The restaurant is handy for work and we popped in for an after work catch up/dinner. Not our first visit and service was once again excellent. Menu is varied and catered for everyone in the group. Food is very good and good value for money. As a bonus they were running a discount for the fringe festival so exceptionally good value for money this time. Worth a visit if you find yourself in that part of the city

Food and staff were great, however for the two hours we were there we were the only customers and given its location I found this really strange, as there is no obvious reason why this would be the case!!! People are missing out.

lovely friendly waiter - food very nice too but expected the restaurant to be busy and it was quiet which was a surprise for Edinburgh at this time of the year. Everything was fresh well cooked and all of us enjoyed our meal

It was very quiet when we had hour booking, only 3 tables being served, we felt as we were being rushed out the door. We would have had 3 courses and a drink in less than 30 minutes. We asked the waiter/host to give us 10 minutes between courses and he was happy to oblige as we wanted to enjoy the food and chat at the table. The food was lovely, really tasty, well presented and proportion sizes were great.

Have been once and won't be back, Ordered drinks and food at the same time - waited 20 minutes and the starters and drinks arrived together {the restaurant was approx 1/5 full), Starters were good. Pizza mains were very poor with only a little tomato style sauce on my Marinara and a few slices of pepperoni on my friend's Diabola. The sweets were also uninspired and tasteless. Not worth what we paid so our advice would be - think twice.

Had a gift voucher for this restaurant and found it to be a good basic Italian-the pizza was just like the real deal! Staff were friendly and attentive.

Very quiet when we were there Sat lunchtime. Service very friendly but the menu is not extensive. Great for a quick bite and good for children as they eat for free.
