We had not been to Adelle's in several years but an article about the "new" Adelle's in the newspaper brought us back. But we were disappointed. It was a special occasion, our anniversary, which we indicated on our Open Table reservation. Our anniversary was not acknowledged. Not a biggie, we can live without a free dessert or whatever. The food, however, was a bigger letdown. It was average at best, and not presented particularly well on the plate. Entrees in the $30 to $40 price range should be much better. And the green salad was truly sad -- just a heap of oversized lettuce leaves on a plate with a few slivers of carrots and radishes. On the plus side, the draft beer list was strong, and the outdoor patio (where we dined), is a nice setting. The tables, however, could be enhanced by placemats and salt/pepper shakers.

Bar high top area needs a server. Our experience would have been better if we sat at the bar or they had a designated server.

Love the new look! The menu has many new items….I can’t wait to go back so I can try another. I was with 3 others and everyone enjoyed their selections. I had the lamb bolognese pasta and a side of Brussel sprouts. Both were wonderful!

Exceptional establishment. Sat in the comfy, newly remodeled lounge by the bar. Chicken sandwich was phenomenal. Honey infused with red pepper flakes added perfect touch of spicy and sweet without overwhelming. The sausage and broccolini flatbread was amazing as well. The best personal pizza's you will find in Wheaton. Very happy with craft beer selection, great options that paired well with our dinner. Service was five star worthy for sure. Attentive yet unobtrusive, and timely and friendly. Highly recommend!

One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. Watermelon salad was tasty and refreshing. Server mentioned lamb bolognese was exceptionally good and it was! Husband had carrot soup and haddock served over clam chowder - delicious and unique presentation. Sat outside - beautiful patio and service was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant

We love eating on their patio! The chairs aren't the most comfortable and many times the tables are wobbly but it is a nice place to eat outside.

What a gem. This was our first visit to Adelle‘s and we discovered while there that they had recently remodeled and changed their menu. I love it all. The ambience was trendy yet cozy. The food was delicious and not overpriced. There was an adjoining cocktail bar with decor that had a swanky, cool vibe. I also enjoyed the live music. The volume was just right. It allowed for patrons to still have conversation. We ate inside. But their outside eating area looked beautiful as well.

We've been going to Adelle's since they were in Glen Ellyn. We've never been disappointed with the food, service and ambiance. For our anniversary, they surprised us with two glasses of very lovely champagne.
