The food was not what we had expected but the staff really made it right and the service received upon giving them feedback was genuinely understanding and caring so that has left us with a good feel as i like to think maybe it was a case of bad luck on the day with food which can happen. So id be willing to give it another try. They are very welcoming and do try to make your experience worthwhile

Went to watch a big match and had booked a month in advance with requests to be by the TV outside and the moment we got there we were placed on another persons table. The owner was very rude in this situation. Especially as someone who has been a couple of times before, which prior to have been outstanding experiences. Away from that, food and drinks were great.

The staff at Akoya are charming and extremely helpful. When we arrived we found the music very loud but on request it was immediately turned down to a pleasant level. The service was excellent and our meals arrived swiftly. The standard of the cooking was good but possibly too much food on the plate for some of us----the portions are extremely generous. An altogether most pleasant experience in a very friendly and comfortable atmosphere.

Great food and excellent service provided by the manager and his waiting staff. We went there for a joint birthday celebration for my mum and brother and the staff made it a special event.

We really enjoyed our food - smoky baba ganoush, great fattoush and tabulleh salads, and tender tasty meat on the mixed grill. The only let down was the bread. It’s such an important part of a meal like this I think it should be better.

Great food, big portions and good prices. They let us stay until really late to chat, which we really appreciated! I will definitely go back and recommend it :)
