    Outstanding service. Attention to detail. Server was very attentive and caring. Made our wedding anniversary very memorable. Food was great other than slightly undercooked cooked Filet mignon but very flavorful. Thanks for a great experience

    From the great food to the fantastic service, everything was top notch. We participated in the Lancaster restaurant week. My husband and I shared the lobster bisque and Kocher salad. Both great! Next course consisted of a filet for me rib cap steak for my husband. Both were perfectly prepared. We highly recommend 401 Prime. We definitely will be back!

    After a great first experience last February, we decided to visit again to celebrate my wife's birthday last night. We are sorry to say that we were both extremely disappointed. The soup, while very tasty, was served to us lukewarm as were our entrees. My wife's scallops did not appear to be thoroughly cooked, while my steak, which I ordered medium, was served rare and lukewarm inside. The side dishes were also lukewarm. My wife added a baked potato (for an extra $9) that was hard and not warm inside. We also had the signature macaroni and cheese which we sent back due to that being cold as well. Please know that we are not complainers at all and very rarely send anything back to the kitchen. We just decided to deal with our meals they way they were for the most part. For us to even say anything about the mac and cheese was extremely rare. It's sad that we would have to deal with this at all considering the premium prices we paid for this meal. We both decided that we would not be back again. Not worth the money!

    Lancaster City Restaurant Week Special course not only great in value, but also in quality. Got to try a new dish all the way from the appetizer to dessert, and everything was delicious. Always wanting to go back after visiting.

    3/4 of table had 3 course pre-fixe meal. Appy, entree, dessert for $70 plus tip. Outstanding! I had lobster bisque - large bowl with chunks of perfectly cooked tasty lobster, followed by 6oz filet mignon with mashed potatoes, asparagus, and hollandaise sauce. For dessert I had the choc chip and caramel bread pudding. Delicious!! Will return if ever in Lancaster again!!

    First time dining at 401 Prime and it was excellent!! The Miso Bacon appetizer is a must and if you like an 'Old Fashion' drink from the bar...... they serve them in a unique, conversation worthy way. Filet was prepared exactly as requested and the mac and cheese was as good as everyone raves about. I can't recommend this steakhouse enough. Not the cheapest, but a great experience to celebrate something special.
