   The guacamole was great. The tacos were good but a side would have been nice. The margaritas were just okay. The decor was really nice, as were the dishes and glassware. We would go back.

    Wow! This place is what we were expecting, the food was amazing, margaritas on point , fresh guaca and amazing service. It's definitely a must to try when in Peterborough . Best tacos and a lot of vegan options

    We are so happy we found this place. Great specials on Sunday and at lunch. Don’t forget to check out their happy hour. Food is great, authentic and service was fantastic. We’ll definitely be back.

    We had a very good experience at this restaurant. The service was excellent. They were fast, but not too fast. Very good selection of Mexican dishes. Margheritas tasted just right.

    A fantastic first impression! 6 of us dined at Agave and everyone left happy. We ordered guacamole and a salsa tasting for the table. Guac was amazing! The salsa tasting had 3 types of salsa of varying levels of heat, all great! We ordered a variety of things from the menu and everyone was happy. I had the tacos al pastor and it was delish. Don’t skip the margaritas, the mango one is delicious. It was my husbands birthday and they brought him a piece of Tres Leches cake, yummm. We also ordered a sizzling brownie and churros, none of which was left behind!! Very good! Our server was also awesome. He took the time to explain the menu to us, make recommendations and was attentive. I am already looking forward to my next visit!

    It wasn't what I expected from Imperial - their Tandor restaurant is outstanding. This Mexican spot is competing with several other restaurants of it's style so I expected it to blow my mind. An offering of chips and salsa would have been nice. We asked for salsa and sour cream and they brought a kind of homemade hot sauce instead. I was expecting nice diced up tomato and onion with cilantro.

    The decor is really nice food was delicious and the service excellent. The only thing was I ordered a strawberry pineapple mimosa the glass was filled with way too much ice, and for $13 it should have lasted longer than four sips through the straw. Everything else was great.

    This is a very good restaurant. The food was very good and better than anything I have had in Toronto. The server was knowledgeable and friendly. We were in and out in time for the symphony, which was great. I highly recommend Agave.

    We were greeted by a hostess (we had a reservation, the table she was going to sit us at was way too small and extremely close to the table beside), she offered us a high top table which we accepted, the restaurant was busy and there was a large group seated behind us, the tables had been moved out to fit them in but they were blocking the path to the rest room. The service was slow (possibly because of the large number of people in the restaurant). When our food arrived, it was hot and delicious. I will definately return here for another meal.

    Very welcoming, helpful and knowledgable staff. Wide variety of dishes. Portions were generous but not loaded down with filler food. Guacamole was perfect. Desserts were authentic and as delicious and the mains. Exceeded expectations.

    Our first time here was delightful. We had a taco combo and a molcajete de carnes. Our server was friendly and efficient and the food was delicious. Took me back to Mexico. Sadly, too full for Churros We’ll be back

    We end up being there on a stormy night so there were less people there. Wait staff was amazing and friendly. The food was hot and very filling. Drinks were perfect 👌 Definitely will go again and booking online made it so easy. Thank you for a great meal and night.

    Very nice atmosphere and friendly service. Lunch special is excellent value with your choice of 2 Tacos, Guacamole and chips. Tasty classic Margarita! Only critisizm is the Taco of the day, chicken, was dry with no sauce. The Mole style chicken taco was good. Will definitely return and would recommend.
