Really poor turnaround time from order to table. A party of 6 took 2 hours for the entire experience. Pizzas were left without a plan of action since their pizza persons went on break. The folks were very nice but need better management to ensure food gets to the table

The waitress was really struggling and she did not even realize the wrong food came out to our table. I found her at the bar after 10 minutes and got it corrected. When the bill finally came out, the waitress added three additional soft drinks. After realizing her mistake it was also corrected. Overall , the food was sub par and it should be considered bar food. We also got served with paper cups and plates I would remove this restaurant from Open Table. This is not the caliber of food or experience Open Table is used to advertising.

Limited menu and very slow service. Food was overall bad and overpriced. Rockefeller oysters were anything close to and I decided not to eat them to avoid getting sick. Nachos soggy and cheese very watery. Hamburger gross, onion rings chewy, flatbread bland

If I could give zero stars, I would. What an AWFUL experience. We had a 7:30 reservation. Showed up and there’s no host in sight so we tell a server that we have a reservation and he says “well I don’t know anything about that, I’ll find someone else.” He comes back with another server who seats us and says “Edwin will be your server.” We sat until 7:49 without even being acknowledged, and when we tried to signal someone that we’d like to at least order drinks they came back and tossed 2 menus on the table and took off. We had already viewed the menu via QR code and were ready to order. We sat some more until 8:00 when we finally got sick of sitting and being ignored. Literally nobody had even asked us about drinks after 30 minutes so we walked out. They didn’t even seem to care. Nobody stopped us or asked why we were leaving. It was so loud in there you couldn’t even hear yourself think. There were plenty of staff walking around. It’s a small cramped space. 30 minutes is far too long to sit and wait to even have a server acknowledge us or take a drink order. Also, the menu online has twice as much as the actual menu at the restaurant so don’t expect to have a lot of options! I will absolutely not be going back here. On the plus side, this gave us an opportunity to try the Little Greek nearby and it was amazing :)

When we first arrived it was kinda weird b/c there was no one to guide us. You enter thru the Melia Hotel and 360 is located about 30 feet straight from entrance. It’s by the pool so you may sit inside or out, no host to sit you or even check-in. Anyway, Christine the bartender was doing it all, she was fantastic. We could sit anywhere we pleased, all plates on their limited menu are delicious. TVs on each wall & clean bathroom nearby. Parking is at no cost. Looking forward to trying out their happy hour, mon-fri, 4-6pm. Located in Celebration, Florida.

I picked the restaurant because of the online menu, which was completely different than the restaurant menu. Absolutely disgusting seafood tower. Off color shrimp, frozen solid mussels, chewy king crab, and the oysters tasted off. Thai peanut pizza came with pineapple and chicken, and I didn't see any peanuts or anything that looked like proper flavoring. Lobster spinach dip was 100% not lobster. It was likely imitation crab. I returned most food uneaten and told them to take the pizza back before it was set on the table. This was one of the worst dining experiences that I have ever had. The restaurant should be ashamed of itself.

The food was okay besides the hair in our salad! The kitchen was extremely slow with apps and mains so we didn’t dare order dessert or we’d be there for another hour. The service was terrible too, nice staff but inattentive and you had to ask for everything like having finished plates removed from the table after 15 minutes.

We made reservations through open table but when we got there someone had taken claimed they had a reservation and took ours. the waiter said they take reservations but it’s mainly first come first serve. Other than that, our waiter was amazing and the food was surprisingly large portions and very delicious. Everyone was satisfied and pleased.

The food took a bit longer than normal to arrive. Yes it got busy but we had ordered prior to the crowd arriving. It took a bit to get the check as well. Additionally, a side in one of our orders was incorrect but the server promptly fixed it.

We had dinner at 360 American after a day of shopping. This restaurant is kinda difficult to find bc it is in a hotel lobby near Celebration hospital. We had dinner outside near the pool area. The first thing we noticed was the restaurant menu did not match the online menu. Now I know menus are changed up from time to time however, it’s usually to make it better. The items we looked forward to eating, beef rib filled pasta and pork chops were not on menu. They did have items that were marked as “new” items but were uninspiring. We ended up ordering pizza and salad which were well prepared. Our server was very friendly and made sure we had plenty of water. We did have a reservation but you could probably get a table with no wait.

I had an excellent Red Snapper while traveling on business. I was surprised to find the restaurant was in a hotel (a fact not indicated in the summary) and almost didn't bother but it was late and I didn't want to search for something else. The ambiance of the open area off the lobby was fine that night with very few other patrons either in the restaurant or the lobby. I can imagine, however, that the space could become quite noisy and hectic.

The food was good,not amazing. I rather this spot than an Applebee’s. The brunch menus looked amazing, i wish it was available any day at anytime, our waitress was a Sweetheart and tried her best to accommodate a party of 11 with a baby on a high chair. The place smelled amazing, it very clean and they even carry Juniors Cheesecake. Yes, from NYC!

Great family dinner after church while in the Disney area. This is a hidden gem. Good food, good prices, caring staff. Will be back again on our next trip to Disney.

Great food and service. The duet playing inside the restaurant was very loud. Outside seating was lovely after they relocated us there later in our meal. (We could not hear each other talk until we were later moved outside.) I recommend the restaurant when the duet is not playing or when you can sit outside.

Waited for menus, water glasses and 1 drink order was ‘lost’ and didn’t come for 20 minutes. Food was good, servers very pleasant.

As others have noted, this is more of a hotel bar than a restaurant. Burger was way overcooked, past well done. And appeared to have some soy filler in it. One of the worst I’ve ever had. Wife’s chicken sandwich was also overcooked and dry - but at least has some good flavor in it. Service was slow, but she was nice enough. Will not be back.

This is a hotel!!! It is a very small bar inside of a hotel. It has outdoor setting but it is noisy and beside the pool. Not at all what we expected.

A better experience than you would normally expect from a hotel restaurant. The menu was simple, but varied, and everything was done very well. A step above casual chain restaurants at a similar price point.

Not as great as we hoped Also didn’t not expect to be at a hotel-I’m from out of town and it just did search.. couldn’t tell from pics. I had flank steak but asked for no rice and beans and just veggies or garden salad. I got a half of a head iceberg lettuce and a few tomatoes- not exactly what I had expected. Great happy hour prices.

We had a great time at 360. Francine, the hostess had reserved a table overlooking the pool which also allowed us to watch some football on the screens inside. She also brought stickers for the kids. Our server was attentive and the food was good and reasonably priced. We will be back when in the Orlando area.

This restaurant is in the lobby of a hotel. The music was playing a bit too loud for conversation at the table but understandable since most of the guests are walking around in swimwear. The food was very delicious. The service was on the slow side but I don't think they serve large parties very often. Overall, good experience and we will likely go back.

The short rib cannelloni was delicious. Overall value was very good and worth the trip. Kids said the pizza and pasta were also very good (based on the fact they ate most if not all). If you are staying at Disney or a nearby resort, this is a good meal at a non-chain eatery that is close and not too pricey. I'll be back for sure.

Many reviews seemed to classify the service as poor. All I can say is that our server was fantastic in all ways. Quick but not rushed...helpful and took care of special requests perfectly and in a timely manner. Food was excellent, and fairly priced.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The presentation of the food was nice. I was unaware that this restaurant was located inside of a hotel a bit hard to find perhaps that should be noted . I think we may have just picked the wrong nite to eat dinner here as there were lots of kids and the noise volume was a bit much.
