    We really enjoyed our meal. The food was excellent and the service was great. I would say that it’s a bit on the overpriced side but overall we had a really nice time.

    Food was excellent as was service. We were only one of two tables all night but service did not rush to get us out. Unfortunately we could not see the lake view due to weather which would have made it idealic

    I was really surprised with Aalto. They have an elevated cuisine, and that was the surprised factor for me. I did not expect it. The food was amazing. My only critique if I wanted to get picky would be the plating. They can do so much more. The service was incredible, and the ambiance as well. I highly recommend this place for special occasions or any occasion while in Jasper.

    Service was great and staff were friendly and prompt. We had thanksgiving dinner and the food was definitely a couple steps above what we normally have for thanksgiving. Everything was well prepared and it was such a treat. Beautiful dining room and view. My husband felt the portion sizes were too small for the price but we would come back for a special occasion.

    Wonderful - we were staying at the Pyramid Lake Resort, and the restaurant and its staff were the best part! Had 2 dinners and 1 breakfast here, thoroughly satisfying with food that reflects attention to selection and preparation.

    We came for dinner and had a delicious meal with inspired flavor combinations. The waitress described the menu well and was very attentive to our needs. The food was beautifully presented. We sat outside for the fresh air.

    Our server was excellent! Elena from England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 was adorable, friendly, smart and efficient. Also sous Chef Andrew did an amazing job with dinner. His presentations and flavors pairing was so good. The dinner drinks were also outstanding. We loved everything including the view. Thank you for making our 50th anniversary so special. Highly recommend and hope we can return soon.

    The food was actually very creative and delicious, complements to the chef! Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the service. It was our 25th wedding anniversary and we picked this restaurant to celebrate. I told them when I made the reservation and even in person the night before that I wanted it to be a special night. They did absolutely nothing. They did not even say happy anniversary... I just could not believe it.

    Wonderful restaurant with a fantastic view over the Pyramid Lake. We had a very good dinner with exceptional ingredients (chef’s cut was perfect!). Sarah, our waitress was very sympathetic and competent. Just to recommend!

    We had cocktails, the mushroom dumpling appetizer, mains and the chocolate cake for dessert and everything was phenomenal! We were celebrating new jobs and the staff read my note on my reservation and knew about bringing out a congratulations dessert. We sat on the balcony and the view was amazing. Would highly recommend!

    Beautiful setting and ambiance on Pyramid Lake. We had lunch on a rainy, cool day in Jasper. Beautiful view of the lake, would have been even nicer if the fire had been lit. Good service. Good cocktails, husband enjoyed the fish sandwich and I had the salad which was nothing special. Very limited menu.

    I loved my meal, my husband couldn’t eat his. They were kind enough to offer him something else, but he said nothing appealed to him. (There is a very small menu.) the view from the restaurant is of the lake and the outdoor seating looked at the same. Beautiful. I had the Duck with parsnip mashed and charred broccolini and carrots which was outstanding . He had the fish at the top of the menu and couldn’t eat it. Drink service was very slow. We had a server on his first day at work, super nice, just needs some time to get used to things. We liked him. We saw my hubbys drink sit on the bar for over 5 mins, and got another girl to bring it to us.

    A little out of the way from Jasper city center but a hidden gem. Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner experience. The food was very well prepared and serving portions just right. The view of Pyramid lake from the restaurant was amazing. The duck breast was delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant and the drive around the lake is a must do as well.

    I had dinner at Aalto for 2 consecutive nights. Every time the experience has been excellent for all the aspect (food, service, environment). I think is difficult or impossible to deliver a better outcome

    We really wanted to like it, but it just wasn’t great. Oysters had little bits of crushed shell that we had to spit out and the steak was so tough and chewy. For the price and the distance for that meal it was such a let down. Do not recommend
