I saw this place with OpenTable, I never been there before. Me and my gf decided to go because of good reviews and this place is incredible! I tried best burrata, best panna cotta in my life. Food is excellent, starters, main courses and desserts everything is perfect. There is nothing to say, just go, eat and enjoy.

We booked here for dinner with friends as we had been before with family pre show several months ago. The food and cocktails are delicious (salads, pizza, drinks) and while the service was excellent at first, as the place got busier, we felt a bit forgotten as it was evident that our server who was great, had a lot on the go. I also don't recall the high energy and noise level of the place from our previous visit and next time I would ask if there were any quieter tables as we had a hard time having a conversation with our friends without yelling across the table. Good experience overall though.

We missed our two favourite items on the menu which seem to have been taken off. The branzino and one of the risotto’s we don’t remember the name. It was a vegetarian risotto. And our waiter was too intrusive and must have used the word fantastic at least 50 times. This is still one of our favourite restaurants and we will be back.

The food was nothing short of AMAZING! POOR SERVICE !!!!!!!! We were seated - greeted by our waiter who was happy, energetic and seemed very ready to provide excellent service. We orders apps that came quickly and hot and delicious! And we sat…..and sat……. With a table of empty plates and empty glasses! Seemed like we had to beg for water! Atleat 1/2 hour - no one came by. Meals started to arrive ! Again HOT and delicious! And then we sat …..and we sat. No one came to clear table- check on food . The loud , obnoxious , FOUL speaking F bomb throwing bachelor party behind us were enjoying lots of bottles of “whatever” being delivered! And attentive service. With our table full of dishes our waiter said “are you all set here” No mention of coffee or tea a dessert …. The bill was dropped off amidst a table of empty plates …. $500 plus bill for the table of 7 . Feel very short of our expectations on the service front - will we book again … NOT SURE at this point . Basically ignored by what we thought would be a good waiter and yes we still tipped!

The restaurant is dusty all over with layers of dust on the exposed air ducts. The bathroom was beyond a mess. Took 15 minutes each drink order to get beverages to the table. The food was good though not traditional Italian. The tiramisu doesn’t even resemble what it should be. A decent meal but not worth the wait.

I can't speak about value because the dinner was a gift for my wife and i's 50th birthday so never once did we read a menu or look at a price but I will say that I've never been to a restaurant before where I thought everything was perfect..... It was perfect in terms of all aspects of dining out. From my understanding we ate everything that was offered in the prefix menu as opposed to choosing certain things we liked.

Had a not so pleasant experience at Amano tonight. I arrived early to wait for my friend. There is no water asked or served. The waiter finally came to us and asked about our water choice when my friend arrived, but then he forgot to bring us water after the ask. I explicitly reminded him about the water when we started to order the menu, yet he didn’t remember what kind of water we mentioned. We had to repeat the menu order a couple of times and the time waiting between the appetizer and main was long. I still gave 18% tip in the end just because I don’t want to negatively affect my friend’s promotion day, but I’m very disappointed at the service we had.
