   el servicio se ve que están empezando a coordinarse, el pescado fue mero sin mucho sabor, el chef sugirió la salsa aparte tal vez x eso no estaba muy sazonado, el costo de los platillos y las bebidas se me hicieron altas comparadas con otros restaurantes de la zona y el nivel. el show bueno pero sugiero informen del programa que es lo que van a presentar

    Great decorations outstanding service. Food was ok not authentic Mediterranean, got cold fast. We expected Mediterranean show but had an interpretive Indian dance which was okay. May need a more authentic Mediterranean menu.

    So amazing, can’t say enough good things about Al sahar— its breathtakingly beautiful decor, impeccable service, amazing electronic lounge music with a great sound system , beautiful dancer performances every 20-30 minutes, delicious food, water sunset view if you go early enough.     A mi novio y a mi nos gusta ir a cenar a lugares donde creemos que nos vamos a sorprender, donde veremos y probaremos algo nuevo. Quise sorprendernos porque el restaurante se veía de mucha experiencia y muy prometedor pero no fue asi, por el contrario nos arrepentimos de no haber entrado a uno de los lados, rosa negra o carajillo que nos han dado gratas experiencias. El DJ muy malo, los meseros no sabian que recomendar, algunos atentos y otros parecian enojados, la comida no fue sorprendente ni nuevo, el show de los domingos muy aburrido, dieron mejor show otros comensales nativos que nos enseñaron sus verdaderas tradiciones. Mas caro que Ilios o que Carajillo por menos ambiente, menos sabor y menos ración.

    Loved the food and the entertainment. I just wish the waiter had warned us about the amount of food we were getting. It was absurd the side of the doggie bag we took home. We are it 2 other nights.

    My wife and I had a great time at Al Sahar. They have lots of halal options and the hookah. Sunset was beautiful from there amazing terrace.

    What a wonderful experience. The service- starting from the very beginning with the hostesses and continuing with the waiters and support staff bringing you whatever you need promptly at the tables- was fantastic. The difficult part is deciding which of the numerous items on the menu to order. We were a party of 4. We ordered several mezzanine plates- hummus, labneh (dried yogurt with olive oil), eggplant, falafel, Kalamata olives, spinach pies, grape leaves with lamb chops, as well as tabbouleh and fattoush salads. That pretty much filled us up. So when the main dishes of kafta, chicken tawook and kibbee balls were brought to the table- we had a small bit of each and brought the rest back to our resort. The location and ambiance is wonderful as well. When I initially decided we should try this “new” place (which I understand had been open for 5 months), some in our group were hesitant. A Mediterranean restraint in Cancun. My Mom- who was born in Lebanon- and my wife whose Dad was born in Lebanon and who cooks Lebanese food wonderfully- weren’t sure this is the type of place to go to in Cancun. What a wonderful surprise that everything was terrific. The grape leaves could not match my wife’s homemade grape leaves and is probably the only item we ordered which I would not get again ( still really good but once you’ve had homemade grape leaves you just usually do not order them when you go out to eat). If those whom make this type of food regularly are raving about your food- you know it’s excellent. Don’t be hesitant to dine at this restaurant. It is easily one of the best 2 or 3 places to eat at in Cancun. You’ll be glad you did so.

    Sooo much fun!!!! The restaurant is stunningly beautiful. The whole staff is warm, welcoming, and let’s you know that they really care if you have a good time. The DJ is Aaahmazimg!! Really talented guy who knows how to do the best dance mash ups using every genre so you will definitely find your song to move to. The multiple performers were truly talented and fantastic. This was really the place with the most and the best entertainment of all of the many restaurants with entertainment we went to. The talented electric violist, the incredible acrobat who hung and spun from her head, the multiple dancers, both male and female, the magician, just WOW! Then there are the cocktails which were not only crazy tasty but truly an event in themselves! Some smoke, some light up, but all are delicious. The shisha which lights up different colors as you smoke and the really fantastic lighting and light show all with a gorgeous bar and good food make this place something special. We are told they will be opening a club upstairs in March and are definitely looking forward to going. This is THE place for a fun celebration and a good time! Go if you are ready to be entertained and cared for too!

    Let me start out by saying this is a beautiful restaurant. However the music is very loud and actually unnecessary. Our service was great and the food was nice. My husband did not care for his Salmon dinner. The floor show was fun. They also allowed a person to smoke a cigar at a table next to us.

    Wow - this is a gorgeous restaurant, beautiful lighting, high ceiling, amazing decor and open to the ocean! Our service was so good - a couple folks waited on us and were so attentive. Food was delicious (hot pita, various dips, falafel wraps, etc). They had live entertainment (dancers and music) starting at 8:30. One of my favorite places in Cancun! Highly recommend to book! Minor issue was that we ordered 1 dish but never received it and completely forgot about it until after we left (so couldn’t do anything about it).

    Decor and view from our table were incredible especially since we caught sunset. Food was delicious and service was really good till they got the later evening crowd and they explained that it was way bigger than expected. We stayed to watch part of the show and in all spent several hours enjoying the ambiance.
