    Unfortunately, there were things not available on the menu, nor in the drinks selection. We were told that they were going to change the menu next week. Other than that, it was good. I’m willing to give it a try once they reopen.

    Food needs a lot of improvement! Kitchen needs to up their game. We were a group of five at a 5:30pm early dinner. Restaurant was empty. Our waiter was ok. Cocktails had a nice presentation but in terms of taste were nothing out of the ordinary. Execution of the plates was Terrible. 4 Mushroom soups that were ordered as appetizer came cold (again, restaurant was empty). The Serrano croquettes tasted more like flour than Serrano. A shrimp ceviche was bland. The “bistec de pollo” had a cold chicken breast and the julienne fries were no julienne at all and were soggy, cold and extra oily. No sign whatsoever of the crispy onions. The only thing that was actually tasty and good was the “vaca frita”.

    This restaurant was really really bad! I believe they must be on the brink of bankruptcy! It was a Wednesday night at 7pm- it was my table , two of us and two more people on another table! That’s it! They should NOT ADVERTISE THEMSELVES AS A CUBAN RESTAURANT! I am Cuban, I know my food. But even if it had not been authentic, it could have been good. It was DISGUSTING! The ROPA VIEJA WAS DARK, DRY AND SALTY!! I could not eat it! The white rice was ok and the black beans were an abominable black WATER WITH NO FLAVOR WHATSOEVER! The maduros and tostones were good- that was it. The waitress came and gave my husband the daily specials. One of them Churrasco He ordered it and SHE TOOK THE ORDER! Said nothing and 10 minutes came back and said that they had run out of churrasco. Then he ordered the filet mignon, that was gone too! NO MEAT IN THE HOUSE! Even the Diet Coke was bad! Clearly expired and had no sweet taste to it just gas! The sad thing is that we’re on vacation! Expecting something good and nice and it was just awful! The server was good, she felt bad and tried hard to do a good job! She couldn’t! The worst part was when we left what we saw in the kitchen. Our server, a young guy in his 20’s and another woman a little older but young nonetheless. Having a ball laughing and kidding, no semblance of what a good kitchen in a restaurant should be! And we still left the server a 22% tip! Do yourself a HUGE FAVOR! Skip this place, my review is totally factual! Open Table should not sponsor this place, gives them a poor reputation!

    Great ambience and food. Still opportunity on the speeed of the drinks and the level of te music. It was hard to talk to others and bar tender was cery slow. Serrvice was good. Owner came over twice to check on us and talked to bartender. Will go back
