Overall this is an amazing experience! We felt so pampered! Our server took 54 photos of us at various angles to make sure we had the perfect shots captured. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because you have to pay a rental fee for a party of two, which is unfortunate because this was such an intimate and romantic way to spend our anniversary just the two of us. Overall, an amazing experience and I would recommend it.

We were looking for something unique to do as a goodbye for a good friend and while trying to book the Vermillion Room for the standard brunch I came across this experience. The Dome is set out back of the hotel with an amazing view of the mountains. We arrived and were seated with our group of 8 in the dome which is beautifully decorated. We had our own waiter who came out and made everyone comfortable. We started with coffee and the mimosa bar. The first of the dishes started to arrive including charcuterie, pastries, a fruit platter, banana bread and smoked salmon. Following the initial dishes, we took a bit of a break before the next round of food came out. The second round included an egg dish, duck confit, potatoes and incredible french toast. The last course was the dessert board which was delicious! The food was fantastic, the service exceptional and the ambiance was incredible. We couldn't have asked for a more memorable experience to send our friend off to Victoria in style.

We celebrated a birthday in the dome. We were there on a cloudy/moody morning but it was still wonderful to watch the clouds move through and watch for the mountains to peek through. The menu was set and it was all delicious. They were able to accommodate the various food allergies in our party with equally delicious options. Our server was great and even brought out some birthday cake at the end of our breakfast to help us celebrate! The dome was spacious but cozy and decorated nicely.

Magical. Spectacular. Never-to-be-forgotten. This dinner cost the BOMB. And I would do it again in a heartbeat. Unbelievable view. Incredible food. Impeccable service. One of the greatest dinner experiences of our lives. I will admit to having been a bit high maintenance about the menu (a number of dietary restrictions), but the result was amazing. And the staff was just lovely and gracious about the whole thing. Can't say enough good things about an absolutely perfect dinner experience in a breathtaking setting.

This was a fantastic experience. We walked into a warm room (it was cold outside) The ire and surroundings are stunning. The food was absolutely delicious and decadent! Our Aussie server Grace was friendly and fun. Even the manager Carlos came and introduced himself. We felt very special and spoiled. Perfect for anniversaries and special occasions. And they even box up the food that you can’t finish. I would highly recommend this. Maybe not when it’s hot though in Summer. A very special experience and so glad we did it!

I wasn’t sure what to expect booking with 7ppl- 4 of which were children and this was a highlight of our trip in Banff. We had the best time! The food was amazing, the staff were so friendly and the experience was something we will never forget. Also- we had left overs for a couple of days and the food was just a scrumptious as it was on day 1. We booked for the brunch and I would love to book in for a dinner reservation next time. It was the best brunch I’ve ever had. Everyone in our group had the best things to say about the food and the ambiance!

It was an amazing experience. The food, service, and environment were all top notch. Our server Hiroe was excellent, so friendly and efficient. The amount of food provided was also over to top. We all rolled out of there. I would absolutely recommend this and would do it again when I return to Banff.

One of the most unique, intimate, and fun dining experiences I’ve ever had! We were running more then one hour late to our reservation due to issues at our airport, but luckily the staff were able to accommodate us and take us in later. Our server, Ava, was both charming, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. We all enjoyed having him as our server very much! Everything that came out was absolutely delicious!! The dishes were full of flavor, the presentation of the food was great, and the wine pairings with each dish really added to enhance the flavors of the food. We had such a fun and memorable experience at this place. At first we didn’t think it would be quite enough food but it was more than enough. We also appreciated the fact that the chef came out to us and introduced himself personally. Just an overall great experience and we are so glad we got to do it while we were in Banff! Would definitely recommend this if you want good food, a quiet and beautiful scenery, and just a unique experience while in Banff.

Overall the staff experience was great--our waiter was kind and the staff has gotten the entrance and delivery to a T. I think I would've preferred to sit inside. The view was excellent, but the food lacked sustenance given the high price tag and how long we waited. We had 10 in our party, and the dinner was ~4 hours long, for 7 courses. It was challenging to wait 30-45mins after being done with a course, for the next one. I might consider doing the dome again for a short brunch, or just drinks and with a much smaller party.

The sunrise breakfast was amazing! They were very accommodating with the allergies in our group and the food was really good, plus you can’t beat the view!

Truly one of a kind experience. Our food was incredible, the wine pairing was well worth it. The service was really the best I’ve ever had, they stopped at nothing to make sure we had an amazing experience. It was April in the outdoor dome, but inside while a little drafty it was so cozy with blankets and space heaters. We didn’t want to leave!

The food and service were as amazing as the views. I didn’t expect there to only be one bubble but it then made sense why there is a $150 rental fee on top of the food. But it was a very fun different dining experience!

We went for dinner for my sister’s birthday and it was amazing, our server Morgan was the absolute best, and the food was divine. I ordered a gin mai tai made with their famous rundle gin upon our server’s recommendation and it was so delicious that I ordered a second! The chef did an amazing job with our food especially considering the list of allergies we had (unfortunately) and everything including some substitutions were so delicious, we all really enjoyed it. The atmosphere was so wonderful, it was a lovely snowy evening and felt so magical and cozy inside. We loved it so much we can’t wait to do it again!

My partner booked the 360 dome experience as a surprise to celebrate our engagement and it was a just perfect! We actually arrived late to our booking and the staff at Fairmont Banff Springs were so accommodating, especially Allison who went out of her way to make sure that we had everything we needed and more.
