Our food and service was excellent. Our reservation was a dining experience but we were seated in the bar area. There were some rowdy guests at the bar so it was a bit loud. We will visit again for the food!

Wonderful Restaurant. The food was not the best i had in my life but it was decent. It was Friday night and the restaurant was busy but we enjoyed the night. I recommend to go. Katie was our server, she is not talkative but straightforward.

Validated 3hr parking, promptly greeted and seated. Immediately the manager introduced himself and offered his assistance to make our evening excellent. Our server was great. The house salad and the lasagna were standouts. Unfortunately there was construction just outside our window but that’s outside the control of the restaurant. We’ll be back for that bolognese sauce.

I had a small between 2 people that had bigger tables. I was so close they could reach over and take my appetizer if they wanted to. I order bottle wine big steak appetizers ,had water drinks none of the things Barely fit on the table terrible seat selection but service was great waiter was great

We made a reservation asked for standard table with view. Headed to Detroit for an event with out of town guests. We were seated at tall bar table with no view and asked for another table because of accessibility concerns. Then were seated at an inside table with no view. We had an early reservation and they had many tables available. To top it off the food was mediocre. Some dishes better than others. The waitress was AWESOME and saved the experience from being miserable.

The tables were set so pretty, and the view was wonderful. The service was very good. DeAngelo made sure we didn't want for anything. The food of course was delicious. The owner visited us also to introduce himself and asked about our meal.

This is my family go to restaurant for a great steak. The food is always delicious. They have the best calamari I’ve tasted. Their service is always above and beyond. You definitely won’t be disappointed. Definitely recommend!

We selected Andiamo Riverfront for the view, as we brought a first-time visitor from Mexico to see Detroit. Had a very nice window seat as requested. Took a while for our server to come by, but she seemed to have quite a few tables to handle. We had questions about the wine list, and our server was somewhat inexperienced in that department, so she sent another person. That person was also unable to answer our questions, so a 3rd person was sent who was knowledgeable. Bread was brought to the table but without bread plates. Soup and salad was brought shortly after and was good though salads were over dressed. Two in our party ordered salmon and both enjoyed it. One ordered chicken parmesan and was disappointed with the very skimpy portion. Two of us had Pasta all’ Andiamo which was somewhat lacking in flavor. Coffee and desert was very good. Entertainment was also good. Will probably be back, but won't be our first choice. Update: After posting my review, I was contacted by the owner, Mike who apologized for our less than 5 star experience, an indication that they strive for excellence and that they care. I very much appreciated the gesture.

This restaurant is a poser steakhouse/“fancy” date night restaurant. It tries to be a place you take your spouse on a full face of makeup and best outfit kind of night, and it’s just not that. The restaurant smells badly of fish and body odor. Our waiter reeked of cigarette smoke and when explaining the menu simply read off the titles of where we could find the options. I ordered a $20 drink that was, at best, watered down kool-aid that the bartender couldnt even be bothered to put a garnish on. The food was average at best. I had the gnocchi with shrimp and instead of biting into clouds and airy potatoes, it was dense and tasted like it was boiled from a bag from Costco. The food was also lukewarm. My husband got the veal and that was also over cooked. There’s an automatic 20% gratuity added to your bill regardless of how well your server performs. And the bathrooms are dirty. Absolutely will not be returning and don’t understand the hype and the 4.5 stars this place receives. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere like Cooper’s Hawk for a fraction of the price.

My husband and I both had the filet in a mushroom sauce potatoes and green beans and salad.. honestly this is the BEST STEAK I have had ANYWHERE in 5 years!!! SO flavorful tender absolute PERFECTION!!!

My husband and I were seated upon our arrival. Our server, De’Angelo provided exceptional service with a calm demeanor and a genuine smile. There were a few concerns I had. The silverware and glasses were not clean. The forks had stuck on food and the glasses seemed to have had left over food that was dried up inside of the glasses. De’Angelo provided us with cleaned silverware and glasses so our dining experience would be pleasant. The food was superb. We had ribeye and filet steaks with asparagus, mushrooms and potatoes. For dessert we had the apple cheesecake. Overall we had an enjoyable meal. We will definitely dine at the Riverfront location again 😁
