   The food was bland. The service was terrible! It took our waitress 25 minutes just to come to our table and get our drink order. Two people couldn’t figure out how to split our check even though I had specifically written it down for them. Won’t eat here again

   The salmon was fishy. There was a scarcity of potatoes. There were 6 asparagus. This was $25. My husband had a good portion of chicken parmigiana and spaghetti, priced fairly. The wine was ridiculously meager. The servers and hostess were very nice.

   One of our favorite casino restaurants. Great menu with plenty to choose from. The giant pretzel and meatballs with ricotta cheese are our favorite appetizers. The burgers are 10 oz and delicious. My husband loves the Cuban sandwich. The NY steak sandwich is my favorite - topped with onions, green peppers and cheese. Our friends go for the bbq ribs. We've even had birthday celebrations here because there's something for everyone.

   burgers and steak sandwiches - were good (if not a little greasy). We sat outside on a nice evening, but the music speakers were RIGHT over our heads and it was difficult to hear and enjoy our conversation. Service was good and accomodating.

    Server was excellent. Tbh this is the suncoast- not the strip. Offer happy hour on Fridays. $18 for nachos? Come on. Our bill for 3 people with nachos, wings, fries & 3 alcoholic beverages was higher than the value

    Server was very friendly and efficient. The food came promptly. The ambiance and setting was very nice. All the staff seem to work well together. Food was good. We have eaten there multiple times, and never been disappointed.

    From the time we ordered dinner to when it came to the table, it took at least 30 minutes. 4 people - nachos, grilled cheese & tomato soup, hamburger, hamburger no bun. Both hamburgers were ordered medium. The one with no bun came rare. We asked to have it cooked more. Elizabeth H, our server, said if it was too rare, we should have ordered it medium well, not medium. Meanwhile, the other hamburger, ordered medium, was perfect. Don't question the customer. Just do your job that you will be tipped well for. The rest of us finished our dinner with no return to check on us from Elizabeth. We finally had to ask for it to be boxed up to go. That took another 10 minutes with no apologies or follow up from Elizabeth. Another server brought the order to go. Also the fries that were ordered with the no bun hamburger were supposed to be garlic fries. They were just regular fries. We may return for the food but will ensure we don't get Elizabeth H as a server.

    Second time that the kitchen was “backed up” and it took 50 mins from ordering to actually having the food served to our table, with 10 mins to hurriedly eat before our movie at the theater in the casino. Having it happen again tells me it’s a significant staffing issue in the kitchen. A lot of unhappy diners in the restaurant.

    This place was way overpriced and we understaffed. It wasn't even busy and everybody was running around like they were. The food wasn't too bad but the service was horrible! I went there to watch an Entertainer who is a friend of mine and had to leave early because we were so upset.

    overall this was a really great place-We hade the fried cauliflower with buffalo and ranch dipping sauce-it was addicting !!! My husband had the brisket grilled cheese and I had the burger grilled cheese -“the quality of the meat in both sandwiches was outstanding and the preparation was great ! We had coleslaw and onion rings for the sides -coleslaw was great but onion rings were a disappointment They were perfectly formed rings fried to perfection but the inside was terrible-mushy and not much onion taste and no formed onion in them at all the warm butter cake with the fruit was superb! The only other weakness was the Manhattan-pleasant tasting but on the sweet side with a very watered down whisky taste Overall it was a very pleasurable dining experience and we will definitely go back again!!

    I’m a regular customer or at least I should say I was a regular customer to this establishment. I’ve been eating here for years since they opened and the portions have always been good and the price is fair and the quality very good. Tonight was a totally different experience. I was told that they have a new executive chef and it couldn’t have been any more obvious. I ordered the ruben egg rolls, which is my regular appetizer and was shocked to see how small the eggrolls were. There were 4 that normally are big and delicious, and the new ones were the size of taquitos and barely covered half the plate. Then my main course arrived, which I always raved about the ribs. The flavor and the meat quality seem to be the same but this was nowhere near a half rack of ribs. There was only four bones which indicates this is 1/3 rack but yet the menu says it’s a half rack in the past half rack was so big that I was stuffed when I was done and it’s obvious they have downsized this greatly yet the price is the same. I asked to speak to the manager Frank arrived and he could offer no excuse for why the food had changed. He indicated that there was a new executive chef and I explain to him that I have been a customer for years. He made no effort to resolve the situation basically told me I was wrong that they portion their food by weight a half a rack of ribs is always 6 to 8 bones fyi! I guess they have magic pigs where they’re picking up their new ribs!!! Frank made no offer to remedy the situation or buy us dessert, or in any way try to satisfy the obvious new food size menu… we will not be returning, and for the current price their food is no longer a value with the portions they’re providing I would never go back!!

    We happen to live across the street and we love coming to this restaurant. Jill our server is always nice and very knowledgeable about menu and drinks. We are happy when she is our food server. We really enjoy coming in. Fortunately for us we are close and really enjoy the restaurant.

    Wife and I are locals and like to try new places. We decided to give this place a try on a Saturday night. Great bar (big) but service was a little slow. There was only one other person at the bar…and waited a little longer than expected for a drink. Not too worried about that as the bartender had to serve the wait staff too. We get it. Food was standard pub/bar food .. nothing to make us say”wow” But service was good, she (waitress) was very nice and served us well. Live entertainment….meh. The singer was talented but way to folky and mellow. Kinda brought the mood down. Was hoping for a bit of an upbeat band. Oh well, just wasn’t our cup of tea. Overall, I would give them a 3/5.

    The restaurant was nice but for our first experience at this restaurant it was not good. We ordered an appetizer and it took a long time to come out. We were still eating it when the main course came out. We had the pizza and it was not good. The crust was dense and the seasoning they used on top was overpowering. We have had frozen pizza that was better. The ambience was nice and they had music while we were there. That was the only good thing.

    My son was flying out of Vegas back to college, so we booked the Suncoast Hotel (a bit away from the airport but not many choices in the area). We booked our dinner reservation at this hotel restaurant and were so glad we did! The ambiance of the hotel was very relaxing, beautiful and welcoming! All the staff were super nice and accommodating! My son ordered the chicken Parmesan and he said it was outstanding! I had the grilled cheese with tomato bisque, which was also amazing! The prices for this quality of food was fantastic and very reasonable! We will return if we are ever in the area again!

    Decided to try the Filet Oscar special. It was advertised to be 8 oz but seemed much smaller. Also, hardly any crab. Should have just ordered off the regular menu. Better choices and better price.

    Limited vegetarian options - even salad. You should offer a poke bowl! Spoke to server about a birthday that was being celebrated and nothing special was done, even after ordering a desert, A candle would have been nice. Location was convenient, but would not return.

    Place was rather empty took long to get drinks. Once they were delivered and we ordered food came out fast and hot. The server checked by a couple of times and timely refilled drinks. For the three of us the bill came to $65 with five drinks and all of the food. Great value and good food during happy hour
