I have mixed emotions about my visit to Ambler: 1. The food and service was very good. 2. We had a bad experience with the customer service, waiters and host: A. I need it to change the reservation and sent a msg a day before via Opentable at 10pm and never received response. I had to call the same day an hour before in order to comunicate with the restaurant. B. The waiters were expressing in a very despective manner about the customers. Including using cursed words (both spanish and english) while my family was still at the table. C. We expressed this concerns to the hostes and my aunt confronted waiters at that moment and neither expressed regreats or apologized.

The four of us went to this restaurant for restaurant week. Wow, were we very pleasantly surprised with the experience! The food was delicious, the cocktails were perfectly prepared and really complimented each course. The ambience was really peaceful with a view of the boats on the Riverwalk. The tables were nicely spaced so that no one felt crowded and we couldn’t hear the conversations from other tables. It was an outstanding meal in a great setting.

Food was not to the quality you would expect for the prices. Service was slow even though it was not busy. It was noisy or at least the table behind us was.
