Bistro
Neighborhood Bistro offering a diverse menu inspired by seasonal and local ingredients, our small dining room of just nine tables and four bar seats boasts exposed brick & original hardwood floors. Chef Samir & his wife Rachel welcome diners into this intimate space in the heart of Old Town Noblesville.

With a menu that changes every one to two months, a full bar with an eclectic wine list, craft cocktails & mocktails and local beers on tap, we encourage you to try something new at every visit.

Our concept is globally-inspired Bistro fare - we draw inspiration from our own world travels and places on our bucket list to create dishes that will nourish your body and soul. We care deeply about food and where it comes from. We use fresh, local ingredients whenever it is practical, and make nearly everything from scratch. We love sharing our food and hospitality with the Noblesville community!

Never disappoints. The Fried Thing of the Day is a grand way to start every visit. Truly a Noblesville treasure.

Food ordered: All three daily special appetizers: -fried halibut cheeks: 4/5 - batter/sauce: delicious, fish: quite dry -pickled walleye: 5/5 - perfection -a shaved vegetable salad that I didn't want to order but was ultimately my favorite item: 5/5 - perfection and one of the standard apps: -rosemary bread with olives: 5/5 - crispy, fluffy, flavorful 2 entrees shared: -Seafood Bastilla: 3.5/5 - the top of the filo dough was charred, rather than just crisped up. We ate around that. The preserved lemon wasn't consistent - I had one bite that was extremely bitter and another that was subtle and perfect. The more I ate of this option, the more I liked it. I would order this again and perhaps ask for the preserved lemon on the side. I enjoyed the experience of eating it, even if it wasn't my favorite item. It was still very very good. -Thai Beef Salad: 4/5 - I wish that the carrots had been shaved or slightly cooked. The sauce was nice, the meat was flavorful. There are so many fun options to try that I would not order this again just so that I could try the other items instead. Still - very good! My cocktail was fun and the wine was half off - no complaints! The service: 5/5 -Team style - loved this idea. We got to speak with so many of the wait staff and even some kitchen staff. The chef served some items and spoke with us. We got good recommendations and friendly accommodating service. The ambience: 5/5 -small bistro atmosphere, historical building, lovely setting All in all? I would go back and gladly. Really enjoyed my experience and the food. Thank you to the staff!

The meals are unique and very fresh, and of course delicious. My favorite dish of the night was the key lime bar. Don't skip dessert!

Hot beer can chicken was awesome! Little bit of a kick, so be ready. Thai beef salad was also 10/10.

This is our favorite restaurant in town. The burrata is unmatched and a must have when we go! My husband ordered the salmon pasta and it was amazing! I had the Seafood bastilla. While it was good, it wasn’t my favorite thing I have eaten there, but still so delicious and was really just more of a preference than anything wrong with the dish itself. The ambiance and service is unmatched and we cannot wait to go back!

Food is really delicious and usually several unique/new things to try. Service is friendly and responsive. Portion size / value for the money is lacking.

An absolutely delightful birthday dinner at 9th Street Bistro. Their team approach to service coupled with an expertly crafted rotating seasonal menu is the recipe for a fantastic dining experience. It was truly hard to decide which cocktails, small bites, and entrées to choose. We especially loved the focaccia + olive plate with garlic & herb butter as well as the smoked salmon pasta dish.

We have dined at 9th Street Bistro several times, and have been consistently impressed. This time was for the debut of their June, 2024 menu. Wonderful, creative and fresh offerings. We shared the Scallop Aguachile (the lime juice marinade had just the right amount of heat), and enjoyed the nicely seasoned Seafood Bastilla (shellfish en croute) and perfectly grilled pork porterhouse with a kale, sweet potato and leek salad. As a bonus, it was Wednesday, which is half-price wine night, and sommelier Sarah helped us choose a lovely Australian cabernet (the wine list continues to be excellent across a broad price range). We finished with a chocolate caramel torte that was delightful. Thank you, Chef Samir and Rachel. See you again soon.
