Service was wonderful! Had reservations at 7:30 and took a chance to get in earlier. We were seated and drink orders were taken. House salad was delicious cold cabbage with warm broccolini was a great bite. My snapper was a bit salty, kind that makes your tongue tingle. Thankfully the parsnip purée was sweet enough to balance each bite out. My husband's tenderloin was a bit on the dry side, overcooked for a medium. Overall it was a good meal.

Make sure you check with your server to determine if they charge for kids drinks or not. One of our servers did the other did not… the one who charged for the pops at $6.00 a pop simply did not get a tip.

Very loud in there! Lots of children. We noticed that open table has posted a menu for alto that is no longer in use. Unfortunately we booked and looked forward to that, and came to realize the actual restaurant is offering a completely different menu in person. :( I felt the value for what we got was expensive. I had asked about a bottle of wine, the type, if it was sweet or dry. The answer I received was ‘ I don’t know’. I would have preferred ‘ I can go and confirm that’. The pizza we ordered was mushy inside still, lots of raw dough. The people beside us also ordered pizza and was served totally black on the bottom. Their replacement pizza was the same. Overall, I would not return.

Great food and experience. I originally was extremely disappointed there was no bake potato option with the steak however the side was amazing and better.

Despite our reservation, we were sat at the worst table by the door and kitchen. We should have asked for an improvement but assumed other tables were reserved, since there was no other good reason to seat at this table. Turns out other walk ins were sat at better tables. We know this because we could here all conversations at the hostess stand. Service was inattentive. We asked for a beer menu but server never came back to take our order.

Limited menu on a Monday night. Not even a salad option. As a diabetic, it was nearly impossible to find something healthy. Was never even offered a second cocktail. Truly disappointing

Best Apres pizza! Amazing pizza and a nice restaurant for the ski village. Really enjoyed the Firecracker pizza. They also accept reservations and takeout which is awesome

We were 6 guests and everyone enjoyed its meal. From Pizzas to full meat couses, it was well presented and delicious. The service was extremely good. We recommande this place!

Service was slow, due to lack of staff. Our poutine was brought out cold. Pizza’s we’re great. The bread basket, not worth $12- with a tasteless hummus spread.

We ordered bread which was stale and ice cold, macaroni and cheese which was Alfredo and a dish that had lentils in it that were completely raw. Very disappointed with the food.

Main dishes were great! Delicious pasta and pizza. However, the charcuterie board was underwhelming and seemed like it had just been pre made and sitting in a fridge getting soggy. Only one dessert option and it was very dry.

Alto has always been a favourite for us. The 7 course NYE dinner however did disappoint. I would not return for that experience with that chef, but will return for their regular menu

Regretfully , The information on Alto on the website and on the Panorama website was not at all accurate . The option for a regular menu was not available. The menu had PizZa only (which is great but not what we had planned for ) As the kitchen is shared with another place , T-Bar… we asked if we could order from that menu and were told that was not an option. Alto is usually a great place, the Panorama resort management team could have and should make sure information is accurate & available for guests .
