Personnel très courtois, sympathique. Repas très bon et vin. Par contre au prix que l'on paie concernant les desserts, la présentation laissait un peu à désirer.. une boule de sorbet, délicieux d'ailleurs et très rafraîchissant servi dans un simple verre, assez ordinaire. Et j'avais préciser en réservation ainsi que sur place qu'il y avait un anniversaire, rien. Peut-être faire quelque chose de simple ou tout simplement absorber le coût du dessert du fêté.. Pour une 1ere fois à votre restaurant que j'ai trouvé chic et de bon goût.. il faudrait par contre tamiser quelque peu les lumières.. Merci beaucoup! Dominique

Souper Mamie et son "grand" petit-fils de 9 ans qui s'est régalé de sa pizza Margherita et son dessert Affogato (la prochaine fois cependant je spécifierai décafféiné car je n'y avais pas pensé au surplus d'énergie ) et il a adoré son Mocktail Virgin Mohito :) Quant à moi, je suis repartie avec un contenant de mes délicieux Calmars et prosciutto restants. Très joyeux souper à refaire bientôt . Merci à Francis pour son excellent, courtois et sympathique service. Il a agi comme un pro et je n'aurais jamais deviné qu'il débutait à ce resto. je dois aussi mentionner par expériences que,lorsque réservé à l'avance par internet avec une mention spéciale ,le resto s'efforce toujours de satisfaire à nos demandes.

Le service et l’accueil avec Line était excellent ! Mais les pizzas sont réellement à éviter car la pâte est détrempée. Les champignons étaient en cannes. Les olives toutefois étaient délicieuses. Ambiance, bruit , décor étaient parfait. Dommage pour les pizzas. Je recommande l’endroit avec un autre choix sur le menu.

Nous avons apprécié tout le personnel qui est fort sympathique! Nous aimons beaucoup arrêter à ce resto lorsque nous sommes dans la ville de Magog! Très belle ambiance et restaurant très bien situé! Il faut essayer la salade cesar et les pizzas, bref essayez tout et le vin est très bon aussi!

Nous étions 4 et sommes déçus de ce que c’est devenu. C’était notre 3e fois et la dernière. Les 2 premières fois étaient il y a environ 6 à 9 mois et c’était excellent. Qu’est ce qui s’est passé. Calmars beaucoup trop épais pour être mâchés, le veau semblait être du steak minute. Seuls les pâtes et le pain étaient bons, la soupe minestrone aussi. Heureusement le jeune serveur Benjamin était super sympathique et souriant.

Such a great opportunity to be a fantastic Italian trattoria! But there are too many tables packed in, and there was no bread or fresh Parmesan. But the service was EXCELLENT. And the gnocchi was delicious.

We were celebrating my boyfriend's birthday. It was our first time at Alessa in a very long time (our last 2 experiences were delivery during the pandemic!) We had a great meal. Caesar salad was one of the best we've had in a LONG time. Veal with mushrooms was excellent. The family portion was perfect for 2 - and we had enough to bring home for lunch the next day. Wines by the glass were very good. But mostly - we both commented - that Francis gave us the best service we have had in a VERY long time. Service was smart. Each course and glass of wine were very well timed. He is a credit to your team! Merci!!!

Accueil et personnel sympathique, service rapide, mais un peu expéditif. Nourriture délicieuse, abondante et très bon rapport qualité prix. Attention, les heures d'ouverture ne correspondent pas à celles annoncées. Il est inscrit jusqu'à 22h et ils ont failli nous refuser à 21h20. Heureusement, on avait réservé. Réservation fortement recommandée.

Bonjour, Premièrement nous tenons à vous dire que nous sommes des clients qui viennent à votre resto à chaque fois que nous venons à Magog (au moins 3 fois par année). Hier notre visite à très mal débuté, on nous a assigné une petite table coincé derrière la réception, nous avons aussitôt demandé au serveur si on pouvait prendre une autre table plus dégagé, il y en avait 2 le long du mur et même celle du coin de la fenêtre était libre, il a refusé en disant que cette section était fermée, pourtant il y avait 2 clients, à ce moment une autre serveuse nous a dit qu'on pouvait y aller. Ensuite nous avons demandé au serveur 2 mocktails Florida, notre préféré. Il arrive avec les 2 mocktails mais il n'y avait pas la mousse créé par les blancs d'oeufs, suite à notre remarque il nous dit que le barman n'a plus de blanc d'oeufs, on lui dit qu'il aurait du nous le dire avant au lieu de nous servir quand même sans dire un mot sur ce manque, je n'aime pas son attitude et je lui fait savoir, ses explications ne font qu'envenimer la situation, je lui signifie alors que nous parton, mais je sais que ma blonde voulait vraiment les linguinis pescatore, on décide de rester quand même. La suite à été correct et la nourriture était excellente comme d'habitude. j'espère que ce genre de situation ne se reproduira plus à l'avenir. À la prochaine P.S. 1) le barman aurait du avertir le serveur du manque d'un ingrédient P.S. 2) le serveur aurait du nous demandé si on voulait le mocktail pareil sans cet ingédient.

Très bon service, mais un peu trop rapide pour le genre de restaurant où nous aurions aimé prendre un peu plus notre temps, mais on se sentait pressés. Il serait intéressant d’offrir plus de choix pour le vin aux verres, il y a seulement 5 choix de vins rouges sur l’ensemble de la carte des vins rouges. Merci et nous y retournerons c’est certain!

We were disapponted with our dinner last night at Alessa Trattoria. Our server was kind and attentive but we were quite surprised to receive our starter dish of risotto balls with a frozen cheese interior! Obviously not freshly made but, rather, reheated insufficiently even in a microwave! My husband was further disapponted by his dish: supposedly penne a la vodka which tasted more like a cheddar sauce resembling macaroni and cheese! Not at all what we expected! I ordered clam linguini but the clams were dense and bland, the only taste coming through was one of pepper. Did not taste anything like fresh seafood should but more like a creamy chicken sauce! I ordered an Americano coffee and although I enjoy strong coffee, even espresso, I was not expecting thick Turkish-type coffee. The server explained to us that it was Italian coffee but it tasted much stronger, similar to Turkish coffee. In any case, we do not plan to return. Had a much more satisfying lunch today at Piazzetta down the street and it didn’t cost just over 140 dollars for one appetizer and two mains with a carafe of wine, although it wasn’t so much the expected higher cost of the meal these days as it was the poor quality of cuisine that disappointed.

A real trattoria like in Europe: excellent food, nice decorations, good service, without feeling like you’re being ripped-off. Videos of beautiful Italy were playing on the screen, which made the feeling of being in Italy even more real. We would recommend this place without any hesitation. And make sure you are hungry before you go there, it’s worth it !

4 of us for dinner. 4 different pasta dishes. All were really good. I wish they had a more interesting vegan pasta on the menu but the flavour and pasta were excellent. Service was excellent!

great food and service. enjoyed prosciutto and melon, lemon veal and salads. We felt that they crowded the tables together a bit. We Scheduled our next visit to this restaurant as we really liked this place.
