Chef's Tasting Menu
$254.25 per person

Multiple dates available
An elaborate menu curated by Chef Raghav as a journey across Canada, through 11 courses meticulously curated for a unique dining experience. The price of the Tasting Menu is $225 per person (plus taxes) and the deposit secures your booking and is fully applied to your bill. This service is available per table only. Please allow us to accommodate any allergies by notifying us in the reservation notes. Reservations must be made at least a day in advance. This experience is available from Tuesday to Saturday only at 6.30PM seating. This reservation can be canceled for full refund by calling Aiāna at least 3 business days in advance.

Aiana made our birthday celebration so special. They provided the table some bubbles upon arrival. And multiple small touches that made the night so memorable. As always, the service is what sets this dining collective apart. I felt cared for and my needs were always anticipated. Of note, I asked for a herbal/floral based cocktail as a “dealers choice” and I was provided an exquisite cocktail that was complex, layered and delicious. Aiana is a favourite for life!

The food was phenomenal. However, this is an establishment that's very well lit up, lights everywhere, besides us, there were two other guests sat at the far end of our table because we went on a tuesday and it was close to empty, as I was taking pictures of my meal, not even up to a minute, this security guy that had been watching us from when we got in rushes up to me and tells me my flash is too bright and disturbing even though it had only being five seconds of the video and the guests at the far right to us didn't even look cos they didn't notice. I asked for a recommendation of anything sweet as we looked at the wine menu, and the waiter automatically assumed we wanted cocktails even though I didn't even have a cocktail menu in my hands, I'm very sure there are sweet wines.

Beautiful space, elegant design, comfortable banquettes. Very quiet on a Friday night. Service is professional and attentive. Food is well prepared, but falls short of the expectations set by the ambiance of the room. Bannock was very tough and extremely greasy. Pork Belly was a healthy sized portion but lack the crispiness you would expect, sauce to meat ratio was unbalanced. It was also tough and good have been more tender. The desserts were very good.

Beautiful atmosphere. Very professional and kind staff. Stunning food presentation. And most of the food was delightful. My only negative comment is about the wagyu beef that we had last night. It wasn't horrible, but if I had not ordered it myself, there's no way I would have guessed it was wagyu. It tasted and had the texture of an inexpensive cut of beef. The truffle soup and the mushroom ice cream definitely stood out as the stars of our meal. Innovative and delicious. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

Expensive but delicious and innovative. The highlight for me was the mushroom ice-cream. Would definitely recommend.
