   We really love Agricola Street Brasserie. So relaxing and tastefully decorated. However we found the seafood tower to be over priced for what you get on the tower. In our opinion it was not worth the $110.00 charged

   I was very disappointed in my chicken dish. The flavours and texture were unappealing. The pork chop dish was better. I’m disappointed as I have had better meals here.

    We went to brunch here for my mothers birthday. They were very accommodating on special requests and over delivered. Service was great and friendly. Food was very good. Top tier!

    Great evening at the Brasserie and would like to commend Bethany on her excellent service. Really liked the relaxed atmosphere and our table (37) was very well located. My husband had the steak and he gave it high marks....especially when the fries arrived hot. I had the pasta and it was equally as good.

    Great location in Halifax’s North End ! The food was fantastic and the restaurant is beautiful. Unfortunately our server was not very present and we had to ask other waiters to get her for us.

    We had a great experience. Annika, our server was a peach. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and accomidating. Top notch service. My party was from the Toronto, Ontario and visited a couple places the day before with less than impressed service. So, it was a really pleasant experience (finally!) Agricola Street Brasserie met and exceeded our expectations. The neighborhood is a bit questionable but the restaurant inside is modern and clean. The food was yummy, we all had the halibut as a main; scallops and mushroom toast as the app, and cheese cake and the chocolate option as dessert. If we come back, we will come back here for sure!

    This restaurant is a bit of a hike from the city centre, but well worth the trip. It's an unassuming building with a pub-like patio but it serves exceptional food with friendly and efficient service. Mussels are everywhere good in Halifax, but the suave here made them absolutely delicious. My partner had salmon which was cooked to perfection

    Great service. Food first class. Great beer. Only small issue was diners all put sat on top of each other which made it difficult to have a conversation. Thats just us being picky though. If ever in Halifax again would definately return for more ..

    Limited menu, I had the chicken, flavourful but was cold. Everyone else enjoyed their meal. Pork chop was massive, Fish smelled off to me but apparently was tasty. Nice decor, music was too loud for the vibe of the place and the varied selection of tunes was very weird. It is a once a year place for me to go eat.

    The chosen menu items were very good. Loved the calamari! The other guests also enjoyed the steak and hamburgers. The menu selection was very limited however.

    The service was very very slow but the poor waiter's section included the rooftop patio and downstairs so he was running. We were not in a rush so it did not matter but it took 20 mins to take a drink order and another 15 mins to get it. Food was very good. Waiter was super friendly.

    It was great but a little too noisy for our comfort. the waitress was especially wonderful. I will remember her efficiency, tact, good humour and pretty much perfect demeanor for a while. Perhaps return because of it.

    The restaurant itself had an amazing atmosphere great menu and tasty drinks. Unfortunately our overall experience was killed by the service. The hostess seemed cold and did not seem happy to be there. She only acknowledged my husband and in general wasn’t very friendly. Our server did not add to the experience he seemed to be a bit stuck up and only perked up when we were ready to pay our bill. We are easy going people that always tip 20%. That was not the case. I would recommend management talking to their staff about guest experience.

    My husband and I came in for dinner on a Wednesday night and were underwhelmed by everything at Agricola Street Brasserie. It was a quiet evening at the restaurant and yet service was slower than usual. We had the beet salad and seared scallops to start which were good. However, the mains were not quite on par with the quality we usually expect from the Brasserie. I ordered the braised lamb which was lukewarm at best when it came to the table. My husband had the steak frites which was okay. For dessert, we shared the chocolate pot de creme which is described as "chocolate custard, shortbread cookie". It was 100% not custard consistency as the creme was cold and hard when it was served. We've had better service and food here during Burger Week. We were disappointed with this visit.
