   It was my first time at Andiamo Riverfront Detroit. The ambiance was perfect. The food was fresh, tasty, and plentiful. The energy was electric. I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great place to dine in at the Renaissance Center.

   The food was really good but our server Ashley was amazing. She was friendly, very knowledgeable of the menu and helpful in making our order perfect. She made suggestions that were excellent.

   We had a wonderful dinner while catching up with old friends while in Detroit. We made reservations at the last minute, thus the main dining room was already full and we went to the private dining area (party room) which was just a bit noisy, really not too bad. My braised short rib could have been more tender and was delicious. My friend had the lasagna and stated it was the best lasagna he’s ever had.

   All the food and drinks were great. Best chicken Parmesan I have ever had. Service was incredible and T was very attentive and helped to enhance the dining experience. The desserts were average, but edible.

   I was not informed that Mother's Day dining was buffet only charging $66 per adult and $22 for kids. I personally don't care for buffet-style meals, especially at higher-scale restaurants. The food was not worth the value paid and our server wasn't the greatest either. He kept forgetting to bring my drink/pop. The gratuity was already included in the bill so I couldn't really dock him for it. The kids were happy; however, I was a little disappointed by all of these events.

   I never leave bad reviews even when I don’t have the best experience. But this was not OK. I was not aware that I would be eating in the lobby of the Renaissance Building. I was also not aware that it was buffet only because neither of these things was stated when I made the reservation. Additionally, there were barely any food options for young children (mine are 4 and under), and they hardly ate anything but I was charged $44 for each one of them. There was pancakes that were smothered in syrup, chocolate and whip cream that my kids would never even think about eating. And the adults were charged $65 each. For that price, there should have been way better food and way more options. We were offered the option of bottomless mimosas ($15 each), which all 4 adults ordered, that were literally poured from a warm plastic pitcher. I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to bring me a high chair and the service was not good at all. Our waitress barely checked on us. Horrible experience that is so disappointing because this used to be one of my favorite restaurants. Will never be dining here again.

   Went to brunch. Food was great service was good. View was great. Really only thing that was inconvenient was the walk from buffet line to table was on opposite sides of restaurant. Other than that overall great

    Andiamo buys the top 2% quality beef and you will not be disappointed. The filet cuts like butter, owner Mike was super helpful and kind and our waiter was 10/10. Love it here
