    I normally don’t eat Indian food outside because I find it to be worse than home cooked meals. But, I thoroughly loved the food here and I would eat here again. I recommend the kulfi for dessert which comes in cute little jars

    Adrak was one of my favorite Indian restaurants. However during my last two visits, I noticed there customer service has declined. Food took to long to come to our table after we ordered. Our sitting arrangement was not comfortable. Since our table was right beside the door, we kept on feeling cold. The starter were good, but the food itself would be okay.

    We were seated at a table that was directly near the kitchen door - extremely inconvenient and noisy. Food service was extremely slow. It appeared there wasn’t enough staff to handle the crowd. When the food arrived except for the roti, everything else was just warm - certainly a disappointment. The starters were good but the main course was average at best.

    This is one of my favorite restaurants, Friday night was busy and due to that the quality of food was not good. Still there baigan bharatha and oakra salad was excellent.overall great restaurant and will go during week days

    I thought Scarborough had the best Indian restaurants, until I stepped into Aadrak yesterday, for Dinner with old friends. Hospitality & courtesy, thy name is Aadrak! I had a fresh lime soda-sweet, but even that was amazing- I don't believe I've ever tasted anything like this, and I'm from Mumbai! We were going to order the Non-Veg Platter, for 4 of us, but the server advised us to have the Amritsari Macchi & Dhungari Murg Tikka instead. Delicious alternative, both from a quantity & taste point of view. For the main course, we ordered butter Naan, jeers rice, Manglorean fish curry (TDF) & Rara Lamb curry, both delicious & no better way to eat the fish curry, than with jeera rice- it was so tasty, I was tempted to drink it with the straw :-) And, what better way to complete the evening, than with, Malpua Rabri for Dessert! Note: Special thanks to our friend, Millie, who recommended this place.

    Food was great. We had 1 meat app platter, 1 veg. We had our favourites, but they were all well made. Aloo tikki chat was incredible. My tamarind soda was a miss … it was too sweet for my liking, but it was not bad. We ordered a few breads and they were all amazing … rumali roti was my fave! I liked that each curry appropriately had a different flavour. It was not busy so noise level was not high. Service was ok, but given that it was not busy, service could have better to finesse the small things e.g. change of dishes between courses, water refills and clean up of table before dessert; we had to ask for these things. Also, given the standard of the restaurant, we do they make customers box up their own left overs? Should be part of service offered … my personal beef. Having said this, would highly recommend restaurant. Enjoyed my experience and built great memories!

    The overall experience was good however the value on Non Veg platter was not as expected. The presentation of this $ 65 item could have been better. The service was excellent. Bar Tender did an amazing job.

    Service is very slow, Looks like management cannot afford more staff, Slow service. Tables not good. Only good was Dal Makhani and Kababs. Nothing else is good. Food is extremly over priced.

    I celebrated my wife's birthday at this restaurant. This was the first time going there. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and service. The care and attention put into the presentation and preparation of the meals is amazing. They made us feel very welcomed and the small conversation made with staff gave it that additional touch. Thanks to Mo who served us. Will definitely be going back. I highly recommend.

    We have gone to Adrak quite a few times in the past few years and have always been more than happy, however our visit yesterday was quite disappointing as it seems the quality of the food had significantly decreased. The service was good and on point but unfortunately the food was not up to par.

    The food was spectacular and our main server (U didn’t get her name-she was a female) was very kind. However there was one server to helped to serve the food and he was very abrupt and rude when we advised that one dish was missing. Also the service itself was very disjointed and disorganized. For example while our female server was taking our order, another male approached her and us and interrupted her and asked to take our order. Also we waited a half an hour for our dessert to come which was 1 order of rasmullai. The initial order for our drinks and food took quite a while also. The food and drinks were excellent and the manager was quite attentive and kind. Overall, this restaurant has amazing potential once their serving staff gets more training on serving.

    Food can be better for the price that it’s being offered. The platter had good variety but the tikkas were not cooked enough. The taste of the food was average at best, doesn’t justify the price and the fine dining experience.

    Went here for a friends bday, asked for a cake on the reservation. Host pulled me aside to confirm cake and asked whose bday it was, I pointed her out. At the end of dinner, the waiter asked if we want any dessert twice, we said no. A little later they bring out plates to absolutely ruin that surprise, about 30 mins later bring out the cake. Why would they bring plates so far in advance?? They also put the 300$ bill DIRECTLY infront of the birthday girl which really sucked because then she felt bad. Would be great if the staff could communicate with each other to not ruin events like this. Food was good though

    I went there for my friend’s birthday, and I loved the ambience. They even presented a warm gift for her as a cheesecake and played happy birthday song for her. She was so happy to experience that. I would surely go back again with my family and friends. One hundred percent recommend.

    Typically we love our dining experience at Adrak, but this last experience was not the same. Servers kept coming while eating to remove plates unnecessarily while others at the table were still eating. Service was inconsistent.

    We have been here before a couple of times. I feel like the quality has degraded since last year. During our last visit, we felt some of the food was just microwaved before being served. We had ordered malpua and rabdi, malpua was really hard and rabdi was diluted.

    I was expecting some sort of arrangement from the restaurant side as I specifically mentioned during reservation thats it’s our anniversary. Nobody bothered to take a look at the note. Much disappointed as i was planning a surprise for my partner. Food and service is good, no complaints. But nothing extraordinary to mention as well. Place is neat and tidy with a good ambience.
