   Truly one of a kind experience. Our food was incredible, the wine pairing was well worth it. The service was really the best I’ve ever had, they stopped at nothing to make sure we had an amazing experience. It was April in the outdoor dome, but inside while a little drafty it was so cozy with blankets and space heaters. We didn’t want to leave!

   The food and service were as amazing as the views. I didn’t expect there to only be one bubble but it then made sense why there is a $150 rental fee on top of the food. But it was a very fun different dining experience!

   We went for dinner for my sister’s birthday and it was amazing, our server Morgan was the absolute best, and the food was divine. I ordered a gin mai tai made with their famous rundle gin upon our server’s recommendation and it was so delicious that I ordered a second! The chef did an amazing job with our food especially considering the list of allergies we had (unfortunately) and everything including some substitutions were so delicious, we all really enjoyed it. The atmosphere was so wonderful, it was a lovely snowy evening and felt so magical and cozy inside. We loved it so much we can’t wait to do it again!

    My partner booked the 360 dome experience as a surprise to celebrate our engagement and it was a just perfect! We actually arrived late to our booking and the staff at Fairmont Banff Springs were so accommodating, especially Allison who went out of her way to make sure that we had everything we needed and more.     Everything was absolutely incredible! We were celebrating my dads 75th birthday and could not have asked for a better day. The food was amazing and just kept coming!! They were very aware of our allergies and ensured everything was safe. Our sever Alison was delightful and made our experience perfect!! She made us laugh, told stories and even acted like a photographer taking as many photos of us that we wanted. I would recommend this experience to anyone! 5 stars across the board in my book!

    The food was sub par mostly, non imaginative and underwhelming. The duck course was the only bright spot. The wine pairing was best described as picked from isle three of a super store liquor outlet. Only one wine stood out in the very beginning, which was a new and impressive Austrian white. At a thousand dollars, the food should of been impactful, thought provoking and edgy. The wines should of been Nuevo and tantalizing. Restaurants like range road in Edmonton manage to push the envelope with amazing tasting menus using off cuts and new age thinking at a quarter of the price and cost. So one would think that an amazing establishment such as the fairmont banff springs would be able to compete. Alas, they appear to not be able too. The plexiglass ambience of the dome itself is both quaint and yet lackluster once your given freedom to absorb it due to the food being the thing you need distraction from. If the chefs and sommeliers would take an ounce of advice, I would only offer this. If you are attempting to proudly show off canadian cuisine, look no further then your own waldhaus restaurant on the exact same grounds for a fish idea, pickerel, which couldn’t be more regional and accommodating to flavors for an experimental chef. Then pick vibrant wild organic or under valued Canadian wines to pair them with. A catalogue of Californian reds from labels people know well and use as table wines should not be your go to. In conclusion, please either rethink your treatment of the future customers you will endeavor to please, or just drop the price point and give them little excuse to fill gouged.

    We had booked this experience for our anniversary and the party prior to us didn't respect the timing and as it was we waited till 11:00pm and the dome still wasn't ready for us. We had booked for 10:30pm. The staff was incredible and very apologetic and tried their very best to encourage the previous party to leave, but we decided to cancel instead of waiting longer. We wish we could have enjoyed that as it was part of our celebration for the weekend.

    This was our first outing out without the kids in 13 years so we wanted it to be special, and it was definitively more than that! Our server Sebastian was polite, knowledgeable, always attentive to our needs and gladly took pictures of us when we asked him. The food was outstanding, every single dish was prepared taking into consideration the presentation, they chose so many local ingredients and prepared them with a fusion twist.     The overall experience is great! It’s was just the sun was kinda hot and it’s was glaring. But it was quite a unique experience and the breakfast entree was scrumptious. Our service was great and very hospitable. I would definitely recommend it. But is you want a sunrise breakfast experience in the SUMMERTIME choose the earliest time so the sun won’t be as hot on your face! Lol maybe it’ll okay in the fall or winter where the sun is not as hot!

    A Wonderful Experience!! We loved the Dome Experience- from the moment we arrived everything was so spectacular! The Dome is beautifully situated to capture all the beauty of the setting from the majesty of the mountains to the amazing Fairmont hotel. The interior is so comfortable and you can choose the temperature and the music volume to exactly your taste. Sebastian took care of us for the evening and we could not have been in better hands. He is exceptionally knowledgeable on wines, cocktails, food and all the regional influences on each. He was so fun and helpful too - he made the experience even more delightful. And then…. THE MEAL!! The chef is an artist- every flavor perfectly orchestrated. The tasting menu is superb! We started with the chicken liver brûlée paired with a pear chutney that was a perfect foil for the richness of the pate. The steelhead trout course might be the best fish I’ve ever eaten. Perfectly cooked and so fresh and complimented by the sauces. I can’t eat gluten which usually results in a lot compromise- but the Dome made everything delicious- even my perfectly crisp gluten free toasts. The bison tartare and boar bacon courses were a love letter to the region and I’m already wishing I could have hem again! The duck course was equally incredible. The cherry sage sorbet with champagne was a lovely surprise- so delicious! Dessert was fabulous- the yoghurt ice cream was the perfect match for the syrups, berries and marshmallows. Wine suggestions from Sebastian were on point and perfectly complemented the meal. We really appreciated learning more about the local wines and particularly enjoyed the local sparkling wine we had as a starter. One of our party requested a few substitutes due to preference and they were super accommodating. We were amazed at the whole package found the experience to be a terrific value given the quality of every aspect. Highly, highly recommend the Dome! Get in if you can!

    Such a unique dining experience! You cannot beat the ambiance and view within and outside the Dome. The food was delicious, although way too much for two people. But they offered to box up leftovers, which was nice. The service was stellar. Overall, a memorable and grand experience!

    We spent 3 days and ate nearly all our meals at the Fairmont property. This experience was our BEST, bar none. Neil, our server, was top notch, demonstrating the highest level of professionalism you would expect from Fairmont.

    Sunrise breakfast in the dome was a wonderful experience. The scenery is breathtaking and you get a very generous amount of food. Everything was good but I particularly enjoyed the Salmon Tartine and the banana bread. Service was excellent. This was a very unique dining experience which I would recommend.

    This was not what i signed up for. I originally read on the website that it was $150 for 2 people and a late night snack menu that i can choose from. I was given no choice but to accept a food board with popcorn, 2 types of chips and dips, reheated and over cooked ribs and disgusting chicken balls that were reheated as well. I was tricked into to paying $250 dollars for this experience and $150 worth of booze to consume by 12:00 am and my reservation was at 11pm which we were on time for but seated at 11:30pm. I was pretty much was forced to buy a bottle of wine to take home. Overall i was stuck paying $340 for this rip off experience that i was lied too on the web which now has been taken down. I will never return to this hotel for anything ever again. Disgusting how they would do this to their customers. By the way this is not the only review ill be writing! Also i made a request to have a white rose there and nothing was given to my new fiancé that I proposed to earlier that day. Way to ruin our perfect day!
