish.

Terrific food...they were able to make the sushi-eaters happy and had lots of other great choices beyond that. Definitely enjoyed the Korean flavors and preparations and we had everything from appetizers thru dessert. Only down side of the evening was our server...maybe she had too many tables, but her follow-up throughout the evening was really poor (drinks took forever to arrive). After our entrees, she asked us if we wanted our check—we had to ask her for dessert options. We’d go back again for the great food, but we’d have to have a different server next time.
