Had a great waitress and all went well, snacks were great, people were pleasant, sat at bar and was enjoyable
Decent place but pricey for what it was. Still would go back for a quick bite.
We used to go to 75 West Coast Grill (formerly Allie’s American Grille) every mother’s Day and Christmas for their buffet brunch pre pandemic. We were regulars there and the staff know us so well and have seen my boys grow up. The decor now is very nice, clean and modern. We were lucky enough to get a seat away from the crowd. The food was exceptional and service was also great. They also did something special for the birthday boy and girl which was very kind! Thanks so much for making the gathering extra special!
The wings we order came ice cold in the centre...
The lounge was busy and only one host , she had her work cut out for her, but she did well.
we had a great birthday party on site, no complaints at all.
Come for the happy hour prices, but stay for the good entrees.
Lovely atmosphere and service was excellent. The food was delicious with great happy hour prices for drinks.
The Japanese waitress was extremely rude to the customers! We stood at the reception area to be seated for around 8 minutes. She totally ignored the customers even she saw us. We approached her that we had reserved a table. Her response was shouting loudly to the customers and asked us going back to the reception area to wait. We complained to the other staff for her bad attitude. She heard our complaints, she passed by us and rudely stared at us! We can’t believe that the restaurant in the hotel has serving staff like that!
The coffee was so watery and the latte was okay. The server was very friendly but all over the place and took ages to even take our order. We were there for 45 minutes, only had a chance to order our coffee and didn’t get a chance to order our food. We decided to leave and go elsewhere for brunch. I can’t speak for the quality of the food but will definitely not be returning or recommending to friends or family after that experience.
Very attentive wait staff
The Nachos was surprisingly good. Steak sandwich was also good. I already recommended these dishes to may friends.
Awesome food and great prices. Lisa always has smile and delivers great customer service.
Very good in having COVID-19 vaccine card verification , good service , it is even better if space in between increased a bit.
We always come for our 4-generations family gathering, staff are courteous, attentive, and professional, and food is good; everyone happy.
Fantastic service from Remi! The food and wine was great and I appreciated having physical space from the other patrons, check in with the immunization passport was easy. Thank you!
Remi, our server, is always great. Ribs were great too.
Nice staff, portion decent, good atmosphere, will definitely go back.
Our server was amazing and food was good too . We enjoyed it.
Service was really the highlight of our visit to 75 West Coast Grill. Remi was fantastic, and so kind to our child. The food quality was excellent and our orders came out hot and quickly. Our table was distanced from others but could have been spaced out further. We'll be returning; the restaurant's former incarnation as the American Grille was one of our favourites pre-pandemic and it remains one of our go-to places to dine in Richmond.
Overall us good
Location is central
Easy to find parking
Comfortable sitting area
The male server is not friendly
I sat down fir 10 minutes without any serving
While other sat down, he served coffee right away
When u reminded him that i have reservation, he was impatient
Just went for lunch with a friend
Everything was good
Good food, great service. Would be nice to have more choices on menu.
We haven't been back to 75 West Coast Grill since the beginning of the pandemic but our return couldn't be better. Excellent service, great food quality, and one of the best values of any hotel restaurant. Using local ingredients, the food was fresh, piping hot, and tasty. We'll be back soon.
Love their breakfast and brunch menu! Great value for amount of food
Nice service and good food
Great food, wholesome ambience and excellent service!
The food here is really great. With that said, you have to remember that you are in a Hotel and not a local pub. Even still, the Appy hour prices beat local pub prices. Love this Gem of an Oasis. Cheers!
The dressing for the prawn salad was not the same. Our server who has been there for years was the best!!
Father s day
I ordered a margarita. It was disappointing
It doesn’t taste like margaritas
Even the glass they served it wasn’t a margarita glass
Other than that. Everything was good
We were celebrating Father’s Day. It’s the first time we were there but we have a high expectations because of the high price they charge on the food.
The quality of the food is only OK, definitely not worth the high charges. Given this restaurant is inside an hotel and we expected premium service. Obviously, the service was not up to standard. We didn’t feel we were welcomed at all. The attitude of the server sounds like she was very busy and no time to explain the menu to us. So our overall experience is only so so, that’s why we only gave three stars.
it was a nice quiet place. Not what we expected. we were pleasantly surprised.
Lisa did an amazing job. Food was fantastic
Exceptional. Great food. Fantastic service. Would recommend
Very pleasant ambience, if u can eat/drink the bottomless brunch is definitely worth it :)
We enjoyed our meal at 75 West.
A very positive experience overall. Remi was great. We will be back soon.
Nice experience but limited menu. I'm sure as it gets busier more things will appear. We ended up having sandwiches for dinner.
We appreciated the friendly and prompt service and we felt safe with all Covid protocols in place. We had a choice of the dine out menu or the regular menu. The food was very tasty and reasonably priced. This is one of our favorite restaurants in Richmond. We nightly recommend it.
Service was fantastic but the food unfortunately was not very good.
good serice and food is fantastic, although high price but worth it....
