    The place was very welcoming and the ambiance was great! Even the staffs are acxomodating especially Chris helped me and my friends to move tables cuz of my back problem! Over all it was a great night and it was a great place to catch up with my girlfriends!

    Amazing tacos and margaritas! Went there during happy hour with a group of six, we couldn't believe the great food at happy hour price. One of the best Mexican restaurants I've been to. Would high suggest to try!

    I ordered the pork tacos (3) and the meat was hard and dry. I have ordered these plenty of times in the past and always had juicy delicious tacos. Not sure if the recipe changed or the staff was just busy catering to the Christmas party upstairs.

    Awesome Food. We always love coming here when we are in Calgary. We feasted on the coconut shrimp; table side guacamole; Short-rib TACOs and Duck TACOS, and of course finished it Churros! Not to forget a few margaritas!!

    Obnoxiously loud , very crowded. Poor Value, dry tacos, flavourless, lacking salt / seasoning. The tomato soup was alright. The waitress was very nice though.

    Great place if you like more lively/loud places. Food was good, not a huge menu to choose from but still fairly good from what was on it. Personally think some items were a little much for what you got but not the worst I have seen.

    The food, staff and service at Añejo never disappoint. There’s a reason that we’ve been consistently coming to this venue since 2018. Love the food. Love the ambiance. Love the value. I’d recommend their churros, table side guac and fish tacos as my top picks.

    The restaurant has a fun upbeat atmosphere and the wait staff are very attentive. The food was really good. The restaurant is very noisy and it was hard to read the menu because it was very dim.

    Came in on Tuesday night to find out that they’ve done away with Taco Tuesdays and that’s now only at Blanco, seems as though Anejo is more of a cash grab location now.

    We happens to book for happy hour. We loaded the table with tacos (loved the mushroom ones) and enjoyed cheap bevvies. Not sure the name of our waiter but he gets 10 out of ten.

    The table side guac is so good and the chips were nice and fresh. Didn’t have any cocktails so can’t comment but have heard good things. Ordered 6 tacos to share - 2 beef, 2 pork, 2 chicken. The beef and chicken were fantastic. The pork would’ve been really good but the pork on the taco was quite dried out. Would definitely try again.

    Anejo is such a fun place to go and sit with friends, enjoy great food and a cheeky little cocktail all while taking in a very cozy but fun environment. The tacos and chilli coconut margaritas are dangerous, enjoy and explore!

    It was unfortunately not a good experience. We were celebrating a special night. The music was so loud, the waiter was so NOT good. Our food was ice cold. And it was expensive for not having a good experience. We are so disappointed. Not sure we could afford to “try again”.

    The prices are quite hight. Menu was excellent as were servers. Love going but do so infrequently due to pricing of the menu and parking. At I am go Europe amd all over the world, S.America,Mexico etc. I have to say I have has meals equally enjoyable,also organic for less. I will look forward to my next meal and wish it was more affordable so I could enjoy more often. I would recommend this restaurant with a price warning and parking warning.

    Our server was so awesome, he had the best recommendations and was constantly checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Food and drinks were delicious and service was so quick , will definitely be returning here for halfy hour again!

    Always very very good food and experience at Anejo. We enjoyed the table guacamole, cheese fondue, and braised short rib tacos. The only reason I only gave 4 stars is they removed the ceviche from the menu. It is tough to find good ceviche, let alone a taster platter of three excellent versions. Bring back the ceviche!
