   The French onion soup was delicious, just like at Mon Ami Gabi. The restaurant should be embarrassed about their charcuterie board. The bread was stale, the fig jam was runny, the cheeses did not pair well with the meats, and what was the mustard supposed to compliment? You are located in the Paris hotel on the strip. I would expect your charcuterie board to be much better.

   We had the balloon bread which is a pita that has been grilled so that it inflates. Yummy with the burrata, olive oil. We had the salmon and chicken parmesan. Quite tasty

   Descent options and pricing. Food came out quickly. Both pasta and fish dishes were really good. Disappointed in fact that the fish only came with orzo. Service was good until time too pay then really slow.

   This restaurant met all the expectations. We got to eat and drink while watching the Bellagio fountain as well as people watch on the strip. The food was good and the drinks were good. The only real critique would be that the heaters put out a bit more heat as it was chilly and at times a bit uncomfortable.

    Our order was done within 5 minutes of our ordering. Can a steak be cooked medium plus that fast? Food came and my husband’s steak was cold along with his side dish. Waitress never came back to our table until we had finished eating and took forever to get our check. Don’t go if they are busy, service is terrible.

    The food and service were excellent. I would highly recommend going there and my next visit to Vegas I will return. We were able to sit on the patio and watch the Bellagio fountains. I got the flat iron and it was cooked perfectly, the most tender I have ever had. My husband had the salmon and his plate was clean at the end of the meal. The French onion soup was delicious and the largest portion I have had at a restaurant.

    Trying to meet with customers and they have a DJ come in who thought he was in a club and just kept getting louder and louder until finally, we couldn’t take it anymore and asked to go to turn it down. The server really was good, and he tried his best to accommodate, but the food just isn’t that great to want to experience that again.

    The food is really good. Quality ingredients. Great presentation. The service is a little slow, but not the servers fault. It's a big resteraunt and the servers are pushed past their max.

    My friends and I went to this restaurant last year for our trip to Vegas and we fell in love with the food and vibe. We loved it so much we went again this year. The food was just as tasty as last year but it seems they shrunk their portions compared to last year. My friend and I ordered the chicken and waffles and we both felt last year’s plate had more waffles and twice as much chicken. This time we had only one waffle and two pieces of chicken breast for $25. The Alexxa Cauldron was not as strong as last year’s either. We loved the salad and the ambiance, and the staff are friendly and respectful.

    The staff was very attentive, and the food was delicious! My sister ordered the shrimp and grits, and I ordered the Linguini and shrimp pasta which was very delicious! We also did the bottomless mimosas for brunch and ordered a "Colossal" drink from the drinks Menu. Alexxas is now our favorite restaurant in Vegas.

    Our server was completely overworked, getting seated again and again, and she could never catch up. There was support staff standing around, doing nothing while she drowned “in the weeds”.

    Hexx's brunch menu was WAY better and I'm sad it changed to Alexa's. The actual breakfast menu for Alexxa's had like 6 or 8 items on it and we were not impressed with anything our table ordered. Also, we had to "pick one flavor" of bottomless mimosas and once you made your choice of juice you couldn't change to another juice. You also can't have champagne/sparkling wine poured from actual bottles - they were premixed in carafes. Overall not a change from Hexx for the better.

    Early dinner at 5 pm but the place was still pretty busy. Entered through the casino but main dining room is off the strip. Service was very good. We had a few people on strict diets and they did their best to accommodate. Food was good and not as expensive as a lot of similar restaurants. They made up for it with the extra charge for being on the strip, which they pass onto you.

    Waiter was not attentive. We got more attention from the beverage server. The cheese on my meat omelette wasn’t melted. Potatoes were not flavorful. No gluten free bread. Restaurant isn’t GF friendly. We sat inside and it was so noisy we couldn’t even talk to each other. Definitely wouldn’t go back again.

    We chose outdoor seating, which provided a lot of entertainment. Food was good, bubble bread was different, but yummy. Pasta dishes were good. French Onion Soup could have used a bit of sherry,however it was good on a chilly spring eve.

    Loved the Prix fixe dinner...especially the salad course. Don't know if they always have this but right now March 2023...from 3-6 o'clock. Waiter was wonderful...restaurant is noisy. We would return if it was in our neighborhood.

    I ate here over 5 times during my stay at Paris. It was crazy loud when it was full. Other times it was plausible. Staff were always good and attentive. Pricey, so ridiculously pricy for the menu. Dennys would compare for half the cost.
