The prices for the quality of food are absolutely insane, not to mention having send back burnt food, getting charged for still tap water, and getting charged for a side priced differently on the receipt than on the menu. Generally the food was so underwhelming for the price unfortunately. I really was so excited to support a black-owned business, but the experience was so underwhelming. Not to also mention the automatic tacked-on 20% service charge and then another option to tip while you make the transaction. This was just ridiculous and I will not be returning here nor recommending it someone else. For 4 people, ordering 1 appetizer, 1 drink each(1 person had a second drink), and an entree the total bill was ~$300+ which to me for the experience is ludicrous. So unfortunately disappointed.

Loved Amina’s! Food was great, drink was on point, and the overall atmosphere was really quite nice! Our wait person, Mia, was fantastic! Will definitely be making a return visit! Glad I took a friend’s recommendation to visit Amina’s!

A colleague recommended this place. I just so happened to go on their one year anniversary. The atmosphere was electric. The service was great. We tried a variety of dishes, everything was excellent. Very positive vibes. Will definitely return.

This was our first time eating in the city since the pandemic and the experience was good. The food. Service and ambiance was good as well. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and our server surprised us with candles on his dessert. This was very thoughtful.

The food was good. A bit on pricey side for what you get being that everything is a la carte. Mac and cheese needed alil salt and pepper but overall food was good. Our waitress could of checked on us alil more and been more verbal. I know gratuity is included but cmon. But overall great experience and music I will definitely be back!

Overall the dinning experience was memorable. The ambiance & service was good. I would liked to have seen some entrees selections via a la carte . The all natural chicken fried basket was ok. Pricey & It wasn’t seasoned nor plentiful that I thought it would be . The southern hot cauliflower wings tasted like cauliflower sadly & not like chicken if that was the plan.—Yet I enjoyed eating them the next day for left overs. The biggest disappointment was the billing . Between being charged for a mixed drink never served & was told the bartender could not make it . Too being charged 2x for only one soda requested & possibly being charged $20 xtra monetary. I probably should of paid closer attention to the bill when my table paid the check. Nevertheless I did review it 2 days after & immediately called the restaurant but no pick-up or ability to leave a voice mail. I then emailed the venue & have not heard back since sending it 5 days ago . I hope the matter can be resolved so I go back again to dine or recommend others to go.

We found this gem via social media and it was truly amazing! The food is upscale soul food and the ambiance was incredible. The owner Felicia greeted us warmly and even surprised us with an anniversary dessert. This is a must go!

The food was enjoyable. We reserved a table for the early portion of the Brunch scene to avoid the crowd. Glad we did as we were leaving around 12PM there was a crowd lined up inside and out waiting for seats.
