   The service was very bleh. The chicken marsala was drenched in some unrecognizable sauce and uneatable. The ribs were dry. The ahi tuna was good. We have written this place off for now.

   I made a reservation and when I checked in the hostess told me they were full and we would have to wait until tables opened up. I asked what the purpose of the reservation was for at that point. A manager ended up overhearing this and placed us at a table outside, where we had originally reserved. The food was mediocre and lacked flavor. Additionally we ordered a salad and it didn’t come until after our entrees were served. We used to come here often but unfortunately it seems to be slipping.

   My first time there. Our reservation didn't show up in their system but fortunately they had a table available. Our server, Vinny, was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and offered excellent recommendations. The portions were generous and everything was great.

   The food was truly awful. I ordered a Wagu burger and it came out bloody and still cold in the center (deep frozen patty). My wife got the lobster grilled cheese and was sick all that night and into the next day. The restaurant was half empty, but we still had to get up and request silverware ourselves as well as napkins. When our waitress finally returned from whatever she was doing out in her car, we get the silverware and napkins but apparently spoons didn't seem important as we did not receive those. All of the silverware we did finally receive was dirty and we had to wipe it off before eating. Once we were able to track down a staff member (waitress was off outside again doing God knows what) and receive our spoons we realized that we had no ketchup or mustard. We ordered "The Ultimate Painkillers" which were 75% ice and barely contained any alcohol. All-in-all, eating here was a giant mistake. The 4th tavern is only about two miles from the house, but we'll never eat here again, and I would recommend you eat here only if you want to pay more for less, get sick and receive horrible service.

   Very cool spot to go. The lake front was very nice to sit by. I have had really good food here and I have had just okay food here. The flatbreads are good, salads are good, taco Tuesday is the best, the chicken fettuccini was okay, the spicy burger was not spicy. The peach spritz was also just okay, but very pretty because of the glitter. The peach tea drink was great. Overall I still like the place, good for drinks

   Food was very good. Mexican, salads, perch. French onion soup was best I ever had! Server was a bit overwhelmed as place was busy. Prices fair. Was a bit loud, need to turn music down a bit.

    We made reservations for Mother's day and knew it would be busy. We requested the patio overlooking the lake through the app. When we got there, we were told that was "just a suggestion and have no space available". We complained to the manager and finally got a table 20 minutes later. She was insincere and did nothing to accommodate us. The service was pretty good but under staffed and unable to buss tables properly (eaten food sat). We waited a long time to get the waitress as the guy assigned was too busy to handle another table. He was at least honest. The kitchen was very backed up and took a long wait to finally get the food. My wife's chicken was dry and tough with over salted green beans. My steak was pretty good and cooked as directed but everything was again too salty. My daughter had the filet and cooked properly but again over seasoned. The poor manager was overwhelmed and bussing tables herself to try and keep up. The parking was the last issue and there are not enough spots to accommodate the diners. We had to park across the street at the garage as many other patrons did. Overall a real disappointment and we won't return. The 5th Tavern on Telegraph is the same menu but better service and not such a cluster show.

    When we arrived, we were seated in the main dining area rather than the patio, which we had requested. It turns out that selecting the patio was just a preference, not a guarantee. We argued that we had reserved a place on the patio, but to no avail. Food was on the heavy side, mostly meats and meat dishes, but there were a few healthy choices. There was one salad and one vegetable dish. All in all, the food was mediocre. While we were still eating, the waitress delivered our bill, saying that there was a one hour time limit, and we had to pay up and leave the table by 11:30. This tacky declaration occurred even though by this time the restaurant was clearing out and there were empty tables. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

    Reserve table on the deck overlooking the water for a special occasion. Got there on time even early and they said that they could only see us inside because a party booked the deck and did not want any outside people eating out there. The inside restaurant it was noisy and they had shades down so the people at the party did not see the people sitting inside which gave it a closed-in feeling. A table opened up where the shade was up and we saw the water but we were still disappointed that our reservation was ignored to sit out on the deck. We asked for Bread and the waitress said we can only give it to you if we have enough for the party. So between the two problems it made us feel unimportant as a customer.

    Hostess staff needs more training!!!!!!!! They are very confused. They don’t understand reservations, taking first customer in line, being courteous and friendly, etc. Will be back for the food - but dread having to deal with hostesses on way in!!!!!!!!’

    We came here for a date night and the ambiance was so bad that we left after we had made a reservation requesting a certain seating. They tried to seat us outside in a junky tent we mentioned the reservation we made and the staff was use and annoyed. We left without even sitting down. Do not recommend this place for a date night. Bright lights, loud, not romantic, rude staff.

    The portions are big, so be prepared! You are definitely getting what you pay for. My steak was cooked to perfection, and the clam chowder was so good with lots of clam pieces. What made our date night the best was the staff! Our waitress was very attentive, and super sweet! We will definitely come again!

    Had another great meal at 4th Tavern Lakehouse. Was out with friends. The parking lot was completely full and had to wait for someone to leave to get their spot. There were 2 more people that entered the lot after me so they had to wait as well. Got seated right away with a reservation. Service was good and the food was excellent. There were a few tables of 6 or more that were extra loud trying to talk to each other. the

    We had a group of 4 and everyone thoroughly enjoyed everything about this dining experience. Our waiter was excellent as was the food - everything was perfect. We can’t wait to do it again.

    Their Sunday brunch buffet is kind of over the top. They had a crepe and omelet bar, sushi, prime rib, chicken piccata, traditional breakfast staples and soooooo much more. Also, young kids eat free. I think the cutoff was 4 years of age. Seating was fast. Service was fast. It gets a bit noisy out on the enclosed patio but that’s to be expected. Can’t beat the lake view so it’s worth it. This place is a gem in the area. Doesn’t feel quite as clean as 5th tavern but they do a good job.

    Overall we’ve had only great experiences. We had a reservation because we have an infant, which allows for a limited window before meltdowns. The restaurant got slammed, kitchen a bit overwhelmed, but they handled it very well. Ended up 20 minutes late on seating but still a great visit. The steak on the “rok” is excellent and highly recommended.

    Food was good, but the availability of a parking spot was very frustrating. There aren't enough parking spaces for the amount of people allowed in the place. Open Table worked great and there was a table ready for us outside as soon as we walked inside.

    Brunch is always good. Every other time not so much. I ordered fettuccine Alfredo and it has zero flavor. Everyone else’s food was a 4-5 out of 10. Come from brunch. That’s about all. Great service though.

    Easter Brunch. Requested specific area to sit (weeks prior to them promoting Easter brunch being offered) I needed a chair not a booth, simple request. Also requested to seat on the patio. Restaurant changed my reservation time, and confirmed 3 additional times I stated my request at each call. Upon arrival, chaos. They did a seating chart, we’re calling names out to the line of people. Was taken to my assigned seat, an indoor booth. Was told they were full. They ended up rearranging to accommodate which I appreciated but for the cost of the brunch experience and the length of time prior i stated requests for them not to attempt to fulfill was more than irritating. The food was good, the service was good. Better than when I’ve been for a normal brunch but if I’m making a reservation for a meal twice what I would normally pay and I want a chair I don’t think I should have to ask 5 times.

    Overall Good experience. But, I requested a table in the outer room near the water for our party of 4. When they called to confirm- I mentioned that I put that in the special request area of OpenTable. The lady I spoke with by phone told me she would make sure she would accommodate the request and informed us to arrive at 9:45 for a 10am seating. We arrived at 9:45- restaurant was not open until 10am. :-( We were the 1st group in the door. We did not get a table in the outer room. We got a table right by the front door. When I asked why we could not be seated in the outer room as I had been told would be possible as long as we arrived at 9:45am- the hostess said those tables were only for bigger parties. Very disappointing as all of the people for the first seating congregated right by our table. The food was good, the wait staff were great. It was kind of pricey as well.

    I had high hopes for a pleasant anniversary dinner. It was less than I expected. It was very noisy and the covered outdoor seating was crowded. Our table was wobbly and when we told someone there was a napkin placed under one of the legs. The food was good and portions were satisfying. Definitely disappointed as I was hoping this would be a nicer experience.

    We really enjoyed dinner at 4th Tavern. Food and service were very good. Parking was scarce when we arrived probably due to Saturday night dinner time. Parking was plentiful when we left.

    First time dining here. We were pleasantly surprised Food was great, the service was better. Our server sold us in coming back for brunch on a Sunday. My wife and I both had steaks on the rock. We were very surprised at the size of the steaks. We cooked them to our liking. Great experience. Definitely coking back.

    Salmon was extremely over cooked. Had asked for jasmine rice instead of brown rice but received brown rice. Was told that the kitchen is out of chicken soup after a 20-25 minute wait. Overall food taste was good and portions were large making it good value for money. Place was extremely busy on Valentine’s Day and I would probably give the benefit of doubt and visit again.

    The food was better than average, but the service was not. Dinner for 2 adults and 2 children without appetizers or cocktails took just over 90 minutes. We had to make requests to other servers since ours very infrequently visited our table - including to deliver the bill. Based on what I was able to overhear from other tables, our experience was not unique. We likely will not be back.
