   Turned away one of our guests despite our reservation. We arrived 7:45, they said after 8pm it is first come first serve so our friend who arrived at 8:15 was made to stand in line and wasn’t ever allowed in even though we had our reserved open seat at our table. Terrible customer service especially how they treat regulars. Can not recommend against this restaurant enough

   Friendly and attentive staff. Two great bars with seating. Buffalo cauliflower was a great app, tater tots very crispy, maple chicken salad well presented and enjoyed very much.

   Great place with great food. Seemed a little small but hey, that's Cambridge. Wish it had just slightly increased lighting for a daytime brunch but it was bright enough to see my companion.

   Service was very slow and not attentive. Mimosa flights were good, spicy margarita was good, and the lime Ricky was good as well. Unfortunately our server took 20 minutes to get to us before getting drinks or app orders. Some how they forgot our appetizers and when we got our entrees we mentioned it and they decided to bring us the apps after we had our entrees. Not the best experience but will go back to try dinner sometime.

    Great place to grab a bite to eat before a show at the Middle East. Fantastic and cheerful service, food was great, and pretty good price point. Lots of beers to choose from. Will definitely return before the next show I see in the area.

    We had a great time, and the staff was able to accommodate our party that had a couple more people than originally planned. Waiter was great and brought us everything we needed, food came out quickly and hot. Overall great experience.

    Very good bar-type food, but absurdly noisy. Waiter was sweet, but didn't bring ketchup or mustard for hamburgers. Beer list is great, and the option for a pitcher is a nice idea. Good value, but bring your noise-cancelling headphones.

    I love this spot! It’s got a sports bar vibe but the food is far more elevated than that. Definitely grab crab rangoons, nachos, and Buffalo chicken Mac and cheese

    Acceptable food. But not really a specialty breakfast place. No espresso drinks, no real maple syrup. We are only in town for a day and didn’t think it necessary to book days in advance for a premiere breakfast/brunch. So advice: plan ahead if your visiting Cambridge

    Food was pretty good (we had burgers), service from the waitress was extremely slow and unenthusiastic. We moved to the bar to be able to get our drinks to appear, since she was so terrible. Bartender was friendly and efficient.

    Host/ hostess were both exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We were running late for our reservation due to traffic and they were so helpful when I called and saved our table. Server was especially efficient, attentive and friendly. Food was excellent. An overall great experience.

    The only negative thing I can say is that they brought us the appetizers then immediately brought out our meals. We had no time to enjoy the appetizers for fear of the meals getting cold.

    We were delighted to find a place that serves gluten free food for my adult daughter who is celiac. Service was friendly, the nacho appetizers were good and the fried pickles were OK. However, the main courses did not taste good. The gf tacos were thick and tasteless, although it is easy to make a gf tortilla! And to make a hard shell gf corn one! My husband had a normal burger and found it tasteless. We were all very disappointed with the mains. For desserts, my daughter was delighted to have a gf dessert available and had the lava cake which she enjoyed. I had the tres leches cake which I enjoyed. I appreciate the fact that this restaurant offers gf options, and it was the reason we chose this place. With a small bit of extra trouble it could make them taste good.

    Normally it’s a fun place to dine at and to watch sports games with friends on their TVs. Dine Out Boston menu was not good at all. Service was incredibly slow. Forgot to give us water and completely forgot to bring our food. Our server was new and was training with someone therefore I did not want to complain about him at the restaurant. The lady who was training him was lovely and checked on our table afterwards and noticed we didn’t received our food after 40 mins of waiting. She was apologetic and genuine. Had to request twice for water to be delivered to the table twice for lemon wedges when asked. I would not recommend the Dine Out Boston experience at this restaurant. Simply come for regular bar food and drinks!

    This is honestly one of my favorite places to eat in Cambridge. The menu is well done, food is always amazing and cooked to perfection, staff is always so very nice and helpful, and ambiance is great. I would only say that I wish they had more seating that was spaced out inside and not all in one area.
