Terrible experience. They changed our reservation time without asking and then we arrived, and our table wasn’t even ready. Food was terrible. Service was terrible.

Food was good. The service was interesting…. The waitress punches your food order in on the iPad and runners bring the food. They try and take your plates when your not done eating… almost like your being rushed out. At one point the waitress put another tables dirty plate on top of my salad and I wasn’t done eating. I had to ask for her to not take it away after the dirty plate went on top of my food. The food was good… some items over priced but the ambiance was nice. Overall I won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

Great atmosphere! Good food! Server -did not seem to understand order -I asked about portion size and if I could take the rice out of the dish -didn’t seem familiar with the menu -ordered a glass of wine and never got it -asked about my wine and it was never ordered -no excuse me, apology -our meal was done when I got it -after that server was not present -no follow up -we had to seek her out for our bill I own a home in this area and I’ve never had a service experience like this anywhere. Will not return.

The appetizers were very tasty but unfortunately our entrées arrived at room temperature even though they were supposed to be hot. They very graciously reduced our bill by 50% and comped us with delicious desserts. They just have to get their delivery to the table times down better.

We loved the decor and ambiance however the service was slow (through the woman waiting on us was lovely) and the food average - the fires are undercooked - the Greek salad very bland - beet salad and garlic shrimp were delicious - the music was quite loud forcing us to talk loudly which gets uncomfortable I wouldn’t recommend or return in the near future. Though the bar looks worth a visit! . .

Vibes were great. The fries were not cooked the best. One guest didn’t like one of the drinks, the waitress took it, didn’t asked if they wanted to try something else. When the bill came the drink was on the bill and the manager didn’t want to take the drink off that wasn’t drank. After having to speak to multiple staff, they finally agreed to take the drink off the bill.

We were expecting more from the menu. It really just felt like we got Mr. Greek, but overpaid because the vibe was great. The Calamari was really good and if we ever do go back, we'd probably just stick to the shareables on the menu. Other than that, the experience was pretty underwhelming for the price.

The food was underwhelming (like a fancier version of a stand Danforth Greek restaurant). All the dishes had the same lacklustre sides (plain grilled veg & potatoes). Zero imagination or inspiration behind any of the dishes. The space was extremely cramped - we could barely get to our seats and the servers had difficulty as well. The service started off OK but once the food came they disappeared almost completely. The atmosphere is cool but this place is more hype than substance.

Everything seemed rushed. Our apps were still being eaten when our mains came. By the time we were done the mains were cold. Conserve had to flag our server down for every need. Not quality check or offer of more drinks. Very poor overall

great place for dinning. food was good and ambience was good too. The greek cuisine was stunning and drinks were good too. however, if you go on a date, theres not a lot of privacy options as the seating arrangements are very close to other tables. Basically having dinner close to other customers.

This place is more of a bar that sells food oppsose to a restaurant that has a bar. Chef quality is fast food level at best...almost surprised OpenTable would even sponsor them. The environment itself did not make sense; no dance floor or environment for socializing ergo the dj was almost pretentiously disruptive. The design of the restaurant fails to have a direct motive, grasping at too many concept at once.

Beautiful atmosphere - the new design and music - it’s just perfect. Our server was misplaced for this type of restaurant. The best of the food was the grilled calamari and steak - but everything else like the feta dip, lamb and souvlaki was very lacklustre. The drinks were well presented but were hit and miss. They did a great renovation, and we were so excited to come, but we were so terribly disappointed.

I was very much looking forward to dining at Aleria after hearing it recently opened and after reading the positive reviews! Unfortunately, I have to admit that it was a fairly disappointing experience. The atmosphere is very nice, the location is pretty and elegant. I booked a standard table but was directed to a high top table. Changing table was not a big deal, but I was given the impression that the staff was kind of annoyed by my request. The music was very loud and distracting; I had to ask twice if they could turn down the volume, which they eventually did. For dinner, I ordered the grilled shrimp which, according to the menu should have come with lemon herb potatos, seasonal grilled vegetables and rice. The plate was nicely assorted. However, the potatos were just normal potatos, there was merely a slice of lemon placed beside. That's not what I expected "lemon herb potatos" to be... The vegetables were still kind of raw rather than grilled, hardly seasoned, no oil and tasted very bland. So did the rice. The service was polite but kind of cold; I missed the extra portion of friendliness and passion which you should bring as a waiter in such a restaurant. For the price I paid, it was a disappointing experience and I would not come back.

I chose this place for my 32nd birthday, and overall it was OK. The ambience was the best part! Cocktails were good too. The food unfortunately was average... The flame cooked cheese was really good though. Staff were nice, but a little flustered. The starters came out with the mains, and they can only split the bill an arbitrary 5 ways (apparently this should be changing soon). I don’t think I’d come here for dinner; but for drinks after dinner, this place is a winner.

Had a wonderful experience. Food and drinks were delicious. Had a lot of favorite dishes including the feta pastry for appetizers and the shrimp and octopus for mains. The branzino is also a great option if you want a lighter dish. The staff are all gracious and friendly. All the drinks are made really well, and the wine selection is great. The ambience and decor is really lovely and a creates a special experience. Will be back 🤩

The food was great and the vibes were even better! The restaurant was so clean and the adorable inside! We had a group of 4 and split shareables which were all fresh and tasted good. The saganaki was delicious and they set it on fire at your table which was a highlight

We had an amazing time for my birthday at Aleria. Nadine and the team were super accommodating. The service was excellent, we had a private room downstairs where we could play our own music and staff regularly checked on us for drinks and food. Very much appreciate the service, if I could give more stars I would, thanks!!

What an experience! We went to this restaurant for dinner, and thoroughly enjoyed the evening. The “shareables”were impressive and the food was delicious. The service was incredible. Would definitely recommend the cocktails; especially the “Beast”. The decor and the vibe of Aleria was wonderful. Will most certainly be going back!

Aleria is beautiful. They have transformed this space into something spectacular, you won't even recognize it from the previous restaurant, it's completely refreshed space. The additions to the back of house are incredible, the photos do not do it justice. Drinks are incredible, highly recommend the martini. The food is lovely, portions are great and the homemade sauces will tickle that Mediterranean fancy. You won't be disappointed if you find yourself making the adventure down the alley to find the front door of this new gem. Will be back.
