My food was good, however, my guest order a tuna dish and he found it fishy. It's a business lunch and I was a bit embarrassed by it. I asked him to order another dish but he declines. Please make sure food is fresh especially seafood.

The food was so terrible we left. No one even came to check on us. Salad had way too much dressing. We left the steak and left our phone number for them to call us if they’d like us to come back to pay the horrible salad because we ate it anyhow and our ginger beer. I will never go there again and have been thinking about for ages. Our parking was $10 so we ended up having what was supposed to be a nice Valentine’s dinner at Harold’s and it was great. Should’ve gone there in the first place.

The ambience of the dining room was casual, neutral and quite brightly lit - more like a breakfast/lunch venue than fine dining. The service was similar but friendly and very prompt. The Dine Out Vancouver menu was excellent and good value for money. The menu was interesting, the food was delicious, beautifully prepared and the presentation was outstanding, very artistic.

The restaurant was closed due to Burt pipes from the winter storm. We finally found our way to an area that then led us to upstairs conference rooms. Dinner was served in a small conference room. Food was good. Did not have the buffet. To expensive $60 per plate

Great server! Attentive and prompt, genuinely wants to please customers. Kitchen not so good. Chowder was served with starchy lumps and was not warm. Blackened halibut was also not warm enough.

Food was very disappointed. I purposely introduce my friend to the restaurant for the signature steak sandwich, which is my favourite dish I had whenever I go there. I order one steak sandwich medium rare and one Benny,its turn out steak over cooked to almost well done. And the Benny cold and small, worst than Denny's. Service very bad, the hostesses very rude, and bunt. Both my friend and I were very disappointed

Went for the bottomless benny brunch menu on a weekend. We were promptly greeted by the host and our server came to take our order. The bennys took more than 20 ❗️❗️ minutes to come out which we weren’t too impressed by. The server however, did take our order for our next set of bennys as he served our first round so it was fine. My biggest problem was that I found EGG SHELLS in my poached egg in TWO of my bennys. I let the server know the first time and he said sorry. I guess he didn’t relay it to the chefs since it happened a second time. Nothing else was done to address the issue

Our food was quite good considering that this is Richmond and we were having western cuisine. Portions were generous, and presentation were excellent. 3 of us ate there and we all ordered different food. Each dish was satisfactory.

Free easy parking. Nice atmosphere. Excellent service. Food was excellent and the menu choices were more than adequate. Very good coffee. Serving portions are much bigger than shown in the menu's online pictures - you won't leave feeling hungry.

I wondered if someone screened out the so-so reviews and left the good comments. Though I will not say it's bad, it was fair, but I would not rate it a 4-star as noted in the reviews. The food was so-so which I had better in the past but the service was good as the waitress had 2 other tables...lots of time to serve the 3 of us. Anyways, I will not trust the reviews going forward.
