At Aiana, our humble roots are planted in a desire to bring the abundance of Canada’s food products – many of which grow wild in or around Ottawa – to the forefront of flavourful dishes.

    An elaborate menu curated by Chef Raghav as a journey across Canada, through 11 courses meticulously curated for a unique dining experience. The price of the Tasting Menu is $225 per person (plus taxes) and the deposit secures your booking and is fully applied to your bill. This service is available per table only. Please allow us to accommodate any allergies by notifying us in the reservation notes. Reservations must be made at least a day in advance. This experience is available from Tuesday to Saturday only at 6.30PM seating. This reservation can be canceled for full refund by calling Aiāna at least 3 business days in advance.

    This was an amazing night to spend our last night in Ottawa. The space is gorgeous and the food’s presentation and flavour was exceptional. Thankyou Ellie for looking after us so well. We had the opportunity to meet with chef Ragea (sorry if I spelt your name incorrectly) and he and his team are truly talented. This is Michelin level 100%.

    Everything was really good and perfectly presented. My husband had the wags steak which he thought could have been more tender and it was only Luke warm. We had a B52 coffee which was served in a regular coffee cup. We have always had them served in larger glass mugs for a fancier drink. This was our second time and although it is a beautiful, quiet restaurant with pretty amazing service, we like our food hot. I think the food should be served on hot plates. Lynda

    First lunch experience at Aiana: the food was exquisite (we had duck and salmon), and the waitress knowledgeable, professional and attentive. Every dish had a special touch, was cooked to perfection, fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. The sommelier concocted an amazing whiskey sour. The cooking team’s skills and attention to detail could be observed in the open back kitchen: they are clearly there to please the palate. For dessert, we indulged in the Nanaimo bar reinvented, wishing I could go home with a bucket of the special mushroom ice cream (to die for!). Mignardises wrapped up the experience nicely. Loved the contemporary style and vibe of Aiana. Fantastic venue for a business lunch or tête-à-tête, after work drink going into dinner. Thankful to have Ainana downtown (bonus for being open for lunch).

    Overall a fantastic experience with particularly outstanding service and nice touches (chefs amuses bouches). Only disappointment was the Cod main dish which was underwhelming for the price, and not much more than a fancy fish n chips without the chips. Thanks a lot for a memorable experience!

    Aiāna is an incredible overall experience. We did the 10 course tasting menu and every course was absolutely delicious. Every course was unique and definitely stood out on it’s own. But not only is the food amazing, the ambiance is exquisite. The decor is stylish, the music is perfect and at the perfect volume. The staff take their roles very seriously and deliver an outstanding dining experience. We’ve travelled the world and dined in many fine dining restaurants and this is one of, if not THE, best! And we’ve dined here several times, once for New Years Eve, and they have delivered every time!

    Mains were the fagottini and Wagyu beef. The fagottini was stuffed with prosciutto, zucchini, ricotta and Boursin cheese plus chives. They were incredibly rich and tasty. Fabulous! It was American Wagyu cooked absolutely perfectly as ordered. It came with mushroom filled puff pastry, carrot and leak. What a great combination. We ordered a 2017 Tangram by Durbanhills Hills. It went delightfully well with our meals. The sommelier did a nice job in assisting us with options. Clearly our mains were opposites in terms of match a single wine. I do want to remind people that the prices for food and wine are inclusive of service so it is not really as expensive as you initially think. I wish more restaurants would go this route. The service from start to finish was absolutely outstanding. The restaurant interior is amazing with good spacing between tables. Definitely highly recommended.

    Aiana is one of the best dining experiences in Ottawa that I've ever had! This was an anniversary dinner, so my intention was to go high-end and someplace new. I understand that $100+ a person doesn't fit all budgets. That said, this experience was well worth it! Fabulous ambiance and décor. The restaurant was immaculately clean; including the bathrooms which even provided feminine products. Everything is prepared in an open, bar and kitchen, environment which I find very appealing. Farm to table menu options where possible. And their service sets the bar! Shawn was our primary server. He is extremely knowledgeable and he made our experience comfortable and very memorable. We had the "a la carte" menu wagyu beef and the scallops. Pure excellence! Trying to put descriptive words to this food experience would be a disservice. You must go and experience it for yourself. I plan to go back for the Chef's Choice culinary experience that can be wine paired. Again not cheap at $375/person. Just the fact that I'm planning it speaks to my enjoyment of this experience.     The food and service were outstanding. Our only frustration was not being allowed to get the tasters menu because we didn’t notify the restaurant 24 hours in advance. They did not make that clear in the reservation or on their website. This should be addressed.

    As an European living in Canada it's very difficult to impress me with the level of service. However this charming restaurant has left the best impressions! Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, but that's not all- the service we received was the next level and we will definitely be back again. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience. I recommend to everyone!

    Aiana made our birthday celebration so special. They provided the table some bubbles upon arrival. And multiple small touches that made the night so memorable. As always, the service is what sets this dining collective apart. I felt cared for and my needs were always anticipated. Of note, I asked for a herbal/floral based cocktail as a “dealers choice” and I was provided an exquisite cocktail that was complex, layered and delicious. Aiana is a favourite for life!

    The meal and service were excellent. The presentation and the flavours were excellent but the portions were very small and prices were quite high.

    The food was phenomenal. However, this is an establishment that's very well lit up, lights everywhere, besides us, there were two other guests sat at the far end of our table because we went on a tuesday and it was close to empty, as I was taking pictures of my meal, not even up to a minute, this security guy that had been watching us from when we got in rushes up to me and tells me my flash is too bright and disturbing even though it had only being five seconds of the video and the guests at the far right to us didn't even look cos they didn't notice. I asked for a recommendation of anything sweet as we looked at the wine menu, and the waiter automatically assumed we wanted cocktails even though I didn't even have a cocktail menu in my hands, I'm very sure there are sweet wines.

    Our third dinner experience! Definitely one of my favourite Ottawa restaurants! As a world traveller and international self proclaimed foodie this resto is a Ten! Service, ambience, FOOD, cocktails! It’s a gem and Ottawa is lucky to have it!!
