   We enjoyed our Dinner date, the venue was a nice place to enjoy dinner on the Rooftop, the Service was GREAT!! Food recommendation was delicious.

   5th & Sky is now a totally different restaurant. The Theatre Box website has not been updated to reflect that, totally different menu...it's now some Jonas brother's tequila brand themed restaurant. Margaritas were good but weak. Food was good but overpriced. They are also charging a 20% service charge. Really, really, really poor service, it's a beautiful atmosphere but not worth it. Don't waste your time or money.

   The bar was under construction when we arrived and there was no where on their website or on the reservation that told us this prior to booking the reservation or arriving. Super bummed! Still looking forward to trying this place out whenever it’s not under construction.

    Fifth and Sky did not honor the reservation. They were closed for a private event. Because Comic Con parking was limited, we had walked a long distance to get there. The people at the host stand could not have cared less.

    the place was closed but the system still allows you to make a reservation. IT even shows times that aren't available. I also received a reminder and was requested to confirm our reservation. Someone needs to fix this. The only way we found out was that we were already close by and stopped by to make sure we knew where the entrance was. The host at Sugar Factory told us that it was closed for remodeling and wasn't sure why reservations were still be accepted for it.

    The restaurant is not open. When went to the location we were informed they were aware they still had online reservations active but it had been closed for remodeling for awhile. They invited us to take a table at their base location “The SugarFactory”

    Very slow service. Planned to eat dinner before seeing a movie. Had an hour before the movie when we arrived. Barley got a single round of drinks in that time.

    Disregard my scores. This review is directed at open Table. You idiots at Open Table allowed me to book a table after 5th and Sky asked they told you to take them off your platform. Imagine how my date felt when we showed up to a night when the place was closed for a private event. 5th and Sky did their best, but this is all on you at Open Table. Get your act in gear and do your damn job! I will NOT be recommending Open Table as a reservation platform to anyone. To the folks at 5th and Sky, thank you for your efforts. We look forward to trying your place in the near future.

    This place is super cute but way over priced. The drinks are $18 and appetizers are super expensive and not very tasty or worth the price for the amount of food they give you. Service was really slow. We asked 3x to get side plates and never got them so we literally ate out of our napkins. Horrible experience! Definitely won’t be back.

    Showed up for our reservation to find out, there are NO tables! Why make a reservations?! The place is terrible, from construction to being run by a bunch of inexperienced kids. Will not return!

    No point of making a reservation. When we arrived nobody told us where to sit or anything. We sat for 10 minutes and looked a bit lost, nobody came or asked what we needed. Went to the bar and bartenders were not friendly. Looked for a waitress and asked her how we could order food or drinks. We sat in her "area", after ordering, drinks took 15 minutes . It was about 9:15 pm and the place was not crowded at all. We paid $34 for 2 drinks and extremely bad service. The decor is nice and beautiful but definitely not worth the money. Go there take a picture and leave. You can find other bars with much better service, and many located in rooftops.

    Great for cocktails and apps. Sushi was very good. They do not reserve tables, however. Despite our open table reservation, we were simply told to sit anywhere. There are also no actual tables, just lounges and small lounge tables, so it's not really a place for dinner. There is also no bathroom in the restaurant. You have to go downstairs, via an elevator you have to wait to get into to, in order to use the public bathroom for the movie theater. That was sort of ridiculous and cut our stay quite short, as going to the restroom was a 10 minutes enterprise.

    We made reservations and we arrived for reservations, on time.. the employees were sitting around on the furniture that still needed to be moved around. They just stared at us and were less than helpful. We had to let them know we were there for our reservation. They didn’t really say anything and laughed at us as we were leaving. This place definitely needs better management! If you say you’re open or even are open to take reservations, you better be open! Or at least be apologetic when you’re not. Will never return.     disappointed. made reservations the saturday it opened only to be turned away to tell us 'no kids allowed'. I dont mind the restrictions however it should be spelled out clearly what those restrictions are in the site. disappointing considering the location/movie theater/candy shop caters to a family friendly area.
